a driving direction judgment submodule (31) for acquiring the driving direction information of the current road section, comparing the driving direction information with the acquired direction information and outputting direction judgment result information;
the driving speed judgment submodule (32) acquires the speed limit information of the current road section, compares the speed limit information with the acquired speed information and outputs speed judgment result information;
the steering judgment submodule (33) is used for acquiring whether the current road section can be steered or not and outputting illegal steering information or not when the vehicle steers; and the number of the first and second groups,
the stop position judgment submodule (34) acquires the state of the traffic light at the current moment and the state of the pedestrian when the main body is judged to be the pedestrian, and outputs and judges whether the pedestrian illegally runs the red light;

and generating illegal action processing information, generating processing information corresponding to the illegal action according to the information of the illegal party, and respectively storing the processing information to the plug-in platform and sending the processing information to the illegal party.

The method for auditing and managing illicit videos according to claim 6, wherein when walking and driving information is acquired, a multi-frame picture in a monitoring video is acquired, and the driving information of pedestrians or vehicles is acquired according to the positions of the pedestrians or vehicles in the multi-frame picture, wherein the driving information mainly comprises direction information, speed information, steering information and stop position information.

The review and management method of illegal video according to claim 6, wherein when matching the information of the illegal party, the information mainly includes the name, contact information, and past illegal information of the illegal party, the past illegal information affects the processing method, and the name and contact information facilitate sending the processing method information.
