The environmental-friendly weather-resistant modified single-component polyurethane waterproof coating prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6, the existing single-component polyurethane waterproof coating on the market and the existing double-component polyurethane waterproof coating on the market are subjected to related performance tests under the same conditions, the test results are shown in table 1, and as can be seen from table 1, the environmental-friendly weather-resistant single-component modified polyurethane coating disclosed by the invention has excellent weather resistance and high retention rate of ultraviolet aging tensile strength.

Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly weather-resistant modified single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

2. the modified one-component polyurethane waterproofing coating according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is at least one of phthalate ester type liquid, aromatic hydrocarbon oil, polyether polyol plasticizer.

The modified one-component polyurethane waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is one or more of γ -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, γ -aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane, γ - (methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, Y-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N- (β -aminoethyl) - γ -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, and N- (β -aminoethyl) - γ -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane.
4. The modified mono-component polyurethane waterproof paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent is one or more of phenyl tributyl ketoxime silane, methyl tributyl ketoxime silane, tetrabutyl ketoxime silane and ethyl orthosilicate.
5. The modified one-component polyurethane waterproofing paint according to claim 1, wherein the filler is calcium carbonate having an average particle diameter of less than 13 μm, and is previously baked and dehydrated before being added to control the water content to 0.05% or less.
6. The modified one-component polyurethane waterproofing paint according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the catalyst is at least one of organic bismuth and organic tin.
7. A preparation method of the modified single-component polyurethane waterproof coating as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following specific steps:
(1) mixing and stirring modified polyurethane resin, a plasticizer, a coupling agent, a crosslinking agent and a filler;
(2) adding a catalyst into the step (1), stirring, reacting, discharging, filling and sealing to finish the preparation of the modified single-component polyurethane waterproof coating.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the method for producing the modified polyurethane resin comprises:
(1) mixing polyether polyol and polyether amine according to the mass ratio of 0.5-2, simultaneously heating to 100-120 ℃, vacuumizing and dehydrating for at least 2h, controlling the vacuum degree to be less than-0.090 MPa and the material temperature to be less than 60 ℃ until the water content is less than 0.05% in a test, and obtaining a hydroxyl polymer;
(2) adding isocyanate group alkoxy silane into the prepared hydroxyl polymer to carry out end capping reaction, carrying out reaction at the temperature of not higher than 85 ℃, and determining that no hydroxyl exists in the product to obtain the product.
9. The process of claim 8, wherein the polyether polyol has a hydroxyl value of from 25 to 295mgKOH/g and the polyetheramine has an amine value of from 25 to 550 mgKOH/g.
10. The method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the amount of the substance of the isocyanatoalkoxysilane is 1 to 1.2 times the amount of the active hydrogen substance of the hydroxyl polymer.
