(3) and (2) putting the premix into an extruder, controlling the processing temperature of a plasticizing melting zone and a melt conveying zone, continuously and quantitatively adding the premix in the first section of a solid conveying zone of the extruder by using a metering pump, vacuumizing the tail end of the extruder by using a vacuum pump, wherein the vacuum pressure is lower than 0.01MPa, and melting, extruding and granulating the premix by using the extruder to obtain the target product.
In the step (3), the temperature of the first section does not exceed 120 ℃, and the melt blending extrusion temperature is 150 ℃; the extruder is a co-rotating parallel double-screw extruder, the feeding speed is 15r/min, the screw rotating speed is 300r/min, and the length-diameter ratio of the screw is 55.
Result detection
1. The test method comprises the following steps: tensile strength, the measurement standard is ISO 37-2, and the tensile test speed is 500 mm/min; the tearing strength is measured by an ISO 34-1 method B, and a right-angle test sample without a cut is selected for testing; scratch resistance rating: evaluated according to the color fastness to rubbing standard GB/T3920-2008. Firstly, an elastomer material is injected into a square plate with the thickness of 5mm multiplied by 50mm multiplied by 140mm, after the square plate is placed for 24 hours, a scraping experiment is carried out by adopting a dry rubbing cloth method, a round rubbing head is adopted as the rubbing head, a layer of cotton rubbing cloth is coated on the rubbing head, the downward pressure is applied to the rubbing head within 9 +/-0.2N, and after the square plate is scraped for a certain number of times, the surface scratches of the square plate are evaluated by using a two-dimensional microscope. The scratch resistance rating of elastomeric materials is divided into five grades according to the degree of scratch. The larger the number, the more slight the scratch, representing a better scratch resistance rating. Specific detection results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, the scratch resistance of the elastomer materials prepared in examples 4 and 5 of the present invention is better than that of other examples, and whether the scratch resistance agent is added or not has a great influence on the scratch resistance of the elastomer materials can be seen from examples 1 to 3; combining with examples 1-5, it can be seen that the cost performance of the elastomer is better when talc powder is used in the filling component or the talc powder is used in combination with wollastonite. The added parts of the scratch-resistant agent have great influence on the mechanical property and the scratch resistance. The actual operation should be selected and designed according to the product application.

Claims (10)

1. The scratch-resistant thermoplastic elastomer is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-200 parts of hydrogenated styrene thermoplastic elastomer, 20-400 parts of plasticizing system, 40-200 parts of plasticizing reinforced resin, 0-200 parts of filling system, 0.2-2 parts of antioxidant, 0.2-40 parts of scratch-resistant agent and 0-30 parts of colorant.
2. The scratch resistant thermoplastic elastomer according to claim 1, wherein the hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomer is one or more blends of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene block copolymer.

The scratch-resistant thermoplastic elastomer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plasticization system is an extender oil, the extender oil has a flash point of more than 130 ℃ and a kinematic viscosity of more than 5mm at 40 ℃2And/s, wherein the filling oil is one or more of paraffin oil, naphthenic oil, straight-chain paraffin oil and aromatic hydrocarbon oil.
4. The scratch-resistant thermoplastic elastomer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plasticizing-reinforcing resin is one or more blends of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyolefin elastomer, polystyrene, and styrene-butadiene copolymer.
5. The scratch resistant thermoplastic elastomer of claim 1, wherein said filler system is at least one of diatomaceous earth, china clay, calcium carbonate, talc, mica, wollastonite, and barium sulfate.

The scratch-resistant thermoplastic elastomer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant comprises hindered phenol primary antioxidant and phosphite ester secondary antioxidant, the hindered phenol primary antioxidant is 1076 antioxidant or 1010 antioxidant, and the phosphite ester secondary antioxidant is 168 antioxidant or 619F antioxidant.
7. The scratch resistant thermoplastic elastomer of claim 1, wherein said scratch resistant agent is a polysiloxane.
8. The process for preparing a scratch resistant thermoplastic elastomer, according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the process comprises the following steps:
(1) adding hydrogenated styrene thermoplastic elastomer and a plasticizing system into a high-speed heating mixer, stirring at a high speed for 2-40min, and standing for 2-4h to obtain a styrene elastomer mixture;
(2) sequentially adding the plasticizing reinforced resin, the filling system, the antioxidant, the scratch-resistant agent and the colorant into a high-speed heating mixer, keeping the rotating speed of 900-1500r/min, and stirring for 1-8min to obtain a premix;
(3) and (2) putting the premix into an extruder, controlling the processing temperature of a plasticizing melting area and a melt conveying area, continuously and quantitatively adding the premix in the first section of a solid conveying area of the extruder by using a metering pump, vacuumizing the tail end of the extruder by using a vacuum pump, and melting, extruding and granulating the premix by using the extruder to obtain the target product.
9. The method for preparing a scratch resistant thermoplastic elastomer as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the step (3), the temperature of the first stage is not more than 120 ℃, and the melt blending extrusion temperature is 150 ℃ to 260 ℃.
10. The method for preparing the scratch resistant thermoplastic elastomer as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the step (3), the extruder is a co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder, the feeding speed is 15-80r/min, the screw speed is 200-500r/min, and the length-diameter ratio of the screw is 55-64.
