The working parameters of the intelligent replenishment device set in the method comprise preset threshold values of the commodity quantity of various commodities; the working parameters of the quality monitoring device comprise commodity information of various commodities, such as production date, quality guarantee period, current days and the like; the operating parameters of the behavior detection device include: the correct position of the commodity, the image processing parameters of the corresponding operation of the user and the like.
In another preferred embodiment, the information management system further comprises an analysis report management module for processing and saving the statistical analysis result into a data analysis report. Specifically, the data statistical analysis system mainly can count sales volumes of various commodities in a store, analyze hot sales products, count and compare sales volumes of commodities of different brands of the same type, analyze popular commodities in the commodities of the same type, and automatically generate a commodity sales statistical table and a sales volume bar statistical graph in an Excel format for display and generate a report file in a Word format.
In a specific embodiment, a VB development platform is adopted for designing a smart phone software part corresponding to the information management system, and the system specifically comprises a staff login system, a commodity information management system and a data statistical analysis system.
The staff login system comprises login, modification, a user name, a job number, a name, a place and a login password of the policing supermarket.
The commodity information management system comprises 3 submodules of a code scanning replenishment module, a commodity information input module and a commodity quality on-schedule reminding module. The code scanning replenishment module is used for starting a code scanning and commodity information inputting function, and the commodity information inputting module is used for inputting the commodity information acquired by code scanning; the commodity quality temporary reminding module is used for carrying out commodity quality temporary reminding. The commodity information management system inputs commodity information through code scanning and carries out real-time tracking feedback on the commodity information, and the quality assurance of commodities is improved.
Further, when the information management system is arranged on a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, and the smart phone receives replenishment information, a worker can scan the two-dimensional code of the commodity through the smart phone to replenish the commodity and input commodity quality information. When the smart phone receives the information of the commodity imminent period reminding module, the staff need to replace the imminent period commodity according to the arrival of the information at the responsible supermarket.
Of course, the smart phone can be replaced by a tablet computer, a smart watch and other mobile terminal devices according to the requirement. Or the information management system is arranged at the cloud end and is accessed through the smart phone or the PC. Or the information management system is arranged at the PC end, and the management, the application control and the like of the commodity information are directly carried out by the PC end.
In conclusion, the intelligent vending system for the unmanned supermarket can achieve the automatic replenishment function, and when the goods shelf counting sensor detects that the quantity of the goods is insufficient, the single chip can control the servo motor to work to replenish the goods in the storage bin to the selling area through the link mechanism. When the warehouse counting sensor detects that the number of the stored commodities is insufficient, the GPRS module on the single chip microcomputer can automatically send information to the smart phone to remind workers of the position of the supermarket where the commodities need to be supplemented, the commodity shelf number, the commodity information and the number.
Meanwhile, the intelligent vending system for the unmanned supermarket can realize the functions of automatically monitoring the quality of commodities and automatically reminding operation. When the customer puts back the commodity which is not wanted to be purchased, the camera can shoot the action of the customer, and the image processing is carried out to identify whether the put-back commodity is the commodity sold at the position, meanwhile, the counter sensor also detects whether the quantity of the commodity at the position is abnormally increased, when the quantity of the commodity at the position and the quantity of the commodity meet the conditions, the single chip controls the sound equipment to play the wrong position voice of the commodity, informs the customer of the correct position of the commodity, and guides the customer to correctly put back the commodity.
In addition, the information management system can count sales volumes of various commodities in stores according to months and quarters, analyze hot sales products, count and compare sales volumes of commodities of different brands of the same type, analyze popular commodities in the commodities of the same type, realize targeted sale on shelves of the commodities, and further improve the return on investment of merchants.

the quality monitoring device is used for automatically scanning and acquiring commodity information of commodities on the goods shelf, judging whether the commodity information exceeds a preset quality monitoring threshold value or not according to the commodity information, and if so, sending commodity replacement reminding;
the behavior detection device is used for capturing the operation action of the user and judging, and when the operation action of the user does not accord with the current operation, a reminding message is sent to prompt the user to correct the operation action;
the information management system is used for managing the intelligent replenishment device, the quality monitoring device and the behavior detection device, acquiring the commodity sales number of the intelligent sales shelves, carrying out statistical analysis on the commodity sales number, and adjusting the types and the quantity of the commodities on the intelligent sales shelves according to the statistical analysis result;
the intelligent replenishment device, the quality monitoring device and the behavior detection device are all arranged on the goods shelf or in an unmanned supermarket where the goods shelf is located, and the information management system is arranged on the mobile terminal, the PC and/or the cloud.
2. An unmanned supermarket smart vending system according to claim 1, wherein said smart replenishment device comprises: the first MCU module and the counting sensor;
the counting sensor is arranged on a goods guiding structure of the goods shelf and used for detecting the residual quantity of the goods on the goods shelf and sending the detection result to the first MCU module; the first MCU module is arranged in the goods shelf and used for judging whether the residual quantity is less than a preset threshold value or not, and if so, the replenishment device is controlled to replenish the goods.

An unmanned supermarket smart vending system according to claim 2, wherein the replenishment device comprises: the goods guiding structure comprises an inclined plane goods storage guide groove for storing goods and an end face for preventing the goods from falling into the goods shelf from the inclined plane goods storage guide groove; when the residual quantity is smaller than a preset threshold value, the first MCU module controls the servo motor to drive the connecting rod mechanism, so that the spherical hinge mechanism is driven to drive the end face to rotate, and corresponding commodities in the inclined plane commodity storage guide groove are replenished to corresponding goods shelves.
4. The self-service supermarket smart vending system according to claim 1, wherein the quality monitoring device comprises a second MCU module, a timer module and a communication module;
the second MCU module is used for storing the commodity information recorded by scanning, the timer module is used for starting timing according to the time information in the commodity information, and when the timing time exceeds the time threshold value in the preset quality monitoring threshold value, the second MCU module sends reminding information to the information management system through the communication module so as to inform a worker to execute the goods changing operation through the information management system.

the management module is used for controlling and adjusting working parameters of the intelligent replenishment device, the quality monitoring device and the behavior detection device;
and the data analysis module is used for acquiring the commodity sales number of the intelligent sales shelves, carrying out statistical analysis, adjusting the types and the quantity of commodities on the intelligent sales shelves according to the statistical analysis result, and further adjusting the control modes of the devices through the management module.
