Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of: entirely hardware, entirely software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.), or a combination of hardware and software.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the alarm diagnosis method and the alarm diagnosis system for the production line are provided, simple and visual alarm diagnosis can be met, meanwhile, powerful data support is provided for complex diagnosis, alarm associated data can be quickly collected, and technicians can be assisted to efficiently carry out alarm diagnosis and accurately locate fault reasons.
The principles and spirit of the present invention are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments of the invention.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of an alarm diagnosis method for a production line according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s1, acquiring alarm information of a production line;
s2, collecting alarm related data related to the alarm information;
and S3, generating an alarm diagnosis result according to the alarm associated data.
In order to explain the alarm diagnosis method of the production line more clearly, each step will be described in detail below.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 2, a detailed flow chart of the alarm diagnosis of the production line according to the first embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the process is:
step S101:
when the industrial production line is used for production, if equipment breaks down or parameters are abnormal, alarm information can be sent to an alarm diagnosis system through alarm modules arranged on the equipment.
Wherein, the alarm information may be generated under different conditions:
for example, in a complex alarm situation, there may be a potential correlation between multiple alarm messages generated by multiple associated devices during a production process, which may be a chain reaction caused by a failure of one device; in the case of a simpler alarm, the alarm information may not be associated with other devices, but only the device itself fails, but does not cause other devices to send out the alarm information. The invention can carry out rapid alarm diagnosis aiming at the information, and ensure the efficiency and the accuracy of troubleshooting.
Step S102:
when the alarm diagnosis system obtains the alarm information, the alarm diagnosis can be started according to a preset alarm diagnosis trigger mode.
Wherein the preset alarm diagnosis trigger mode may include: a manual trigger mode and a program trigger mode;
1. the manual trigger mode is triggered when a manually input start instruction is received. For example, when the alarm diagnosis system acquires the alarm information, the alarm information is displayed on a monitoring page, and the alarm diagnosis is manually triggered by a technician to perform efficient alarm diagnosis processing.
2. The program triggering mode is automatically triggered when alarm information of a production line is detected. For example, the alarm diagnosis system utilizes a background program to detect whether alarm information exists at regular time, and when the alarm information is reported, the program automatically triggers alarm diagnosis, so that timely and efficient alarm diagnosis processing is ensured.
Step S103:
and collecting alarm associated data related to the alarm information.
The alarm management data refers to all or part of data related to alarm analysis from before an alarm to after the alarm, and comprises the following steps: setting one or more of parameters, self-learning parameters, calculation indexes, data curves, pictures, video clips, sound clips, operation logs and maintenance logs.
Specifically, the alarm-related data may be data associated with alarm analysis generated by the processor when the device is running, image, video, and sound data collected by the sensor, an operation log and a maintenance log stored in the memory, and the like; when a fault occurs, multiple types of alarm related data are usually generated, for example, when the equipment has a fault, alarm related data such as data curves, video clips, sound clips and operation logs are acquired; if the parameters generate alarm, alarm related data such as setting parameters, self-learning parameters, calculation indexes, data curves and the like are acquired; based on the data, favorable data support can be provided for subsequent alarm diagnosis steps in multiple aspects, and the subsequent accurate alarm diagnosis process is ensured. It should be noted that the above is only an exemplary illustration, and in practical application, various combinations of the generated alarm-related data are possible.
The alarm related data can be provided for reference and analysis of diagnostic personnel.
Step S104:
and generating an alarm diagnosis result according to the alarm associated data.
Step S105:
if the diagnostician considers that the alarm diagnosis result has deviation, a result correction instruction can be input to correct the alarm diagnosis result. In the correction, the relevant alarm related data can be referred to, and expert opinions can be asked.
Step S106:
and according to the alarm diagnosis result, positioning equipment or parameters on the production line, which are alarmed, and informing corresponding technicians to carry out fault treatment.
Based on the rapid and accurate alarm diagnosis, corresponding technicians can be prompted to carry out troubleshooting processing in time by using modes such as short message, telephone, equipment notification and the like, and the influence brought by faults can be eliminated as short as possible.
If the fault can be solved through remote debugging, the diagnostician can carry out remote troubleshooting through a corresponding background system.
Generally, in the process of fault diagnosis, due to the fact that the number of related data is large, a diagnostician may need to consult an expert for diagnosis, and diagnosis efficiency is low, therefore, the method and the system provide powerful diagnosis support for the diagnostician by further processing the related data of the alarm information and the like, and improve diagnosis efficiency and accuracy, and the following description is given in combination with the second specific embodiment and the third specific embodiment.
The second concrete embodiment:
referring to fig. 3, a detailed flow chart of alarm diagnosis of a production line according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the process is:
steps S201 to S203 are the same as steps S101 to S103 of the first embodiment.
Step S204:
and selecting an alarm sample from an alarm sample library according to the alarm information.
Specifically, sample alarm information with the highest similarity to the alarm information is searched in an alarm sample library, and an alarm sample corresponding to the sample alarm information is selected; each alarm sample corresponds to one sample alarm information.
When searching, firstly, the similarity between the alarm information and each sample alarm information is calculated, and the alarm sample corresponding to the sample alarm information with the highest similarity is selected.
The alarm sample can be provided for reference and analysis of diagnostic personnel.
Wherein, including at least in the warning sample:
alarm associated data of the alarm sample, alarm judgment rule description of the alarm sample, knowledge representation of the alarm sample, judgment cases of the alarm sample and combination of one or more of the alarm sample associated with the alarm sample.
The alarm judgment rule description or knowledge representation of the alarm sample refers to any representation mode which can be understood by the skilled person in the industry, such as words, pictures or videos.
The judgment case of the alarm sample is used for assisting comparison and judging whether the current alarm accords with the alarm description condition of the sample or not and whether false alarm or wrong alarm exists or not.
And the associated alarm sample is used for the diagnostician to select to search other associated alarm samples for comparison and analysis when the diagnostician judges whether the current alarm accords with the alarm sample provided by the system.
Step S205:
and generating an alarm diagnosis result according to the alarm associated data and the alarm sample.
Step S206:
if the diagnostician thinks that the alarm diagnosis result has a deviation, the diagnostician can input a result correction instruction to correct the alarm diagnosis result. In the correction, the related alarm related data and the alarm sample can be referred to, and expert opinions can also be inquired.
Step S207:
and according to the alarm diagnosis result, positioning equipment or parameters on the production line, which are alarmed, and informing corresponding technicians to carry out fault treatment.
The third concrete embodiment:
referring to fig. 4, a detailed flow chart of alarm diagnosis of a production line according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the process is as follows:
steps S301 to S304 are the same as steps S201 to S204 of the second embodiment.
Step S305:
and analyzing the alarm reason and inquiring the solution.
The specific process is as follows: the alarm information and the alarm sample are used as input samples and input into a preset alarm reason analysis model to analyze the alarm reason, and the alarm reason is obtained;
inquiring a solution with the highest matching degree with the alarm reason according to the alarm reason;
the alarm reason and the solution can be provided for reference and analysis of diagnostic personnel.
Step S306:
and generating an alarm diagnosis result according to the alarm associated data, the alarm sample, the alarm reason and the solution.
Step S307:
if the diagnostician considers that the alarm diagnosis result has deviation, a result correction instruction can be input to correct the alarm diagnosis result. In the correction, related alarm related data, alarm examples, alarm reasons and solutions can be referred to, and expert opinions can be inquired.
Because the provided alarm associated data, alarm examples, alarm reasons and solutions are the information with the highest relevance to the current alarm, the method can provide effective help for the diagnosticians, assist the diagnosticians in diagnosing the alarm efficiently and quickly, locate the alarm fault and simplify the process of collecting the alarm associated data and consulting experts.
Step S308:
and according to the alarm diagnosis result, positioning equipment or parameters on the production line, which are alarmed, and informing corresponding technicians to carry out fault treatment.
