The melt index of the special material for centrifugally blowing the polypropylene prepared by the method is 188g/10min, the tensile strength is 61.8MPa, the elongation at break is 775.1%, the odor grade is 2, the reaction is uniform and stable, the product quality is high, and the product stability is good.

Example 9 adds a polypropylene pretreatment step and is otherwise the same as example 3.
A preparation method of a special material for centrifugally blowing polypropylene comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: polypropylene pretreatment
1) Uniformly mixing 2.5 parts by mass of composite initiator with 100 parts by mass of dried polypropylene;
2) starting an extruder, uniformly feeding the uniformly mixed materials from a hopper, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 400 revolutions per minute, and the heating temperature is 240 ℃;
3) uniformly mixing 5 parts by mass of vinyl long-chain unsaturated silane, 5 parts by mass of maleic anhydride and 2 parts by mass of a catalyst for catalyzing the vinyl long-chain unsaturated silane, and pumping the mixture into an extruder by a metering pump; adjusting the rotation speed of the screw, the feeding rate and the liquid flow of the metering pump to complete the reaction, and cooling and granulating the extruded melt to obtain the pretreated polypropylene.
The composite initiator comprises 1.5 parts by mass of 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-bis (tert-butylperoxy) hexane and 1 part by mass of benzoyl peroxide, and the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate.
Step two: 2 parts by mass of odorless DCP and 98 parts by mass of dried pretreated polypropylene are mixed uniformly.
Step three: starting the extruder, uniformly feeding the mixture from the hopper, wherein the rotating speed of the screw is 400 r/min, and the heating temperature is 240 ℃ so as to carry out chain scission reaction.
Step four: at the end of the chain scission reaction, uniformly feeding 10 parts by mass of polyethylene wax and 10 parts by mass of metallocene polypropylene from a hopper of an extruder; adjusting the rotation speed and the feeding speed of the screw to fully react, cooling and granulating after melt extrusion to obtain the special material for the centrifugally blown polypropylene.
The melt index of the special material for centrifugally blowing the polypropylene prepared by the method is 200g/10min, the tensile strength is 59.6MPa, the elongation at break is 769.0%, the odor grade is 2, the reaction is uniform and stable, the product quality is high, and the product stability is good.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 used polypropylene without any treatment and was the same as the starting polypropylene in the present invention.
Performance detection
The polypropylene speciality materials of examples 1 to 9 and the polypropylene of comparative example 1 were subjected to the performance tests of melt index (MFR), tensile strength, elongation at break and odor grade (odor grade test according to GB/T36246-2018), and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the material special for polypropylene by centrifugal blowing has no interference and pungent smell; the melt index is obviously improved and can reach 15-200g/10min, the adhesion is reduced, and the problem of die head adhesion is effectively solved; in addition, the tensile strength of the special material for the centrifugally-blown polypropylene can be improved by 56 percent at most, the elongation at break can be improved by 48 percent at most, and the mechanical property of the special material for the centrifugally-blown polypropylene is obviously improved.

Claims (10)

1. The special material for centrifugally blowing the polypropylene is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass:
95-98 parts of polypropylene, 0.5-2 parts of a chain breaking agent for degrading and breaking chains, 1-10 parts of an anti-sticking agent and 1-10 parts of metallocene polypropylene.
2. The special material for the polypropylene by centrifugal blowing according to claim 1, wherein the chain scission agent is odorless DCP.
3. The material for polypropylene according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the anti-sticking agent is at least one of polyethylene wax and calcium stearate.
4. The special material for polypropylene by centrifugal blowing as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the melt index of the metallocene polypropylene is 100-2000g/10 min.
5. A method for preparing a material special for centrifugally blowing polypropylene as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) uniformly mixing 0.5-2 parts by mass of a chain scission agent and 95-98 parts by mass of dried polypropylene;
2) starting an extruder, uniformly feeding the mixture from a hopper, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 200-;
3) adding 1-10 parts by mass of an anti-sticking agent and 1-10 parts by mass of metallocene polypropylene at the tail end of the chain scission reaction, adjusting the rotating speed and the feeding speed of a screw to fully react, cooling and granulating after melt extrusion to obtain the special material for the centrifugally blown polypropylene.
6. The method for preparing polypropylene material according to claim 5, wherein the chain-breaking agent is odorless DCP.
7. The method for preparing polypropylene speciality material for centrifugal blowing according to claim 5, wherein the anti-sticking agent is at least one of polyethylene wax and calcium stearate.
8. The method for preparing polypropylene by centrifugal blowing according to claim 5, wherein the step 1) is preceded by a step of pretreating polypropylene, specifically comprising the following steps:
1.1) uniformly mixing 0.8-2.5 parts by mass of composite initiator and 90-100 parts by mass of dried polypropylene;
1.2) starting an extruder, uniformly feeding the uniformly mixed materials from a hopper, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 200-;
1.3) uniformly mixing 1-5 parts by mass of vinyl long-chain unsaturated silane, 1-5 parts by mass of maleic anhydride and 0.1-2 parts by mass of catalyst for catalyzing vinyl long-chain unsaturated silane, and pumping the mixture by using a metering pump of an extruder; adjusting the rotation speed of the screw, the feeding rate and the liquid flow of the metering pump to complete the reaction of the raw materials, and cooling and pelletizing the extruded melt to obtain the pretreated polypropylene.
9. The method for preparing polypropylene by centrifugal blowing according to claim 8, wherein the composite initiator is: 0.3-1.5 parts of 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-bis (tert-butylperoxy) hexane and 0.5-1 part of benzoyl peroxide.
10. The method for preparing polypropylene by centrifugal blowing according to claim 8, wherein the catalyst for catalyzing vinyl long-chain unsaturated silane is: dibutyltin dilaurate.
