s22, if not, directly sending upgrade prompt information to the main mobile terminal;
s231, if yes, judging whether users of other mobile terminals have upgrading authority;
s232, if not, directly sending upgrading prompt information to the main mobile terminal;
s2331, if yes, obtaining the times of using the washing machine by all users of other mobile terminals with upgrading authority;
s2332, sending upgrading prompt information to other mobile terminals of the users with the most use times;
s234, detecting whether an upgrade control instruction is received within set time;
s235, if not, counting the times of sending the upgrade prompt information to other mobile terminals of the users with the most use times; otherwise, executing step S2371;
s2361, judging whether the number of times of sending the upgrade prompting information to other mobile terminals of the users with the largest number of times of use is larger than or equal to a preset number threshold value;
s23621, if yes, sending upgrading prompt information to other mobile terminals of the users with the second most times of use; otherwise, returning to step S2332 until the upgrade control instruction is received or the number of times of sending the upgrade prompt information to the other mobile terminal of the user with the largest number of times of use is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold;
s23622, detecting whether the upgrade control instruction is received within the set time again;
s23623, if not, counting the times of sending the upgrade prompt information to other mobile terminals of the users with the second most times of use; otherwise, executing step S2372;
s23624, judging whether the number of times of sending the upgrade prompting information to other mobile terminals of the users with the second most use times is larger than or equal to a preset number threshold;
s23625, if yes, sending upgrade prompt information to the main mobile terminal, and not sending upgrade prompt information to other mobile terminals; otherwise, returning to the step S23621 until the upgrade control instruction is received or the number of times of sending the upgrade prompt information to other mobile terminals of the users with the second most use times is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold;
s2371, directly upgrading the program of the washing machine, and no longer sending upgrading prompt information;
s2372, program upgrading is directly carried out on the washing machine, and upgrading prompt information is not sent.
In an alternative embodiment, the program upgrade control method of the present invention includes the following steps (excluding steps S1 and S2):
s3, binding the mobile terminal with the washing machine;
and S4, selectively sending upgrading prompt information to the mobile terminal according to the authority of the user of the mobile terminal to operate the washing machine.
Preferably, in step S4, the step of "selectively sending the upgrade prompting information to the mobile terminal according to the authority of the user of the mobile terminal to operate the washing machine" specifically includes:
s41, judging whether the user of the mobile terminal has the authority to operate the washing machine;
s42, if the user of the mobile terminal does not have the authority to operate the washing machine, the upgrade prompt message is not sent;
s43, if the user of the mobile terminal has the authority to operate the washing machine, judging whether to send the upgrade prompt information to the mobile terminal according to the authority type of the user of the mobile terminal; wherein the permission types comprise use permission and upgrade permission.

s436, judging whether the frequency is greater than or equal to a preset frequency threshold value;
s437, if the times are larger than or equal to the preset times threshold, directly upgrading the program of the washing machine, and no upgrading prompt message is sent;
and S438, if the times are less than the preset times threshold, continuing to send upgrading prompt information to the mobile terminal.
Further, the number of the mobile terminals is multiple, and the number of the mobile terminal users having upgrade permissions is at least two, in step S433, the step of "sending upgrade prompt information to the mobile terminal" specifically includes:
s4331, acquiring the times of using the washing machine by all the users of the mobile terminal with the upgrading authority;
s4332, sending upgrade prompt information to the mobile terminal with the largest number of use times.
Further, when the number of times of sending the upgrade prompting information to the mobile terminal with the largest number of times of use reaches the preset number threshold, the upgrade prompting information is sent to the mobile terminal with the second largest number of times of use, and steps S434 to S438 are repeatedly executed until the upgrade control instruction is received or the number of times is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is only used for illustrating the principle of the method of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can implement the above-mentioned function allocation by different steps, i.e. re-dividing or combining the steps in the embodiment of the present invention, as required. In addition, although not shown in the drawings, the present invention also provides a washing machine including a body, a chip provided on the body, a communication module, and a control module; wherein, a plurality of programs are stored in the chip; the washing machine is communicated with the server through the communication module, the washing machine is communicated with the mobile terminal through the communication module, and upgrading prompt information can be sent to the mobile terminal through the washing machine or the server; the control module is used for executing the program upgrading control method.
Preferably, the communication module may be one of a bluetooth module, a ZigBee module, a WIFI module, or an NFC module.
Preferably, the mobile terminal includes a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a notebook, and the mobile terminal is provided with an APP for receiving the upgrade prompt information.
Preferably, the server may be an existing server or a newly built server according to the program upgrade control method of the present invention, and all versions of any program stored in the chip, such as the first version, the second version, and the latest version of the washing program, are stored in the server.
Preferably, the control module may be a control module of the washing machine itself, or may be an additional control module or other mobile terminals, which are not described herein again. In physical form, the control module may be any type of controller, such as a programmable controller, a combinational logic controller, and the like.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A program upgrade control method for a laundry treating apparatus, comprising the steps of:
a plurality of mobile terminals are bound with the clothes treatment equipment, wherein one mobile terminal is a main mobile terminal;
and judging whether to directly send upgrading prompt information to the main mobile terminal according to the permission of the users of other mobile terminals to operate the clothes treatment equipment.
2. The program upgrade control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether to directly send the upgrade suggestion information to the main mobile terminal according to the authority of the user of the other mobile terminal to operate the laundry processing device specifically includes:
judging whether users of other mobile terminals have authority to operate the clothes treatment equipment or not;
and if the users of other mobile terminals do not have the authority to operate the clothes treatment equipment, directly sending upgrading prompt information to the main mobile terminal.

The program upgrade control method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether to directly transmit the upgrade suggestion information to the main mobile terminal according to the authority of the user of the other mobile terminal to operate the laundry treatment apparatus further comprises:
and if the users of other mobile terminals have the authority to operate the clothes treatment equipment, judging whether to directly send upgrading prompt information to the main mobile terminal according to the authority types of the users of other mobile terminals.
4. The program upgrade control method according to claim 3, wherein the right type includes a usage right and an upgrade right;
the step of judging whether to directly send the upgrade prompt information to the main mobile terminal according to the authority types of the users of other mobile terminals specifically comprises the following steps:
and if the users of other mobile terminals have the use permission but do not have the upgrading permission, directly sending upgrading prompt information to the main mobile terminal.
5. The program upgrade control method according to claim 3, wherein the right type includes a usage right and an upgrade right;
the step of judging whether to directly send the upgrade prompt information to the main mobile terminal according to the authority types of the users of other mobile terminals specifically comprises the following steps:
and if the users of other mobile terminals have upgrading authority, sending upgrading prompt information to the other mobile terminals.
6. The program upgrade control method according to claim 5, wherein after "sending upgrade prompt information to other mobile terminals", the program upgrade control method further comprises:
detecting whether an upgrading control instruction is received within a set time;
if the upgrade control instruction is not received within the set time, counting the times of sending upgrade prompt information to other mobile terminals;
and judging whether to continuously send upgrading prompt information to other mobile terminals or send upgrading prompt information to the main mobile terminal according to the times.

The program upgrade control method according to claim 6, wherein the step of determining whether to continue sending the upgrade prompt information to the other mobile terminals or send the upgrade prompt information to the main mobile terminal according to the number of times specifically includes:
judging whether the times are greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value or not;
and if the times are greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, sending upgrading prompt information to the main mobile terminal, and not sending upgrading prompt information to other mobile terminals.

The program upgrade control method according to claim 7, wherein the step of determining whether to continue sending the upgrade prompt information to the other mobile terminals or sending the upgrade prompt information to the main mobile terminal according to the number of times further includes:
and if the times are smaller than the preset times threshold, continuously sending upgrading prompt information to other mobile terminals.
9. The program upgrade control method according to claim 5, wherein the number of other mobile terminals is at least two; the step of sending the upgrade prompt information to other mobile terminals specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring the times of using the clothes treatment equipment by all users of other mobile terminals with upgrading authority;
and sending upgrading prompt information to other mobile terminals of the users with the most use times.
10. The program upgrade control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
the authority priority level of the user of the main mobile terminal is the highest priority level;
wherein, the user of the main mobile terminal has the authority to set the authority of the users of other mobile terminals to operate the clothes treatment equipment.
