The principle of the invention is as follows:

Through being provided with clearance ring 40, when motor case 1 is inside to be overhauld and maintain, can take out motor case 1 from indoor top through the rotatory fastener on the clearance ring 40 of instruments such as screwdrivers, simple structure, the dismouting is convenient.
