Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system configurations, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail.
In order to illustrate the technical solutions described in the present application, the following description is made by specific examples.
With the development of sharing economy, more and more leasing enterprises realize sharing of goods by operating own platforms. At present, when each leasing enterprise receives a leasing request, whether the leasing request is accepted or not can only be judged according to a blacklist maintained by a platform of the leasing enterprise, so that leasing management is realized. However, the lease management mode is limited to the lease enterprise platform, and has a single management mode and a certain limitation. In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a lease management method, a device, a terminal device and a storage medium, wherein after receiving a lease request of a user, a first electronic device corresponding to a first lease enterprise sends a query request containing identity information of the user to a blockchain, so that the blockchain can calculate matching degree of the first lease enterprise and a second lease enterprise according to the identity information of the user and blacklist record information of the second lease enterprise stored by the blockchain, and then return corresponding risk prompt information, thereby realizing blacklist sharing among different lease enterprises through the blockchain, and directly and effectively acquiring the risk prompt information corresponding to the current lease request by combining the matching degree of different lease enterprises, so as to return corresponding lease response information to the user. Because the risk prompt information of the lease request can be determined based on the blockchain and combined with information (such as blacklist, matching degree and the like) among different lease enterprises, the lease management is not limited to a single lease enterprise platform, and therefore the lease management based on a multi-lease enterprise platform can be flexibly and effectively realized. In addition, the blockchain can ensure the safety and accuracy of the information, so that the safety of lease management can be ensured, and a lease management mode which is flexible, convenient and high in safety is realized.
Exemplary, the present embodiment provides a schematic diagram of a rental management system, as shown in fig. 1, including a first electronic device 11, a second electronic device 12, and a blockchain 13. The first electronic device is an electronic device corresponding to a first rental enterprise, and the first rental enterprise operates a platform of the first rental enterprise (for illustration and distinction, referred to as a first rental enterprise platform) through the first electronic device; the second electronic device is an electronic device corresponding to a second rental enterprise, and the second rental enterprise operates a platform of the second rental enterprise (for the sake of illustration and distinction, referred to as a second rental enterprise platform) through the second electronic device. Specifically, the electronic device in the embodiment of the application may be a server.
When the user W performs the article rental use on the second rental enterprise platform 12, if there is a bad behavior, for example, the article is not returned on time, the article is damaged in use, or the like, the second electronic device 12 records and analyzes the bad behavior. If the analysis determines that the bad behavior violates the rule set by the second leasing enterprise platform, the user W is listed in the blacklist of the second leasing enterprise, and specifically, the identity information of the user W may be stored in the blacklist of the second electronic device. Meanwhile, the second electronic device generates blacklist record information of the current second leasing enterprise, and sends the blacklist record information of the second leasing enterprise to the blockchain 13 for storage. The current blacklist record information of the second rental business is used to indicate that the user W is already listed in the blacklist of the second rental business. Specifically, the blacklist record information of the second rental enterprise at least includes identity information of the user W, and may further include specific adverse behavior of the user W.
Then, when the user W wants to rent the article through the first rental enterprise platform, a rental request is sent to the first electronic device 11 corresponding to the first rental enterprise (for example, the rental request may be sent through a user terminal held by the user W), where the rental request includes identity information of the user W.
After receiving the lease request, the first electronic device 11 sends a query request to the blockchain 13 according to the lease request, where the query request includes the identity information of the user W.
After the blockchain 13 receives the query request, it queries that the user W is a user in the blacklist of the second rental enterprise according to the identity information of the user W and the blacklist record information of the second rental enterprise stored in the blockchain, and at this time, the blockchain may calculate the matching degree of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise according to the information (such as the operating range, the number of operating objects, and the wind control management capability) of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise, which are pre-stored by itself. And then, returning risk prompt information to the first electronic equipment 11 according to the calculated matching degree. Specifically, when the risk bearing capacity of the first leasing enterprise is larger than the risk bearing capacity of the second leasing enterprise according to the matching degree, the risk prompt information is prompt information that risk auditing passes; otherwise, the risk prompt information is prompt information that the risk audit is not passed.
After receiving the risk prompt information returned by the blockchain 13, the first electronic device 11 returns lease response information to the user W according to the risk prompt information (specifically, may return lease response information to a user terminal held by the user W). Specifically, when the risk prompt information is prompt information that the risk audit passes, the lease response information is information for receiving a lease request of the user W and indicating the user W to use the article. When the risk prompt information is prompt information that the risk audit is not passed, the lease response information is specifically response information for rejecting the lease request of the user W.
It should be understood that the first rental enterprise, the first electronic device, the second rental enterprise, and the second electronic device are only described by distinction, and in a specific application, one electronic device corresponds to one rental enterprise, and the same electronic device can implement the functions performed by the first electronic device and the functions performed by the second electronic device. In addition, the foregoing is only taken as an example of two rental enterprises (the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise), in an actual application scenario, the rental enterprises may be more than two, and more than two electronic devices are correspondingly present in the rental management system, and each electronic device may optionally execute the function executed by the first electronic device and/or the function executed by the second electronic device.
Embodiment two:
fig. 2 is a flowchart of a first lease management method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the lease management method is applied to an electronic device, and for distinguishing descriptions, the first lease management method is specifically referred to as a first electronic device, that is, an electronic device corresponding to a first lease enterprise. The lease management method is described in detail as follows:
in S201, a lease request of a user is received, the lease request including identity information of the user.
In this embodiment of the present application, the lease request of the user may specifically be sent through a user terminal held by the user, and the first electronic device specifically receives the lease request sent by the user terminal to implement receiving the lease request of the user. The lease request contains the identity information of the user, such as the mobile phone number, name, identification card number, etc. of the user.
In S202, a query request is sent to a blockchain according to the lease request, where the query request includes identity information of the user.
After receiving the lease request, a query request is sent to the blockchain, wherein the query request contains the identity information of the user carried by the lease request. Specifically, the blockchain is composed of a plurality of blockchain node devices, and the first electronic device can send a query request to any one of the blockchain node devices in the blockchain or send the query request to a designated blockchain node device in the blockchain, which has a corresponding relation with the first electronic device in advance, so that the step of sending the query request to the blockchain is realized. Optionally, the query request may contain unique identification information of the first electronic device or the first rental business, so that the blockchain identifies for which rental business the query request is currently sent.
In S203, risk prompt information returned by the blockchain is obtained, where the risk prompt information is prompt information returned after the blockchain calculates the matching degree of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise, and the matching degree is calculated according to the identity information of the user and the blacklist record information of the second leasing enterprise stored in the blockchain.
In this embodiment of the present application, the risk prompt information is a prompt information returned by the blockchain after receiving the query request, and after calculating the matching degree between the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise according to the identity information of the user included in the query request and the blacklist record information of the second rental enterprise stored in the blockchain. The blacklist record information of the second leasing enterprise records information of users listed in the blacklist by the second leasing enterprise.
Specifically, the embodiment of the application may acquire the returned risk prompt information from any one of the blockchain link node devices or a specific blockchain node device in the blockchain.
In S204, lease response information is returned to the user according to the risk prompt information.
In the embodiment of the application, the risk prompt information can be prompt information that the risk audit passes or prompt information that the risk audit does not pass. And after receiving the risk prompt information, the first electronic equipment returns corresponding lease response information to the user according to the risk prompt information. The lease response information can be returned by text, voice and the like.
Optionally, step S204 includes:
and if the risk prompt information is detected to be that the risk audit is not passed, returning lease response information for rejecting the lease request to the user.
And when the risk prompt information is that the risk audit is not passed, the current user is a user in a blacklist of the second lease enterprise, and the risk bearing capacity of the first lease enterprise is determined to be smaller than that of the second lease enterprise according to the matching degree, and at the moment, lease response information for rejecting the lease request is returned to the user. Optionally, the lease response information may prompt the user in a voice or text manner that the current lease request is denied.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the risk prompt information obtained from the blockchain is that the risk audit fails, the rental response information rejecting the rental request can be returned to the user, so that the user cannot rent and use the article on the platform of the first rental enterprise, and therefore, the security of the rental management method can be improved.
Optionally, step S204 includes:
if the risk prompt information is detected to pass the risk audit, returning lease response information for receiving the lease request to the user, and opening article use permission to the user.
And when the risk prompt information specifically is that the risk audit passes, returning lease response information for receiving the lease request to the user, and opening the use permission of the article requested to be used to the user. Optionally, the lease request of the user includes unique identification information of the article currently requested to be used by the user, and the first electronic device may query unlocking information corresponding to the article according to the unique identification information, and return the unlocking information to the user to open the use permission of the article.
In the embodiment of the application, when the risk prompt information acquired from the blockchain passes the risk audit, the lease response information for receiving the lease request can be returned to the user, and the article use permission is opened to the user, so that an intelligent, safe and effective lease management mode can be realized.
Optionally, the lease management method of the embodiment of the application further includes:
a1: recording article use behaviors of the user;
a2: if the user violates the preset rule set by the first leasing enterprise according to the article using behavior, generating blacklist record information of the first leasing enterprise, wherein the blacklist record information of the first leasing enterprise comprises identity information of the user so as to indicate that the user is listed in a blacklist of the first leasing enterprise;
A3: and sending the blacklist record information of the first leasing enterprise to the blockchain for storage.
In this embodiment of the present application, it is determined, according to the risk prompt information, to accept the rental request of the user, and after the article usage rights are opened to the user, the user may use the article managed by the first rental enterprise.
In step A1, monitoring means may be present on the item used by the user for monitoring the user's item usage behaviour. The first electronic device may acquire the article use behavior of the user monitored by the monitoring device.
In step A2, when it is determined that the user violates a preset rule set by the first rental enterprise according to the recorded article usage behavior, for example, the article usage range exceeds the preset usage range, the article usage time exceeds the rental time, and the state after the article is in a damaged state, the user is listed in a blacklist of the first rental enterprise, and meanwhile blacklist record information of the first rental enterprise is generated. The blacklist record information of the first rental business at least comprises the identity information of the user so as to indicate that the user is blacklisted in the first rental business. Optionally, the blacklist record information of the first rental enterprise includes identity information of the user and unique identification information of the first rental enterprise, so that a subsequent blockchain can identify that the blacklist record information is information sent by the first rental enterprise. Optionally, the blacklist information of the first rental corporation may further include information of the current illegal use behavior (i.e., the article use behavior that violates the preset rule) of the user.
In step A3, the generated blacklist record information of the first rental enterprise is sent to the blockchain for storage, so that after receiving the query requests sent by the electronic devices of other rental enterprises, the blockchain can calculate the matching degree according to the stored blacklist information of the first rental enterprise, and corresponding risk prompt information is obtained. Specifically, after the blockchain node devices exist in the blockchain, the first electronic device may send the blacklist record information of the first rental enterprise to one of the blockchain node devices, the blockchain node device stores the blacklist record information of the first rental enterprise, and broadcasts the blacklist record information of the first rental enterprise to other blockchain node devices for storage.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the first electronic device can record the article usage behavior of the user, and determine whether the user violates the preset rule set by the first rental enterprise, the blacklist of the first rental enterprise platform can be maintained. Meanwhile, after the user is judged to violate the preset rule set by the first leasing enterprise, the generated blacklist record information of the first leasing enterprise can be sent to the blockchain for storage, so that the blacklist record information of the first leasing enterprise can be shared by other subsequent leasing enterprises through the blockchain, and the electronic equipment of other leasing enterprises can acquire accurate risk prompt information.
Taking an application scenario of vehicle renting as an example illustration, namely, the objects rented by each renting platform are specifically vehicles:
when a user needs to use a vehicle operated and managed by a first leasing enterprise, a license plate number of the vehicle is input into a user terminal or a two-dimensional code attached to the vehicle is scanned, and after the user terminal inputs own mobile phone number information as identity information, a leasing request is sent to first electronic equipment through the user terminal, wherein the leasing request comprises the mobile phone number information of the user. After receiving the lease request, the first electronic device sends a query request to the blockchain, wherein the query request comprises mobile phone number information of the user. And then, acquiring risk prompt information returned by the blockchain, if the risk prompt information is that the risk audit is not passed, indicating that the user is listed in a blacklist of a second leasing enterprise platform, wherein the risk bearing capacity of the first leasing enterprise is smaller than that of the second leasing enterprise, and at the moment, directly sending leasing response information for refusing the user to use the vehicle to the user terminal.
And if the risk prompt information is that the risk audit is passed, sending lease response information for receiving the use of the vehicle by the user to the user terminal, and sending a vehicle unlocking password to the user terminal, so that the user can unlock the vehicle and lease the vehicle. In the process of using the vehicle by the user, the monitoring device on the vehicle monitors the vehicle using behavior of the user and sends monitoring data to the first electronic device. And if the first electronic equipment judges that the behavior of the vehicle use of the user has behaviors such as safe driving illegal stop, delay fine and the like according to the monitoring data, the mobile phone number of the user is stored in a blacklist of a first leasing enterprise maintained by the first electronic equipment. Meanwhile, the blacklist record information of the first leasing enterprise is generated, specifically, the mobile phone number of the user and the current unique identification information of the first leasing enterprise are bound to be used as a piece of blacklist record information, and the blacklist record information is sent to the blockchain for storage.
According to the method and the device for processing the blacklist, after the first electronic device obtains the lease request of the user, the inquiry request containing the identity information of the user is sent to the blockchain, so that the blockchain can return corresponding risk prompt information after calculating the matching degree of the first lease enterprise and the second lease enterprise according to the identity information of the user and the blacklist record information of the second lease enterprise stored by the blockchain, blacklist sharing among different lease enterprises can be achieved through the blockchain, and the risk prompt information corresponding to the current lease request can be directly and effectively obtained by combining the matching degree of the different lease enterprises, so that corresponding lease response information can be returned to the user. Because the risk prompt information of the lease request can be determined based on the blockchain and by combining information (such as blacklist, matching degree and the like) among different lease enterprises, lease management based on a multi-lease enterprise platform can be flexibly and effectively realized. In addition, the blockchain can ensure the safety and accuracy of the information, so that the safety of lease management can be ensured, and a lease management mode which is flexible, convenient and high in safety is realized.
Embodiment III:
fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second lease management method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the lease management method is applied to a blockchain link point device in a blockchain. The lease management method is described in detail as follows:
In this embodiment of the present application, consistent with the above related description, the first electronic device is an electronic device corresponding to the first rental enterprise, and the second electronic device is an electronic device corresponding to the second rental enterprise.
In the embodiment of the application, the blockchain is composed of a plurality of blockchain node devices, and data stored in the blockchain node devices are all tamper-proof data authenticated by each blockchain node device. Specifically, each blockchain node device stores information of each rental enterprise, including at least blacklist record information, and may further include other information related to risk bearing capability of the rental enterprise. The execution body, namely the blockchain node device, of the embodiment of the application can be the blockchain node device fixedly bound with the first electronic device, or can be one blockchain node device which is randomly designated from the blockchain when the first electronic device needs to send the query request every time.
In S301, a query request sent by a first electronic device is obtained, where the query request includes identity information of a user included in a lease request received by the first electronic device; the first electronic equipment is electronic equipment corresponding to a first leasing enterprise.
The blockchain node equipment receives a query request sent by the first electronic equipment, wherein the query request specifically comprises identity information of a user, and the identity information of the user is specifically information obtained from a lease request received by the first electronic equipment. Optionally, the identity information of the user may include information such as a mobile phone number, an identification card number, a name, and the like of the user.
In S302, a matching degree between the first rental business and the second rental business is calculated according to the identity information of the user and the blacklist record information of the second rental business stored in the blockchain.
In the embodiment of the application, the blockchain node device stores the blacklist record information of each leasing enterprise. Inquiring all blacklist record information stored by the block link point equipment according to the identity information of the user, if the blacklist record information with the identity information of the user is found, determining a leasing enterprise corresponding to the blacklist record information as a second leasing enterprise, and calculating the matching degree of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise. Specifically, the blockchain node device may determine the matching degree of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise by respectively acquiring information related to the risk bearing capacity of the first rental enterprise and information related to the risk bearing capacity of the second rental enterprise, and performing matching calculation according to the two information. The matching degree may reflect a magnitude relationship of risk bearing capabilities of the first rental business and the second rental business.
Optionally, in the block link point device, a separate storage unit is set for each rental enterprise, and the blacklist record information of the rental enterprise is specially stored, where the storage unit carries unique identification information of the rental enterprise. When the blacklist record information matched with the identity information of the user is searched in a certain storage unit according to the identity information of the user, the unique identification information carried by the storage unit is acquired, and the second leasing enterprise is determined according to the unique identification information.
Optionally, the piece of blacklist record information stored in the blockchain node device specifically includes unique identification information of the leasing enterprise and identity information of a user listed in the leasing enterprise, when a piece of blacklist record information matched with the identity information of the user is found in the blockchain node device according to the identity information of the user, the unique identification information included in the blacklist record information is obtained, and the second leasing enterprise is determined according to the unique identification information.
Optionally, when information matching with the identity information of the current user cannot be found in all the blacklist record information stored in the block link point device, the user may be regarded as not being blacklisted by any leasing enterprise, and the matching degree value is directly set to 100% at this time, or the information that the user is not blacklisted is directly returned as the matching degree information.
In S303, according to the matching degree, risk prompt information is returned to the first electronic device.
And determining whether the current first electronic device can bear the risk of the lease request of the current user according to the matching degree. If yes, a prompt message indicating that the risk audit is passed is returned to the first electronic equipment; and if not, returning prompt information indicating that the risk audit is not passed to the second electronic equipment.
Optionally, the lease management method further includes:
and acquiring blacklist record information sent by electronic equipment, and storing the blacklist record information, wherein the electronic equipment comprises the first electronic equipment and/or second electronic equipment, and the second electronic equipment is electronic equipment corresponding to the second leasing enterprise.
In this embodiment of the present application, the block link point device may further obtain blacklist record information sent by the electronic device, and store the blacklist record information. The electronic device may be a first electronic device corresponding to a first rental enterprise, an electronic device corresponding to a second rental enterprise, or electronic devices corresponding to other rental enterprises except the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
Specifically, the blacklist record information at least includes identity information of the blacklisted user, and may further include illegal behavior information of the blacklisted user. In one embodiment, the blacklist record information further includes unique identification information of the rental platform, so as to identify which of the rental platforms corresponds to the blacklist record information. In another embodiment, the blacklist record information does not include unique identification information of the rental platform, and the block link point device stores a correspondence between the unique identification information of the electronic device and the unique identification information of the rental platform. When the blockchain node device receives the blacklist record information sent by the electronic device, determining the unique identification information of the corresponding leasing platform according to the unique identification information of the electronic device, such as the device number or the IP address of the electronic device, and binding and storing the unique identification information of the leasing platform with the blacklist record information so as to distinguish which leasing platform corresponds to the blacklist record information.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, after storing the blacklist record information in the storage unit of the blockchain link point device, the blockchain link point device further broadcasts the blacklist record information to other blockchain link point devices of the blockchain, so that each blockchain node device of the blockchain stores the blacklist record information.
In the embodiment of the application, the block link point device can acquire and store the blacklist record information from the electronic device, so that the blacklist record information can be combined for accurate query and matching calculation when the query request sent by the electronic device of other leasing enterprises is acquired later, and accurate risk prompt information is returned.
Optionally, step S302 described above includes:
if the user is determined to be the user of the blacklist of the second rental enterprise according to the identity information of the user and the blacklist record information of the second rental enterprise stored in the blockchain, calculating according to any one or more of the operating range, the number of operating objects and the risk management and control capability of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise, and determining the matching degree of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise.
In the embodiment of the present application, the matching degree between the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise is calculated according to any one or more of the operating ranges, the number of operating articles, and the risk management and control capabilities corresponding to the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise, respectively. The operation range may specifically refer to a geographical area range in which the rental enterprise allows the item to be used, and may also refer to a type of the item operated by the rental enterprise. The number of the operating articles is the number of articles which are input by the leasing enterprise and can be used by users. The risk management and control capability can be represented according to the unified wind control algorithm or the risk index information of the leased enterprise calculated by the unified wind control management platform. Specifically, each blockchain node device in the blockchain stores information such as the operating range, the number of operating objects, the risk management and control capability and the like of each leasing enterprise, and the blockchain node device can calculate the matching degree of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise according to the information stored by the blockchain node device.
Optionally, the calculating according to any one or more of the operating ranges, the number of operating items, and the risk management and control capabilities of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise, and determining the matching degree of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise specifically includes:
comparing the operation ranges of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise, and determining a first matching value by combining the first weight;
comparing the number of the operating objects of the first leasing enterprise with the number of the operating objects of the second leasing enterprise, and determining a second matching value by combining the second weight;
comparing the risk management and control capability of the first leasing enterprise with that of the second leasing enterprise, and determining a third matching value by combining a third weight;
and determining the matching degree of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise according to the first matching value, the second matching value and the third matching value.
In the embodiment of the application, corresponding three weights (namely, a first weight, a second weight and a third weight) are respectively set for three indexes of an operation range, the number of operation objects and risk management and control capability, and the corresponding three matching values are determined according to the comparison results of the three indexes and the three weights, so that the matching degree of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise is finally determined. Wherein the result of the addition of these three weights is equal to 100%.
Specifically, when the experience range of the first leasing enterprise is greater than the operation range of the second leasing enterprise, the first matching value is equal to the first weight, otherwise, the first matching value is equal to 0. When the number of the operation objects of the first leasing enterprise is larger than that of the operation objects of the second leasing enterprise, the second matching value is equal to the second weight, otherwise, the second matching value is equal to 0. When the risk management and control capability of the first leasing enterprise is greater than that of the second leasing enterprise, the third matching value is equal to the third weight, otherwise, the third matching value is equal to 0. And then, taking the value obtained by adding the first matching value, the second matching value and the third matching value as the matching degree of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise.
Taking an application scenario of vehicle renting as an example illustration, namely, the objects rented by each renting platform are specifically vehicles:
the above-mentioned operating range specifically refers to a vehicle delivery range, and the above-mentioned number of operating articles refers to the number of vehicles operated by the rental company. The current first weight is set to 40%, the second weight is set to 30%, and the third weight is set to 30%. And when the vehicle throwing range of the first leasing enterprise is determined to be larger than the vehicle throwing range of the second leasing enterprise, determining that the first matching value is 40% according to the first weight. And when the number of vehicles of the first leasing enterprise is determined to be larger than that of the second leasing enterprise, determining that the second matching value is 30% according to the second weight. And when the wind control management capability of the first leasing enterprise is smaller than the wind control management capability of the second leasing enterprise, determining the third matching value as 0. And then adding the first matching value, the second matching value and the third matching value to obtain: 40% +30% +0 = 70%, then 70% is taken as the match of the first rental business to the second rental business.
In the embodiment of the application, the matching degree of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise can be determined by combining any one or more of the operation range, the number of the operation objects and the risk management and control capability, so that the matching degree can accurately reflect the risk bearing capability of the first leasing enterprise and the second leasing enterprise, and corresponding risk prompt information can be accurately obtained according to the matching degree.
Optionally, step S303 includes:
if the matching degree meets the preset condition, returning risk prompt information indicating that the risk audit passes to the first electronic equipment; otherwise, returning risk prompt information indicating that the risk audit is not passed to the first electronic equipment.
In this embodiment of the present application, the preset condition may specifically be that the matching degree is greater than a preset threshold, or may be that the matching degree query result is "the user is not listed in a blacklist". And when the matching degree meets the preset condition, returning risk prompt information indicating that the risk audit passes to the first electronic equipment, otherwise, returning risk prompt information indicating that the risk audit does not pass to the first electronic equipment. For example, the preset condition is set to be that the matching degree needs to be greater than 50% of the preset threshold, in the above example, the matching degree calculated in step S302 is 70%, and since 70% is greater than 50%, it may be determined that the current matching degree meets the preset condition, and a risk prompt message indicating that the risk audit passes may be returned to the first electronic device.
Optionally, before the acquiring the query request sent by the first electronic device, the method further includes:
acquiring setting information of preset conditions, and storing the preset conditions into the block chain node equipment according to the setting information. Through the step, the preset conditions can be flexibly set, so that corresponding risk prompt information is flexibly generated, and the flexibility of the lease management method is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding risk prompt information can be accurately returned to the first electronic equipment according to the matching degree and the preset condition, so that the safety of the lease management method can be improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, after obtaining the query request sent by the first electronic device, the blockchain node device can automatically calculate the matching degree of the first rental enterprise and the second rental enterprise according to the identity information of the user included in the query request and the blacklist record information of the second rental enterprise stored in the blockchain, and return the corresponding risk prompt information to the first electronic device according to the matching degree, so that blacklist sharing between different rental enterprises can be realized through the blockchain, and the risk prompt information corresponding to the current rental request can be directly and effectively obtained by combining the matching degree of different rental enterprises, so that corresponding rental response information can be returned to the user.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic of each process, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application in any way.
