Abstract
The invention discloses a pressure balance protection device of horizontal side squeezing cylinders at two sides of a large-scale servo press, which belongs to the technical field of servo presses and is characterized by comprising an external oil cylinder valve bank connected with rodless cavities of the horizontal side squeezing cylinders at two sides; wherein: the external oil cylinder valve group comprises an electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve, a sequence valve and a one-way valve; the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the left horizontal extrusion oil cylinder through a left oil way provided with a left direction plug-in, a left electromagnetic directional valve and a left pressure sensor; the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the right horizontal extrusion oil cylinder through a right oil way provided with a right direction plug-in, a right electromagnetic directional valve and a right pressure sensor; the sequence valve and the four check valves form a hydraulic bridge type loop, and two ends of the hydraulic bridge type loop are respectively connected with a rodless cavity of the left horizontal extrusion oil cylinder and a rodless cavity of the right horizontal extrusion oil cylinder.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of servo presses, and particularly relates to a pressure balance protection device for horizontal side extrusion cylinders on two sides of a large-scale servo press.
Background
The skin and end frame parts of the lightweight components of various active aerospace weaponry equipment are generally in space thin-wall reinforcing rib structures, and the curved surface structures cannot be manufactured by adopting a sheet bending forming method due to the existence of high ribs. The optimal method for manufacturing the typical metal cabin body framework and the end frame is hot extrusion multidirectional forming, the method can form the ribs in place at one time while obtaining good profile size precision, belongs to a near-net forming scheme, and avoids curved surface deformation caused by stress generated by subsequent processing. The horizontal side extrusion precision of the traditional double-side horizontal side extrusion cylinder non-pressure balance protection device of the large-scale servo press can not meet the precision requirement of a workpiece, and the main frame has large bearing force and is easy to fatigue damage due to different side extrusion forces, so that the design and development of the pressure balance protection device of the double-side horizontal side extrusion cylinder of the large-scale servo press are particularly important.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
by adopting the technical scheme, the rodless cavities of the two side horizontal side extrusion cylinders are connected through the external valve group of the oil cylinder, and when the two side horizontal cylinders perform side extrusion on a workpiece, pressure oil of the two side horizontal cylinders acts on two ends of the sequence valve through the check valves on the external valve group. Through setting the sequence valve on the external valve group, the extrusion pressure difference of the horizontal cylinders on the two sides is set, when the pressure difference is greater than the set pressure, the horizontal cylinders on the two sides are communicated, and the pressure is balanced instantly. When the horizontal cylinders on the two sides release pressure, the electromagnetic directional valves are electrified to open the directional valve plug-in units controlled by the electromagnetic directional valves, the pressure oil of the horizontal cylinders on the two sides simultaneously acts on the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve, and the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve is controlled to release pressure while the horizontal cylinders on the two sides release pressure, and the pressure release speed is controllable. The external valve bank of the oil cylinder controls the pressure difference of the horizontal side squeezing cylinders at two sides in the pressurizing and pressure releasing stages, so that the pressure balance of the two cylinders is realized, and the host frame is protected.

The working principle of the preferred embodiment is as follows:
the rodless cavities of the two side horizontal side extrusion cylinders are connected through an external valve bank of the oil cylinder, and when the two side horizontal cylinders extrude a workpiece laterally, pressure oil of the two side horizontal cylinders acts on two ends of the sequence valve through the check valves on the external valve bank. Through setting the sequence valve on the external valve group, the extrusion pressure difference of the horizontal cylinders on the two sides is set, and when the extrusion pressure difference is greater than the set pressure, the horizontal cylinders on the two sides are communicated, and the pressure is balanced instantly. When the horizontal cylinders on the two sides release pressure, the electromagnetic directional valves are electrified to open the directional valve plug-in units controlled by the electromagnetic directional valves, the pressure oil of the horizontal cylinders on the two sides simultaneously acts on the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve, and the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve is controlled to release pressure while the horizontal cylinders on the two sides release pressure, and the pressure release speed is controllable. The external valve bank of the oil cylinder controls the pressure difference of the squeezing cylinders at the horizontal sides at the two sides in the pressurization and decompression stages, so that the pressure balance of the two cylinders is realized, and a host frame is protected.

the external valve group of the oil cylinder comprises an electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve (5), a sequence valve (6) and a check valve (7); the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve (5) is connected with a rodless cavity of the left horizontal extrusion oil cylinder (1-1) through a left oil way provided with a left direction plug-in (3-1), a left electromagnetic directional valve (4-1) and a left pressure sensor (2-1); the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve (5) is connected with a rodless cavity of the right horizontal extrusion oil cylinder (1-2) through a right oil way provided with a right direction plug-in (3-2), a right electromagnetic directional valve (4-2) and a right pressure sensor (2-2); the sequence valve (6) and the four one-way valves (7) form a hydraulic bridge type loop, and two ends of the hydraulic bridge type loop are respectively connected with a rodless cavity of the left horizontal extrusion oil cylinder (1-1) and a rodless cavity of the right horizontal extrusion oil cylinder (1-2);
