Referring to fig. 1, a terminal relay control method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a server, and includes the steps of:
A1. when a server sends information to at least two terminals (which can be but not limited to an interphone, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart watch, a camera, a sensing device and the like, wherein the terminals have the functions of communicating with the server through a public network, communicating with other terminals through a narrow-band network and having a relay function), the online state information of the at least two terminals is obtained; the online state information is online information or offline information;
A2. and if the online state information of at least one terminal in the at least two terminals is offline information and the online state information of at least one terminal is online information, controlling the terminal of which the online state information is online information to start a relay function.
In the terminal relay control method, when some terminals in the group as information sending targets cannot be connected with the server, the server controls the online terminals to start the relay function to forward the information sent by the server, so that the situation that a user of the online terminals (namely the terminals of which the online state information is the online information) does not know whether the user needs to start the relay function and does not start the relay function in time is avoided, and the terminal in the group can reliably receive the information sent by the server.
In some embodiments, in step a1, the presence information of each terminal is determined by detecting the heartbeat packet transmission condition of each terminal. Specifically, if a terminal lacks N continuous heartbeat packets before the current time (namely, the terminal does not send a heartbeat packet to a server in N continuous heartbeat packet sending periods), the online state information of the terminal is calibrated to be offline information, otherwise, the online state information of the terminal is calibrated to be online information; where N is a preset positive integer value, and N may be 1, 2, or other values.
In other embodiments, in step a1, sending status inquiry information to each terminal, and receiving status response information fed back by each terminal; if the status response information of a certain terminal is not received, the online status information of the terminal is marked as offline information, otherwise, the online status information of the terminal is marked as online information.
In step a2, when the terminal whose presence information is controlled to be presence information starts the relay function, the relay function of the destination terminal may be forcibly started, or the user of the terminal may be notified and the relay function of the destination terminal may be started by the user himself.
For example, in some embodiments, step a2 includes:
and sending a starting control instruction to a terminal with at least one piece of line state information as online information so as to enable the terminal to automatically start a relay function.
When the terminal receives a starting control instruction sent by the server, the relay function can be automatically started, and the method belongs to a forced starting mode.
In order to avoid malicious sending of an opening control instruction by a third party and improve safety, the identity verification information can be sent while the opening control instruction is sent, the terminal verifies the correctness of the identity verification information, and the operation of opening the relay function is executed according to the opening control instruction after the verification is passed; the opening control instruction can also be sent in an encryption mode, namely the opening control instruction is encrypted according to a preset encryption method, then the encrypted opening control instruction is sent to the terminal, the terminal decrypts according to a preset decryption method, if the decryption is successful, the relay function is started, and if the decryption is unsuccessful, the sender of the opening control instruction is a third party, and the relay function is refused to be started.
For another example, in some embodiments, step a2 includes:
and sending prompt information to the terminal with at least one piece of line state information as the online information so as to remind a user of the terminal to start the relay function.
The prompt message includes at least one of voice message, vibration message and image message, and is specifically set according to the function of the terminal. After receiving the prompt message, the user can independently select whether to start the relay function according to actual conditions, for example, when the remaining power of the terminal is less and the charging is inconvenient at present, if the relay function is started, the power is quickly exhausted, and then the user cannot timely receive important information, and at the moment, the user can refuse to start the relay function.
Further, in some embodiments, the step of sending a prompt message to the terminal whose at least one piece of line state information is online information to prompt a user of the terminal to start the relay function includes:
and periodically sending prompt information to the terminal according to a preset period until the relay function of the terminal is started.
When the relay function is started, the terminal sends a feedback signal indicating that the relay function is started to the server, and the server stops sending the prompt message to the terminal after receiving the feedback signal.
The user of the target terminal may not carry the terminal for some reason, or may not notice the prompt message for a while due to noisy environment or other reasons, and if the prompt message is sent only once, the user cannot be effectively notified to start the relay function. Here, the prompt message is periodically transmitted according to the preset period, so that the user can be more effectively ensured to receive the prompt.
However, if the user refuses to turn on the relay function, refusal information may be transmitted to the server, and when refusal information transmitted from the terminal is received, transmission of the presentation information to the terminal may be stopped.
In addition, if the target terminal does not start the relay function for a long time and does not send the rejection information, it is likely that the user needs to leave the target terminal for a long time, or the target terminal has a fault condition and does not need to continue sending the prompt information to the terminal, so that the step of "periodically sending the prompt information to the terminal according to the preset period until the relay function of the terminal is started" includes: and periodically sending prompt information to the terminal according to a preset period within a preset time period until the relay function of the terminal is started. And if the preset time period is exceeded, no prompt message is sent to the terminal.
When the rejection information sent by the terminal is received or the feedback signal indicating that the relay function is started is not received within the preset time period, other terminals can be selected as target terminals and prompt information is sent to the target terminals.
Sometimes, because the actual position of the terminal which is not on-line (that is, the terminal whose on-line state information is the off-line information) is not known, it cannot be determined which on-line terminals have proper relay functions to be started; thus, in some embodiments, step a2 includes:
and controlling all terminals of which the online state information is the online information to start a relay function.
When all the on-line terminals start the relay function, the probability that the on-line terminals do not receive the information sent by the server can be improved to the maximum extent, and the control logic is simple.
When the position information of each terminal is known, the relay function of which terminals is started can be selected according to the position information of the terminals, so that the waste of power supply caused by the starting of the relay function of the terminals which do not need to start the relay function is avoided; thus, in some embodiments, step a2 includes:
and controlling at least one piece of online state information to start a relay function for the terminal of the online information according to the position information of the terminal.
For example, in some cases, the position of the user of the terminal is generally fixed or the range of motion is fixed (for example, the user of the terminal is security at each doorway of a cell and the position of the user is fixed when the user works, or the user of the terminal is a worker at each post in a production workshop and the position of the user is fixed when the user works), therefore, the standard position information of each terminal may be stored in the server in advance, and in the step of "controlling at least one terminal to start the relay function according to the position information of the terminal of which each online state information is online information", the standard position information of each terminal is read first, then the distance between the online terminal and the offline terminal is calculated according to the standard position information of each terminal, and the online terminal closest to the offline terminal is controlled to start the relay function.
For another example, in the step of controlling at least one terminal to turn on the relay function according to the location information of the terminal whose each online status information is the online information, the actual location information of the online terminal may be acquired, and the online terminals located at the middle and/or edge may be controlled to turn on the relay function according to the actual location information; but is not limited thereto.
Because the power consumption speed of the terminal after the relay function is started is increased, if the residual electric quantity of a certain terminal is low, the relay function is not suitable to be started, otherwise, the electric quantity is easily exhausted, and important information cannot be received; thus, in some preferred embodiments, step a2 includes:
and controlling at least one terminal to start a relay function according to the residual electric quantity information of the terminal of which each online state information is the online information.
Specifically, in the step of controlling at least one terminal to start the relay function according to the remaining power information of the terminal of which the online state information is the online information, the remaining power information of each online terminal is obtained, and then the online terminal of which the remaining power exceeds a preset power threshold is used as the alternative terminal, and the at least one alternative terminal is controlled to start the relay function. That is, if the remaining power of the online terminal does not exceed the preset power threshold, the terminal will not be controlled to start the relay function.
In view of the above, the terminal relay control method obtains the online status information of at least two terminals in a group by sending information to the at least two terminals by a server; the online state information is online information or offline information; if the online state information of at least one terminal in the at least two terminals is offline information and the online state information of at least one terminal is online information, controlling the terminal of which the online state information is online information to start a relay function; therefore, the reliability of the information sent by the terminal receiving server in the group is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal relay control device, which is applied to a server and includes a first obtaining module 1 and a relay control module 2;
the system comprises a first acquisition module 1, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring online state information of at least two terminals when a server sends information to the at least two terminals in a group; the online state information is online information or offline information;
the relay control module 2 is configured to control the terminal with at least one piece of online status information as online information to start a relay function when the online status information of at least one terminal in the at least two terminals is offline information and the online status information of the at least one terminal is online information.
In some embodiments, the first obtaining module 1 determines the presence information of each terminal by detecting the heartbeat packet transmission condition of each terminal.
In other embodiments, the first obtaining module 1 sends status query information to each terminal, and receives status response information fed back by each terminal; if the status response information of a certain terminal is not received, the online status information of the terminal is marked as offline information, otherwise, the online status information of the terminal is marked as online information.
In some embodiments, when controlling the terminal whose at least one piece of presence information is presence information to start the relay function, the relay control module 2 sends a start control instruction to the terminal whose at least one piece of presence information is presence information, so that the terminal automatically starts the relay function.
In some embodiments, when controlling at least one terminal whose online status information is online information to start the relay function, the relay control module 2 sends a prompt message to the terminal whose online status information is online information to prompt a user of the terminal to start the relay function.
Further, in some embodiments, the relay control module 2 sends a prompt message to the terminal whose at least one piece of line state information is the online information, so as to remind a user of the terminal to start the relay function, and periodically sends the prompt message to the terminal according to a preset period until the relay function of the terminal is started.
When the relay function is started, the terminal sends a feedback signal indicating that the relay function is started to the server, and the relay control module 2 stops sending the prompt message to the terminal after receiving the feedback signal.
If the user refuses to start the relay function, refusing information can be sent to the server, so that the relay control module 2 stops sending prompt information to the terminal when receiving the refusing information sent by the terminal.
In addition, if the target terminal does not start the relay function for a long time, and does not send the rejection information, it is likely that the user needs to leave the target terminal for a long time, or the target terminal has a fault condition, and does not need to continue sending the prompt information to the terminal, so the relay control module 2 is configured to periodically send the prompt information to the terminal according to a preset period within a preset time period until the relay function of the terminal is started. And if the preset time period is exceeded, no prompt message is sent to the terminal.
When the rejection information sent by the terminal is received or the feedback signal indicating that the relay function is started is not received within the preset time period, other terminals can be selected as target terminals and prompt information is sent to the target terminals.
Sometimes, because the actual position of the terminal which is not on-line (that is, the terminal whose on-line state information is the off-line information) is not known, it cannot be determined which on-line terminals have proper relay functions to be started; in some embodiments, therefore, when the relay control module 2 controls at least one piece of presence information to start the relay function for the terminal of the presence information,
and controlling all terminals of which the online state information is the online information to start a relay function.
When all the on-line terminals start the relay function, the probability that the on-line terminals do not receive the information sent by the server can be improved to the maximum extent, and the control logic is simple.
When the position information of each terminal is known, the relay function of which terminals is started can be selected according to the position information of the terminals, so that the waste of power supply caused by the starting of the relay function of the terminals which do not need to start the relay function is avoided; in some embodiments, therefore, when the relay control module 2 controls at least one piece of presence information to start the relay function for the terminal of the presence information,
and controlling at least one piece of online state information to start a relay function for the terminal of the online information according to the position information of the terminal.
For example, sometimes, the position of the user of the terminal is generally fixed or the range of motion is fixed (for example, the user of the terminal is security at each doorway of a cell and is fixed when the user works, or the user of the terminal is a worker at each post in a production workshop and is fixed when the user works), so that the standard position information of each terminal can be stored in the server in advance, the relay control module 2 reads the standard position information of each terminal, calculates the distance between the online terminal and the offline terminal according to the standard position information of each terminal, and controls the online terminal closest to the offline terminal to start the relay function.
For another example, sometimes, the position of the user of the terminal is not fixed, or the activity range is not fixed, at this time, the relay control module 2 may obtain the actual position information of the online terminal, and control the online terminal located in the middle and/or the edge to start the relay function according to the actual position information; but is not limited thereto.
Because the power consumption speed of the terminal after the relay function is started is increased, if the residual electric quantity of a certain terminal is low, the relay function is not suitable to be started, otherwise, the electric quantity is easily exhausted, and important information cannot be received; in some preferred embodiments, therefore, when the relay control module 2 controls at least one piece of presence information to start the relay function for the terminal of the presence information,
and controlling at least one terminal to start a relay function according to the residual electric quantity information of the terminal of which each online state information is the online information.
Specifically, the relay control module 2 first obtains the remaining power information of each online terminal, then takes the online terminal whose remaining power exceeds a preset power threshold as an alternative terminal, and controls at least one alternative terminal to start a relay function. That is, if the remaining power of the online terminal does not exceed the preset power threshold, the terminal will not be controlled to start the relay function.
As can be seen from the above, the terminal relay control device acquires the online status information of at least two terminals in the group by sending information to the at least two terminals by the server; the online state information is online information or offline information; if the online state information of at least one terminal in the at least two terminals is offline information and the online state information of at least one terminal is online information, controlling the terminal of which the online state information is online information to start a relay function; therefore, the reliability of the information sent by the terminal receiving server in the group is improved.
