According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, the method for controlling the user query duration of a multiple drum washing machine of the present invention may be implemented using encoded instructions (e.g., computer and/or machine readable instructions) stored on a non-transitory computer and/or machine readable medium (e.g., a hard disk drive, a flash memory, a read-only memory, a compact disk, a digital versatile disk, a cache, a random access memory, and/or any other storage device or storage disk) in which information for any period of time (e.g., an extended period of time, a permanent, a transient instance, a temporary cache, and/or an information cache) is stored, as described above with respect to the present invention. As used herein, the term "non-transitory computer-readable medium" is expressly defined to include any type of computer-readable storage device and/or storage disk and to exclude propagating signals and to exclude transmission media.
According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a washing machine, which employs the method for controlling the user query duration of the multi-drum washing machine of the present invention, includes a control device for the user query duration of the multi-drum washing machine, or includes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of the present invention.
According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, the device for performing the processing and specific operations of the voice command in the washing machine may be a voice control module, a voice control device, a voice interaction system, a voice recognition module, a voice recognition device, a main control module, a main control board, etc. of the washing machine, or may be a voice system, such as a processor, a controller, a control unit, etc. containing a voice control or recognition program in the washing machine. Additionally, one or more processors may be included in the speech system as well as non-transitory computer-readable media included therein. In particular, the control system in the washing machine in the present invention may be a microcontroller MCU, which is disposed in the washing machine, for controlling various operations of the washing machine and implementing various functions. The processor for the multi-cartridge implementing the washing machine voice function may be such as, but not limited to, one or more single-core or multi-core processors. The processor(s) may include any combination of general-purpose processors and special-purpose processors (e.g., graphics processors, application processors, etc.). A processor may be coupled thereto and/or may include a memory/storage device and may be configured to execute instructions stored in the memory/storage device to implement various applications and/or operating systems running on the controller in accordance with the present invention.
According to one or more embodiments of the invention, when the user inquires about the remaining time, the user intention is judged, and the adjustment broadcast is made; and according to the user instruction, different controls are realized.
According to one or more embodiments of the invention, the invention provides a control method for reducing the running time of the whole machine, which judges the intention of a user in the process of inquiring the remaining time of a washing drum by the user, and adjusts the water inlet, water discharge and dehydration priorities of washing units according to the washing time length if the user needs to wash completely at the same time, thereby shortening the difference of the finishing time of different washing units, reducing the waiting time of the user and meeting the intention of the user.

Further, the order of the steps of the methods described herein may be varied by one skilled in the art depending on the environment of the process or apparatus. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined not by the embodiments described above but by the claims and their equivalents.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiments, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for controlling a user inquiry period of a multi-drum washing machine includes:
receiving a first instruction about the running time length of the multi-drum washing machine inquired by a user;
recalculating the actual running time of the multi-drum washing machine according to the first instruction;
feeding back the actual operation time to a user and determining whether to perform the operation of the multi-drum washing machine according to the actual operation time according to a second instruction of the user;
wherein the first instruction of the multi-drum washing machine for receiving the user query about the operation time period comprises: identifying the remaining time of the multi-drum washing machine inquired by the user, sequencing the pre-calculated remaining time of each drum from short to long according to time, feeding back the remaining time of each drum to the user,
wherein, when the first instruction is that the plurality of drums have washed the laundry at the same time, determining whether a time sequence of the plurality of drums can be simultaneously operated;
if the multi-cylinder time sequence can be carried out simultaneously, the user is fed back that the washing machine can simultaneously execute the multi-cylinder time sequence, and the actual running time is recalculated;
if the multi-cylinder sequence can not be carried out simultaneously, the priority of the multi-cylinder sequence execution is adjusted according to the reverse sequence of the sequence, and then the actual running time is recalculated.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein,
in the operation stage of the multi-drum washing machine, the stay time t1, the stay times n1 and the weighing value C of forward and reverse rotation of each drum are obtained;
acquiring a water replenishing gear L1 and a flow V of each cylinder, and acquiring the water replenishing times n2 of each cylinder according to the weighing value C;
and acquiring a time limit A and a dewatering time n3 corresponding to the intermediate dewatering rotating speed of each cylinder.

The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when the first instruction is to shorten the operation time of the multi-drum, the priority of the operation of each drum of the multi-drum washing machine is adjusted, the stop time between the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the drum of the washing drum with longer operation time is reduced, the water level of the washing drum is lowered, and the time corresponding to the intermediate dehydration rotation speed of the washing drum is adjusted.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the time for stopping the drum during normal and reverse rotation, the time of which is required to be adjusted in duration, is reduced from t1 to t2 according to the preset value, the water replenishing gear of the washing drum is reduced from L1 to L2 according to the preset gear, and the time limit corresponding to the intermediate dewatering speed is reduced from A to B according to the preset time.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein
The washing reduction time of the drum needing the adjustment time is T1 ═ n1 ═ T1-T2;
the water replenishing shortening time of the cylinder needing to be adjusted is T2 n2 (L1/V-L2/V);
the intermediate dewatering time of the drum requiring the adjustment of the time length is shortened to T3 ═ n3 ═ a-B.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein,
the actual running time of the cylinder needing to be adjusted in time length is adjusted as follows: the run time for the cartridge was pre-calculated-T1-T2-T3.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the multi-drum washing machine comprises a voice recognition system, and the voice recognition system recognizes the instruction of the user query and feeds back the result of the multi-drum washing machine adjusted according to the instruction of the user query to the user through a broadcasting device.
8. A control apparatus for a user query duration of a multi-tub washing machine, comprising:
a processor;
a memory storing computer program instructions; the processor, when executing the computer program instructions, is configured to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon program instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, are operable to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A washing machine incorporating a method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, or incorporating a control device according to claim 8, or incorporating a non-transitory computer readable storage medium according to claim 9.
