本发明提供一种金属主体快插接头，包括金属主体、导杆、Y型密封圈、固定环、压紧套、卡环，所述金属主体一般采用钢材质、铝材质或铜材质，其结构内部依次有环型挂台、三个台阶孔，分别装置压紧套、卡环、固定环、Y型密封圈、导杆，其结构外部有外螺纹、外六角，所述压紧套的凹槽与金属主体的环型挂台镶入配合，下方设置有卡环，所述卡环在尼龙管插入时起到锁紧作用，卡环下方是固定环，所述固定环其上端被压紧套压紧，下端面顶住Y型密封圈的上端面，所述固定环的下方设置有Y型密封圈，所述Y型密封圈在尼龙管插入时起到密封作用，Y型密封圈下方是导杆，所述导杆在尼龙管插入时起到导向作用，与现有技术相比，本发明涉及的一种金属主体快插接头，具有耐压强度高、密封性优良、连接牢固、可靠性高，适宜不同环境下不同工况等特点。

为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种金属主体快插接头，以解决现有快插接头主体树脂材料不耐冲击、不耐酸碱、易老化等风险。

一种金属主体快插接头，包括金属主体（1）、导杆（2）、Y型密封圈（3）、固定环（4）、压紧套（5）、卡环（6），所述金属主体（1）一般采用钢材质、铝材质或铜材质，其结构内部依次有环型挂台（11）、第一台阶孔（12）、第二台阶孔（13）、第三台阶孔（14），其结构外部有外螺纹（15）、外六角（16）所述压紧套（2）的凹槽与金属主体的环型挂台（11）镶入配合，下方设置有卡环（6），所述卡环（6）在尼龙管插入时起到锁紧作用，卡环下方是固定环（4），所述固定环其上端被压紧套（5）压紧，下端面顶住Y型密封圈（3）的上端面，所述Y型密封圈（3）在尼龙管插入时起到密封作用，其下方是导杆（2），所述导杆（2）在尼龙管插入时起到导向作用。

该金属主体快插接头，采用钢材质、铝材质或铜材质等金属材质替代原有树脂材质，同时通过结构优化调整，解决了现有快插接头主体树脂材料不耐冲击、不耐酸碱、易老化等风险。

在使用时将尼龙管插入到金属主体（1）的快插接头中，可实现尼龙管路的快速连接。
该金属主体快插接头，采用钢材质、铝材质或铜材质等金属材质替代原有树脂材质，同时通过结构优化调整，解决了现有快插接头主体树脂材料不耐冲击、不耐酸碱、易老化等风险。
