and a matching determining module 4115, configured to determine, according to a calculation result of the big data platform, a name and location information of an automobile maintenance service location matched with the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first obtaining unit 401 may include a video obtaining module 4011, a truncating module 4012, and an image obtaining module 4013.
The video acquisition module 4011 is configured to acquire a video including information of the target vehicle through a high-order camera;
the intercepting module 4012 is configured to perform image interception on a video including target vehicle information within a preset time to obtain a continuous frame image;
an image obtaining module 4013, configured to obtain an image including information of the target vehicle from the consecutive frame images.

determining the body color recognition degree of the target vehicle according to the body color information and the corresponding body color information of the new vehicle;
determining a total recognition value according to the license plate number recognition degree and the vehicle body color recognition degree, wherein the total recognition value is a value representing the whole vehicle cleanliness of the target vehicle;
judging whether the total identification value is larger than a first preset value or not;
when the total identification value is not larger than the first preset value, determining that the target vehicle is in a state of needing automobile maintenance service;
acquiring position information of a target vehicle;
matching a corresponding automobile maintenance service place according to the target vehicle information and the position information;
and pushing the name and the position information of the automobile maintenance service place to the owner user terminal bound by the target vehicle.

1. A recommendation method for vehicle washing information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an image containing target vehicle information, wherein the target vehicle information is information containing a license plate and a vehicle body color;
determining license plate information and body color information of the target vehicle according to the image containing the target vehicle information;
determining the license plate number recognition degree of the target vehicle according to the license plate information and the corresponding new vehicle license plate information;
determining the body color recognition degree of the target vehicle according to the body color information and the corresponding body color information of the new vehicle;
determining a total recognition value according to the license plate number recognition degree and the vehicle body color recognition degree, wherein the total recognition value is a value representing the whole vehicle cleanliness of the target vehicle;
judging whether the total identification value is larger than a first preset value or not;
when the total identification value is determined to be not greater than the first preset value, determining that the target vehicle is in a state of needing automobile maintenance service;
acquiring position information of the target vehicle;
matching a corresponding automobile maintenance service place according to the target vehicle information and the position information;
and pushing the name and the position information of the automobile maintenance service place to an owner user terminal bound by the target vehicle.
2. The recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein before determining the license plate number recognition degree of the target vehicle according to the license plate information and the corresponding new license plate information, the recommendation method further comprises:
and acquiring historical information of the target vehicle of the user binding account, wherein the historical information comprises new vehicle license plate information, new vehicle body color information and vehicle washing record information.
3. The recommendation method according to claim 2, wherein the matching of the corresponding vehicle maintenance service location with the location information according to the target vehicle information includes:
dividing the track area of the target vehicle into at least two selection areas;
determining information of all automobile maintenance service places in each selected area, wherein the information comprises names, positions and service vehicle type information of the automobile maintenance service places;
determining a selected area where the target vehicle is located according to the position information of the target vehicle;
calculating the target vehicle information and the information of the automobile maintenance service places in the selected area through a big data platform;
and determining the name and the position information of the automobile maintenance service place matched with the target vehicle according to the calculation result of the big data platform.
4. The recommendation method according to claim 3, wherein after the target vehicle information and the information of the vehicle maintenance service places in the selected area are calculated by a big data platform, the recommendation method further comprises:
and synchronizing the calculation result of the big data platform to a local database for storage.
5. The recommendation method according to claim 4, wherein after determining whether the total identification value is greater than a first preset value, the recommendation method further comprises:
and when the total identification value is determined to be larger than a first preset value, determining that the target vehicle is in a state of not needing automobile maintenance service.

The recommendation method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after determining that the target vehicle is in a state requiring car maintenance service, before pushing the name and location information of the car maintenance service location to the owner user terminal bound to the target vehicle, the recommendation method further comprises:
and sending a state notification to the owner user terminal bound by the target vehicle, wherein the state notification is a notification that the vehicle needs to be subjected to vehicle maintenance service.

acquiring a video containing target vehicle information through a high-order camera;

the first judging unit is used for judging whether the total identification value is larger than a first preset value or not;
the first execution unit is used for determining that the target vehicle is in a state of needing automobile maintenance service when the first judgment unit determines that the total identification value is not greater than the first preset value;
a second acquisition unit configured to acquire position information of the target vehicle;
the matching unit is used for matching a corresponding automobile maintenance service place according to the target vehicle information and the position information;
and the pushing unit is used for pushing the name and the position information of the automobile maintenance service place to the owner user terminal bound by the target vehicle.
