In this embodiment, since the washing machine body 1 is mainly fixedly connected to the wall 10 by the expansion bolts 12 of the rear panel, the vibration of the washing machine body 1 is finally transmitted to the wall 10 mainly through the connection positions of the expansion bolts 12 and the wall 10. The concrete structure is as follows: one end of a damping vibration absorption member such as a horizontal suspension spring 411 and/or a horizontal vibration absorber 511 is connected with the rear side wall of the washing machine body 1, and the other end is connected with the rear back plate of the shell 2. The present embodiment is different from the conventional suspension damping structure of the washing machine, and the conventional suspension damping structure of the washing machine is often used for a floor type washing machine. Since the floor type washing machine is connected to the ground through the bottom, the vibration generated by the washing machine itself is finally transmitted to the ground, the damper assemblies 3 are mainly disposed at the upper and lower ends of the washing machine body 1, and the damper assemblies 3 are not disposed at the back of the washing machine body 1. The structural characteristics that this embodiment combines hanging washing machine add damper assembly 3 on the backplate of washing machine body 1, make the hanging washing machine of this embodiment can obtain effective cushioning effect. The arrangement of the suspension springs and dampers for the washing machine body 1, which corresponds to the positions and number of the fulcrums supporting the washing machine body 1, i.e., the fulcrums supporting the wall-mounted washing machine 1, should be advantageous for maintaining the balance of the washing machine body 1.
When 1 vertical direction suspension spring 412 is arranged at the upper end of the washing machine body 1, and 1 vertical direction damper 512 is arranged at the lower end of the wall-mounted washing machine 1, the wall-mounted washing machine 1 is difficult to keep balance, so that the top surface 6 of the outer wall of the washing machine body is at least provided with 2 vertical direction suspension springs 412, and the bottom surface 8 of the outer wall of the washing machine body is at least provided with 2 vertical direction dampers 512. And the specific number of suspension springs 4 and dampers 5 also needs to be related to the volume size of the washing machine body 1 combined with the required suspension. Generally, 2 vertical suspension springs 412 are provided at the upper portion of the washing machine body, and 2 vertical dampers 512 are provided at the lower portion of the washing machine body 1. The number of the suspension springs 4 and the dampers 5 in the present embodiment is set in consideration of keeping the washing machine body 1 balanced.
In this embodiment, since the suspension spring 4 and the damper 5 serve as fulcrums for the washing machine body 1, the arrangement of the fulcrums is more beneficial to keeping the washing machine body 1 balanced if the fulcrums are symmetrically distributed up and down and left and right. In this embodiment, the arrangement positions of the suspension spring 4 and the damper 5 are combined with the actual gravity center position of the washing machine body 1, so as to keep the washing machine body 1 balanced as much as possible.
The washing machine body 1 is provided with 1 vertical suspension spring 412 on the top surface 6 of the outer wall of the washing machine body, 1 vertical damper 512 on the bottom surface 8 of the outer wall of the washing machine body, and several damping assemblies 3 on the back wall of the washing machine body 1. That is, it is verified that the suspension springs 4 and the dampers 5 are respectively provided at the upper, lower, left, right, and back sides of the washing machine body 1, so that the vibration of the washing machine body 1 can be effectively reduced. Of course, if there is a situation that the washing machine body 1 vibrates very much during operation or the requirement for damping the washing machine body 1 is very high, it can be considered that the suspension spring 4 and the damper 5 are additionally arranged on the washing machine body 1, but the arrangement of the suspension spring 4 and the damper 5 is considered to be beneficial for keeping the washing machine body 1 balanced.
In this embodiment, the washing machine body 1 is suspended in the casing 2 by the suspension spring and the damper, so that the vibration of the washing machine body 1 can be effectively reduced. Then, the housing 2 is fixed to the wall 10 or a bracket or the like to mount the wall-mounted washing machine. The expansion bolts 11 can be installed on the casing 2 by drilling bolt through holes 16 to fix the casing 2 and the wall 10 or the bracket, i.e. the washing machine body 1 is fixed on the wall 10 or the bracket. By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the washing machine body 1 can be installed without punching the washing machine body 1.
In this embodiment, a damping sleeve 17 is sleeved outside the expansion bolt 12, and the damping sleeve 17 may be a rubber damping pad or a damping spring. The damping sleeve 17 is arranged on the rear end face 18 of the outer wall of the housing at the position of the bolt through hole 16, so that the housing 2 and the wall 10 can be further isolated. In this embodiment, the same attention is paid to the damping treatment of the fixing positions of the housing 2 and the wall 10, so as to further ensure the damping effect.
The wall-mounted washing machine of the embodiment can effectively reduce the vibration of the washing machine body 1, the suspension spring 4 and the damper 5 firstly play a role in damping the washing machine body 1, and the arranged shell 2 structure can isolate the washing machine body 1, the wall 10 and the like, so that a damping effect is further achieved. And the wall-mounted washing machine in this embodiment has a simple structure and is convenient to construct.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a wall-mounted washing machine, similar to the above-described embodiments, the washing machine body 1 is accommodated in the casing 2, and the vibration damping process of the washing machine body 1 is implemented by disposing the first group of vibration damping members between the casing 12 of the washing machine body 1 and the casing 2. The main difference of the present embodiment is that the washing machine body 1 includes a water storage tank 13 in addition to the outer casing 12, and the second set of damping devices is connected to the housing 2 on the water storage tank 13. The second group of damping means comprises a second group of suspension springs 420 and a second group of dampers 520, and the second group of suspension springs 420 and the second group of dampers 520 are arranged between the water storage cylinder and the housing 2 in the embodiment so as to further perform a damping process on the water storage cylinder 13.
In this embodiment, besides the first set of damping components is disposed outside the washing machine body 1, the second set of damping components is disposed separately for the position of the water storage cylinder 13 with large weight and large vibration, so as to further make the wall-mounted washing machine of this embodiment obtain a better damping effect.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present embodiment is similar to the above embodiments, and provides a wall-mounted washing machine, which is mainly different in that the washing machine body 1 accommodated in the housing 2 has a water storage tank 13. One end of the shock absorption component 2 is connected with the water storage cylinder 13 of the washing machine body 1, and the other end is connected with the shell 2. Since the main weight of the washing machine is concentrated in the water storage tank 13 of the washing machine, and the water storage tank of the washing machine is required to roll and generate vibration during washing clothes, it is necessary to perform a damping treatment on the water storage tank of the washing machine.
In the embodiment, a technical scheme similar to that of the above embodiment is adopted, and a damping component 3 is arranged on the outer wall of a water storage tank of the washing machine and connected with a shell 2. The damper assembly 3 is a damping member such as a suspension spring 4 and a damper 5, and the positions, the numbers, etc. of the suspension spring 4 and the damper 5 are the same as those of the above embodiment, and it is considered that the water storage tank of the washing machine body 1 is kept balanced. The wall-mounted washing machine of the embodiment can effectively reduce the vibration of the water storage barrel 13 of the washing machine body 1, and the water storage barrel 13 of the washing machine body 1 is conveniently mounted on the wall surface to save space.
Example 4
The present embodiment provides a wall hanging structure having a shock absorbing function as shown in fig. 1 and 2 except for a washing machine body 1. This hanging structure with shock-absorbing function includes that inside has accommodation space's casing 2, casing 2 can punch and place expansion bolts 11 etc. and install with wall body 10 to realize the hanging effect in space-saving.
In this embodiment, the inside of the housing 2 can accommodate devices that require shock absorption. The shell 2 can isolate the equipment needing damping from the wall 10, so that a certain damping effect is realized. And still set up damper assembly 3 on the casing 2 inner wall for connect the equipment that needs the shock attenuation, damper assembly 3 plays the effect that the shock attenuation was supported to the equipment that needs the shock attenuation. The shock absorbing component 3 is also a damping member which can play a shock absorbing effect. The equipment that needs the absorbing shock passes through damper 3's connection, can further play the absorbing shock effect to damper sets up in a plurality of directions, can realize multi-direction shock attenuation effect.

Claims (10)

1. A wall-mounted washing machine includes a washing machine body (1); the method is characterized in that: the washing machine body (1) is arranged in a shell (2) with an accommodating space inside, a rear back plate of the shell (2) is fixedly connected with a wall body (10), and the washing machine body (1) is connected with the shell (2) through a damping component (3).
2. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the washing machine body (1) has a casing (12); one end of the shock absorption component (3) is connected with the shell (12), and the other end of the shock absorption component is connected with the shell (2);
preferably, a water storage barrel is installed in the shell and connected with the shell through a second damping component.

A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the washing machine body (1) has a water storage tank (13); one end of the damping component (3) is connected with the outer wall of the water storage cylinder (13), and the other end of the damping component is connected with the inner wall of the shell (2).
4. Wall-mounted washing machine according to claims 1-3, characterized in that the damper assembly (3) is a suspension spring (4) and/or a damper (5);
one end of the suspension spring (4) is connected with the upper end of the washing machine body (1), and the other end of the suspension spring is connected with the upper end of the shell (2);
one end of the shock absorber (5) is connected with the lower end of the washing machine body (1), and the other end of the shock absorber is connected with the lower end of the shell (2).
5. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a damper assembly (3) is connected between the rear sidewall of the washing machine body (1) and the back plate of the casing (2);
preferably, at least one suspension spring () and/or damper (5) is connected at one end to the rear end face (14) of the outer wall of the washing machine body and at the other end to the rear end face (15) of the inner wall of the housing.

The wall-mounted washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a first opening (19) is provided at the front side of the housing (2), and the first opening (19) is positioned to provide an accommodating space in a direction perpendicular to the wall (10), the accommodating space accommodating at least a part of the washing machine body (1);
the containing space at least contains the rear end surface of the washing machine body (1) and parts of four walls of the washing machine body (1);
preferably, the receiving space receives the entirety of the washing machine body (1).

The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein a limiting part (21) extending from the outer periphery of the casing to the inside of the casing (2) is arranged at the front side opening of the casing (2), the outer periphery of the limiting part (21) is connected with the side wall of the casing, and a first opening (19) is defined by the end surface of the limiting part (21) close to the inside of the casing (2);
the limiting part (21) is positioned outside the front side of the washing machine body (1), and the rear side of the limiting part (21) is connected with the front side of the washing machine body (1) through the damping component (3).
8. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 6, wherein the bottom plate of the housing (2) is provided with a second opening (20), and the rear back plate of the housing (2) is provided with a bolt through hole (16);
the second opening (20) is internally provided with a pipeline on the washing machine body (1),
an expansion bolt (11) for fixing the shell (2) is placed in the bolt through hole (16);
preferably, the second opening (20) is provided on a front line of a bottom plate of the housing (2) with a certain depth in a horizontal direction.
9. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the expansion bolt (11) is externally sleeved with a damping sleeve (17);
the damping sleeve (17) is arranged at a bolt through hole (16) of the rear end face (18) of the outer wall of the shell.
