Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for conveniently positioning an overspeed vehicle, wherein the system comprises a measuring module, a judging module, a signal receiving module, a processing module, a camera module, a compression module and a data storage module; the measuring module comprises an induction coil group and a pressure sensor group; the judging module comprises a vehicle speed measuring system and a vehicle speed judging system. The vehicle speed measuring system records the time of current transmission of different induction coils and obtains the vehicle speed according to the distance of each induction coil; the vehicle speed judging system compares the vehicle speed with a preset vehicle speed interval. According to the invention, the speed per hour of the vehicle is detected through a current induction effect principle, namely, the induction coil group, the judgment module judges whether the speed of the vehicle is within a limit interval, if so, the next step of operation is carried out, and finally, picture information of the illegal vehicle is shot and stored. According to the method, the illegal vehicle information is finely shot, so that the illegal vehicle is accurately positioned, and the law enforcement personnel can conveniently punish the illegal vehicle.

Background
In the existing speed measuring system, when a vehicle does not meet the speed per hour specified by a road, a camera takes a snapshot, and then law enforcement personnel obtain the vehicle violating the regulations from the photos and carry out corresponding punishment. However, in some cases, a plurality of similar vehicles may appear in the same picture, and at this time, the conventional speed measurement system cannot determine which specific vehicle does not meet the speed regulation, so that the recording cannot be performed, and at this time, the illegal driver is given an opportunity to escape.

As shown in FIG. 1, the system for conveniently locating the overspeed vehicle comprises a measuring module a, a judging module b, a signal receiving module c, a processing module d, a camera module e, a compression module f and a data storage module g.
The measuring module a comprises an induction coil group h and a pressure sensor group k, the induction coil group h comprises a plurality of induction coils, the pressure sensor group comprises a plurality of pressure sensors, the pressure sensors correspond to the induction coils one to one, and the pressure sensors obtain vehicle feature codes lambda according to the vehicle quality.

(4) judging whether the vehicle speed is within a vehicle speed limit interval or not;

(6) if not, the vehicle is judged as an illegal vehicle and recorded.
The vehicle speed measuring system firstly records the time of current transmission of different induction coils under the same characteristic code according to the characteristic code, and then obtains the vehicle speed according to the distance of each induction coil. The vehicle speed judging system compares the vehicle speed obtained by the vehicle speed measuring system with a vehicle speed interval preset by law enforcement personnel, and if the vehicle speed is not in the interval, a signal is sent to the signal receiving module; if the vehicle speed is within the interval, no signal is generated.
