S705: and displaying the checking item corresponding to the target document according to the preset corresponding relation between the checking item and the document.
Wherein, the target document is any document in the document list. The corresponding relation between the checking items and the documents and the corresponding checking items in the target documents are set by the case handling personnel according to the actual conditions. For example, the criminal arrest check item, the check item in the corresponding criminal arrest document at least includes the requirements for arrest prescribed by the criminal litigation law, for example; a criminal arrest check item, wherein the check item in the corresponding criminal arrest document at least comprises the arrest requirement specified by criminal litigation law; and the criminal security acquisition pending examination item at least comprises the requirements of the security acquisition pending examination stipulated by the criminal litigation law.
S706: and displaying the making interface of the target document after receiving an instruction that the clerk determines that the target document corresponds to the verification pass according to the verification item.
It should be noted that, the clerk determines whether the conditions provided by the current case meet the requirements mentioned by the check item based on the check item shown in the target document. If the conditions are met, the verification corresponding to the target document is determined to be passed, the target document can be made, otherwise, the conditions required for verification need to be supplemented or waiting is continued, useless or wrong documents are prevented from being made, and the case handling progress is delayed. Of course, based on the checking items displayed by the target document, the time for consulting the related data in the document making process of the clerk can be reduced, and the document making efficiency is improved.

The specific format requirement of the target document writing is preset on the making interface, and the target document meeting the writing requirement can be generated only by inputting corresponding information by a case handling staff, so that the time spent in the document making process is reduced.
In the embodiment of the application, the document list is generated according to the case basis of the case, the checking item of the target document is displayed, and the checking item is displayed to the case handling personnel, so that the time for looking up relevant data in the case handling personnel making the document can be reduced, and the case handling personnel can be prevented from making useless or wrong documents. After receiving an instruction that the clerk confirms that the target document corresponds to the verification item, the clerk provides an interface for editing the target document for the clerk, so that the time for the clerk to make the document is reduced. Therefore, based on the application, the workload of the case handling personnel for making the document can be reduced, and the efficiency of the case handling personnel for making the document is obviously improved.
Corresponding to the method for assisting in handling cases provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for assisting in handling cases provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
the extracting unit 100 is configured to extract an evidence item and a case from the bibliographic information of the case, where the extracted evidence item constitutes a first evidence list.
The type prompting unit 200 is configured to prompt to change the second evidence list if the second evidence list does not conform to the type, where the type is the type of the corresponding evidence list.
The evidence checking information displayed by the display unit 200 further includes case routing of cases, evidence lists corresponding to preset types of cases, and states of evidence items and/or various evidences in the evidence lists in the case-related object library.
The evidence missing prompting unit 300 is configured to prompt the missing evidence in the second evidence list by comparing the items of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
The presentation unit 400 is configured to present the evidence checking information, where the evidence checking information includes each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
The display unit 400 is further configured to display the statuses of the pieces of evidence in the first evidence list and/or the second evidence list in the case-related item library.
The updating unit 500 is configured to receive the updated second evidence list, and prompt the second evidence list to have missing evidence or to be correct by comparing each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
The labeling unit 600 is configured to label different pieces of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
The document list generating unit 700 is configured to generate a document list according to at least the case basis of the case, where the document list includes a list of documents corresponding to the case basis, and the document list is used to instruct a clerk to make a document.
The document generating unit 800 is configured to display the check item corresponding to the target document according to a preset correspondence between the check item and the document, where the target document is any document in the document list. And displaying the making interface of the target document after receiving an instruction that the clerk checks the target document according to the checking item. And generating the target document based on the operation of the case handling personnel on the making interface.
In the embodiment of the application, the evidence items and the case are extracted from the bibliographic information of the case, and the extracted evidence items form a first evidence list. And in the case that the second evidence list is not consistent with the type, prompting to change the second evidence list, wherein the evidence in the second evidence list is collected through other channels except the bibliographic information. Through comparing each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list, missing evidence in the second evidence list is prompted, and omission in the evidence collection process is avoided. Through showing evidence checking information to the personnel handling a case, the personnel handling a case can look over the state of evidence in real time of being convenient for to the warehouse entry state of important evidence is supervised in real time, and whether it is complete to look over the evidence, improves the efficiency that the evidence was collected from this. In addition, according to the case basis of the case, a document list is automatically generated, the checking items of the target document in the document list are displayed to the case handling personnel, the case handling personnel can conveniently check the processing progress of the case, an editable document making interface is provided for the case handling personnel, and the efficiency of the case handling personnel in making the document is improved. In conclusion, based on the auxiliary case handling method and device provided by the application, the workload of evidence collection processing and document making of case handling personnel can be effectively reduced, and the case handling efficiency is remarkably improved.
The device for assisting case handling comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the extracting unit, the displaying unit, the prompting unit, the changing unit, the re-prompting unit, the labeling unit, the document list generating unit, the document generating unit and the like are all stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the efficiency of case handling is improved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium on which a program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for assisting in case handling.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the auxiliary case handling method is executed when the program runs.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus, as shown in fig. 9, an apparatus 900 includes at least one processor 901, at least one memory 902 connected to the processor 901, and a bus 903; the processor 901 and the memory 902 complete communication with each other through the bus 903; the processor 901 is used to call program instructions in the memory 902 to perform the above-described assisted transaction method. The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device: extracting an evidence item and a case from the record information of the case, wherein the extracted evidence item forms a first evidence list; prompting to change a second evidence list under the condition that the second evidence list is not in accordance with the type, wherein the type is the type of the corresponding evidence list, and the evidence in the second evidence list is collected through other channels except the record information; and prompting the missing evidence in the second evidence list by comparing the various items of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
Further, evidence checking information is shown, and the evidence checking information comprises each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
Further, the evidence checking information further includes: the states of all evidences in the first evidence list and/or the second evidence list in the case-related item library.
Further, after prompting the missing evidence in the evidence list, receiving the updated second evidence list, and prompting the missing evidence in the second evidence list or prompting the second evidence list to be error-free by comparing each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
Further, different evidences in the first evidence list and the second evidence list are marked.
Further, a document list is generated at least according to case reasons of cases, wherein the document list comprises a list of documents corresponding to the case reasons, and the document list is used for indicating a case clerk to make the documents.
Further, after the document list is generated, displaying an inspection item corresponding to a target document according to a preset corresponding relation between the inspection item and the document, wherein the target document is any document in the document list; after receiving an instruction that the case handling personnel determines that the target document passes the verification according to the verification item, displaying a making interface of the target document; and generating the target document based on the operation of the case handling staff on the making interface.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include transitory computer readable media (transmyedia) such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (10)
1. A method for assisting case handling, comprising:
extracting an evidence item and a case from the record information of the case, wherein the extracted evidence item forms a first evidence list;
prompting to change a second evidence list under the condition that the second evidence list is not in accordance with the type, wherein the type is the type of the corresponding evidence list, and the evidence in the second evidence list is collected through other channels except the record information;
and prompting the missing evidence in the second evidence list by comparing the various items of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and displaying evidence checking information, wherein the evidence checking information comprises each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the evidence-checking information further comprises:
the states of all evidences in the first evidence list and/or the second evidence list in the case-related item library.
4. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after said prompting for missing evidence in said second evidence list:
receiving the updated second evidence list;
and prompting the missing evidence in the second evidence list or prompting the second evidence list to be error-free by comparing each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and marking different evidences in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
and generating a document list at least according to the case routing of the case, wherein the document list comprises a list of documents corresponding to the case routing, and the document list is used for indicating the case handling personnel to make the documents.
7. The method of claim 6, after said generating a document manifest, further comprising:
displaying the checking item corresponding to the target document according to the corresponding relation between the preset checking item and the document, wherein the target document is any document in the document list;
after receiving an instruction that the case handling personnel determines that the target document passes the verification according to the verification item, displaying a making interface of the target document;
and generating the target document based on the operation of the case handling staff on the making interface.
8. An apparatus for assisting in handling cases, comprising:
the extracting unit is used for extracting an evidence item and a case from the record information of the case, and the extracted evidence item forms a first evidence list;
the type prompting unit is used for prompting to change the second evidence list under the condition that the second evidence list is not in accordance with the type, wherein the type is the type of the evidence list corresponding to the case;
and the evidence missing prompting unit is used for prompting the missing evidence in the second evidence list by comparing each item of evidence in the first evidence list and the second evidence list.
9. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program performs the method of assisting in transaction as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An apparatus, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a bus; the processor and the memory are connected through the bus;
the memory is used for storing a program, and the processor is used for running the program, wherein the program executes the method for assisting in case handling in any claim from 1 to 7.
