For example: the long-distance running sport can be used for making proper tactics according to the self ability of a user, and if the user has strong half-stroke ability but poor endurance and the user falls off easily in the second half-stroke, the proper tactics are that the first half-stroke pressure speed follows the running and the second half-stroke full-force running; if the user has strong endurance but not fast, a proper target pace is established before running and running is strictly carried out according to the target pace. According to the environment/condition of the user learning/practicing, including the place environment, the time condition, the auxiliary condition, etc., the scheme most suitable for the environment/condition is selected. For example: at the postprandial time, the study contents of listening/watching audio and video are arranged as much as possible instead of the actual exercise.
7. And optimizing the user state. And selecting a scheme which is most suitable for the user state according to the personal state of the user, including emotion, physical strength, fatigue and the like.
The motion teaching system can respectively set corresponding grades/scores according to the evaluation results of the various ability improvements aiming at different motion teaching schemes, and can set a comprehensive analysis model comprising the various ability improvements according to the actual conditions of the user, thereby obtaining the comprehensive grades/scores of the motion teaching schemes for evaluation and comparison of different schemes. The motion teaching system can recommend the teaching scheme with the highest comprehensive level/score to the user, or can manually or automatically set a recommendation threshold value, and the teaching scheme with the comprehensive level/score higher than the threshold value is recommended and selected by the user, a coach or a parent.

The adjustment can be manually completed by professional personnel, or the system can be automatically completed by relying on preset rules, or the adjustment can be automatically completed by artificial intelligence through self-learning.
The motion teaching system can also analyze the motion related data of the user exercise aiming at the existing teaching and exercise plan of the user to obtain the progress of the user, and the implementation of the existing teaching and exercise plan is promoted according to the actual progress, so that the implementation effect of the teaching and exercise plan is greatly improved.
The motion teaching system can also intelligently analyze the condition needing attention in the process of the user training according to the training content and the motion multidimensional ability of the user, and remind the user of the attention in advance or along with the training process. In the invention, the analysis module 13 and the database module 12 may be installed on a server, and the evaluation result and the recommended scheme are remotely fed back to the smart phone or the computer of the user directly through the network, and also fed back to other intelligent terminals such as smart glasses, a treadmill, training equipment and the like.
The motion teaching system can help the user to make an individualized learning/exercise scheme according to the actual situation of the user through capability evaluation and problem analysis, and the user completes corresponding exercises according to the learning/exercise scheme, so that the learning/exercise target, namely the multi-dimensional ability of the user motion is improved, and the ability of skillfully completing more actions/combinations is achieved.

The motion teaching system of the invention can also be used for the motion teaching and practice of double persons/multiple persons/teams. The motion related data of double persons/multiple persons/teams can be obtained; and evaluating the motion multidimensional capacity of the double person/the multiple persons/the team through the analysis of the motion related data of the double person/the multiple persons/the team, and recommending a motion teaching scheme suitable for the double person/the multiple persons/the team according to the motion multidimensional capacity of the double person/the multiple persons/the team and the motion related information of the double person/the multiple persons/the team users. In the process of double/multi-person/team exercise, all members can exercise together, or each member can exercise pertinently, or each member can exercise antagonism in groups.
The motion teaching system can also be integrated on intelligent motion equipment or wearable equipment, and is used for acquiring/recording motion related data of the user in real time, analyzing the motion related data, giving a motion teaching scheme suitable for the user according to an analysis result, giving a corresponding prompt when the user learns/exercises/moves or giving a corresponding guide when the user has an error, and checking and evaluating the motion of the user.
A second embodiment of the present invention is seen in figure 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for using a motion teaching system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the use method of the motion teaching system comprises the following steps:

A third embodiment of the present invention is seen in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a sports apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, an exercise apparatus of the present invention includes an apparatus body 31 and an exercise teaching system 32 as described above. When a user uses the sports equipment to learn, practice and exercise, the sports teaching system can acquire/record the sports related data of the user in real time and analyze the data, give a sports teaching scheme suitable for the user according to the analysis result, give a corresponding prompt when the user learns, practices and exercises or gives a corresponding guide when the user makes mistakes, and can also evaluate and assess the sports of the user.
In this embodiment, the device body 31 may be a single device, or may be a comprehensive systemic device, and includes various sub-devices, and may also include a field, which is not limited in the present invention.

The motion teaching system according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising: aiming at different motion teaching schemes, corresponding grades/scores are respectively set according to evaluation results of various ability improvements, and a comprehensive analysis model including various ability improvements can be set according to actual conditions of users, so that the comprehensive grades/scores of the motion teaching schemes can be obtained for evaluation and comparison of different schemes.

The motion teaching system according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the motion teaching system can also perform intelligent analysis and feedback according to the actual situation of the user's motion learning/exercise, and the feedback comprises: the analysis result is fed back to the user, so that the user can improve the analysis result in a targeted manner; feeding back the analysis result to a coach/parent in real time, and performing intervention by the coach/parent; and issuing at least one item of evaluation report according to the analysis result.
9. A method of using the motion teaching system of any of claims 1-8, the method comprising:
acquiring relevant data of user movement;
analyzing and evaluating the multidimensional capability of the user movement through the relevant data of the user movement;
and recommending a motion teaching scheme suitable for the user according to the multidimensional capability of the user motion and the motion related information of the user.
10. Sports apparatus, characterized in that it comprises an apparatus body and a motion teaching system according to any of claims 1-8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of use of the athletic teaching system of claim 9.
