Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps of the examples described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the components and steps of the examples have been described in a functional general in the foregoing description for the purpose of illustrating clearly the interchangeability of hardware and software. Claims (10)

1. A credit management system based on credit commitment and fulfillment is characterized by comprising a management terminal, a user terminal and a platform server;
the management terminal is used for setting credit point rules from three dimensions of basic scores, commitment scores and puzzling scores according to credit behavior types;
the platform server is used for acquiring and analyzing credit behavior information of the user, scoring the credit behavior of the user according to a credit point rule, calculating the credit score and the credit level of the user, and rewarding the credit of the user according to the credit score or the credit level;
and the user terminal is used for checking the credit score, the credit level and the credit reward of the user.
2. The credit score management system of claim 1, wherein the credit score comprises a basic score, a committed score, and a committed score;
the credit behavior types comprise basic behaviors, promised behaviors and puzzling behaviors;
the credit point rule comprises a basic rule, a commitment rule and a puzzling rule;
the basic behavior is scored by adopting a basic rule, the commitment behavior is scored by adopting a commitment rule, and the knowless behavior is scored by adopting a knowless rule.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the base score rule is: the basic is divided into M initially, the general behavior deducts M per time, and the serious behavior deducts 2M per time;
the commitment rule is as follows: reference weight n, first commitment score n/2, second commitment score n/4, … …, ith commitment score n/2iThe commitment is N/2+ N/4+ … … + N/2i
The knop-pugging rule is as follows: with reference to the weight q, one commitment score (q-N)/i is fulfilled and one commitment deduction (q-N)/i is not fulfilled.
4. The credit management system of claim 2, wherein the basic behaviors include, but are not limited to, owed water, electricity and gas charges, owed traffic offense charges, owed property charges, untimely repayment, unfulfilled administrative penalty, and unfulfilled court judgment;
the commitment behavior comprises but is not limited to the commitment of water, electricity and gas fee according to the period, the commitment of traffic illegal fee according to the period, the commitment of property fee according to the period, the commitment of repayment according to the period, the commitment of executing administrative punishment according to the period and the commitment of executing court judgment according to the period;
each commitment action expires, resulting in a single prosecution.

The credit score management system based on credit commitment and fulfillment as claimed in claim 2, wherein said platform server comprises a credit repair unit for terminating the scoring of commitment and fulfillment for users having criminal decision record or being included in a list of severe loss of credit; and also for activating a commitment to commit to a nominated score by a user meeting a restoration criteria through public welfare activities.
6. The credit management system of claim 1, wherein the platform server comprises a system docking unit, and the system docking unit is configured to dock with another management platform, and obtain the basic user information and the behavior user information from the other management platform.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the platform server comprises a user management unit for verifying real name registration information of the user, and managing basic information of the user, behavior information of the user, credit score of the user, and credit profile of the user for the verified user.
8. The credit management system of claim 1, wherein the platform server comprises an operation and maintenance management unit for managing credit point rules, credit rewards, user commitments, user puzzlement and reward redemption.
9. The credit management system of claim 1, wherein the platform server comprises a whent service unit, and the whent service unit is configured to provide a credit whent service, a geographic location service, and a payment service for the user.
10. A credit management method based on credit commitment and fulfillment, which is applied to the credit management system based on credit commitment and fulfillment as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, and comprises the following steps:
the management terminal sets a credit point rule from three dimensions of basic score, commitment score and puzzling score according to the credit behavior type;
the platform server acquires and analyzes credit behavior information of the user, scores the credit behavior of the user according to a credit point rule, calculates the credit score and the credit level of the user, and rewards the credit for the user according to the credit score or the credit level;
the user terminal views the credit score, credit rating and credit award of the user.
