When the filling slurry preparation apparatus provided in this embodiment is used, the first metering device may be used to weigh the tailings from the tailings silo 110 and deliver the tailings to the stirring silo 310, and the second metering device may be used to meter the water from the water silo 210 and deliver the water to the stirring silo 310, so as to obtain a tailings suspension obtained by mixing the tailings and the water; then, weighing the mass of the tailing suspension in the stirring bin 310 and the volume of the tailing suspension in the stirring bin 310 by using a third metering component; the third metering component is used for calculating the total mass of the tailings and the water in the tailing suspension according to the fact that the total mass of the tailings and the water in the tailing suspension is equal to the mass of the tailing suspension and the total volume of the tailings and the water in the tailing suspension is equal to the total volume of the tailing suspension, the respective masses of the tailings and the water in the tailing suspension can be calculated, the required total mass of the tailings can be calculated according to the target mass ratio and the mass of the water, and the mass of the tailings existing in the tailing suspension is subtracted, so that the mass of the tailings needing to be supplemented to the tailing suspension can be obtained, and therefore the fourth metering component can be used for weighing the tailings needing to be compensated from the tailing bin 410 and conveying the tailings into the stirring bin 310; meanwhile, the mass of the required cementing material can be calculated according to the target mass ratio and the mass of water, so that the fifth metering component can be used for weighing the cementing material from the cementing material bin 510 and conveying the cementing material into the stirring bin 310; after the materials in the stirring bin 310 are fully stirred, the filling slurry with the target mass ratio can be obtained. That is, by using the filling slurry preparation device provided by the embodiment, the prepared filling slurry is accurate in mass ratio, so that the concentration of the filling slurry is also accurate, and pipe blockage and pipe explosion accidents are not easily caused during use.
In addition, by using the filling slurry preparation device provided by the embodiment, the respective masses of the tailings and the water in the tailing suspension formed by mixing the tailing slurry and the water can be accurately measured, so that the mass of the tailings needing to be supplemented can be obtained according to the target mass ratio, all the tailing slurry does not need to be dried, and only a small part of the tailing slurry needs to be dried to supplement the required tailings.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the first metering assembly includes a first weighing belt 130, and the first weighing belt 130 is disposed below the slurry outlet of the tailing slurry bin 110, and is used for weighing and conveying the tailing slurry into the stirring bin 310. The first weighing belt 130 plays a role of weighing and conveying at the same time, and the integration of functions is good.
It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present application, the first metering assembly may also take other forms, such as: the first metering assembly comprises a first bottom-discharge metering scale and a first belt, the first bottom-discharge metering scale is located below a slurry outlet of the tail mortar bin 110, the first belt is located below the first bottom-discharge metering scale, the first bottom-discharge metering scale is used for weighing tail mortar and discharging the tail mortar to the first belt, and the first belt is used for conveying the tail mortar to the stirring bin 310.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second metering component includes a water pipe 220 and a flow meter 240, one end of the water pipe 220 is connected to the water outlet of the water bin 210, and the other end of the water pipe can output water into the stirring bin 310; the flow meter 240 is disposed on the water pipe 220 and is used for measuring the flow rate of the water conveyed into the stirring bin 310. Through the metering result of the flow meter 240, the mass of the water delivered into the stirring bin 310 can be calculated.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second metering assembly further includes an on-off valve 230, the on-off valve 230 is disposed in the water pipe 220, and the on-off valve 230 is located upstream of the flow meter 240 along the conveying direction of the water.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third metering assembly includes a total scale 320 and a liquid level meter 330, the total scale 320 is disposed below the stirring bin 310, and is used for weighing the mass of the filling material in the stirring bin 310 in real time; the liquid level meter 330 is disposed in the stirring bin 310 and is used for measuring the volume of the filling material in the stirring bin 310. The liquid level is measured by the liquid level meter 330, and the volume of the tailing suspension can be calculated by combining the bottom area of the stirring bin 310.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the fourth metering assembly includes a second bottom-discharge metering scale 430 and a second belt 440, the second bottom-discharge metering scale 430 is located below the sand outlet of the tailings silo 410, the second belt 440 is located below the second bottom-discharge metering scale 430, the second bottom-discharge metering scale 430 is used for weighing and discharging tailings to the second belt 440, and the second belt 440 is used for conveying the tailings into the stirring silo 310.
It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present application, the fourth metering assembly may also take other forms, such as: the fourth metering component comprises a second weighing belt, the second weighing belt is arranged below the sand outlet of the tailing bin 410 and is used for weighing the tailing and conveying the tailing into the stirring bin 310; or alternatively.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the fifth metering assembly includes a third weighing belt 530, and the third weighing belt 530 is disposed below the discharge port of the cement bin 510 for weighing the cement and conveying the cement into the stirring bin 310.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present application, the fifth metering assembly may also take other forms, such as: the fifth metering assembly comprises a third bottom-discharge metering scale and a third belt, the third bottom-discharge metering scale is located below the discharge port of the cementing material bin 510, the third belt is located below the third bottom-discharge metering scale, the third bottom-discharge metering scale is used for weighing the cementing material and discharging the cementing material to the third belt, and the third belt is used for conveying the cementing material to the stirring bin 310.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the slurry outlet of the tailing slurry bin 110 is provided with a first feeder 120; a second feeder 420 is arranged at a sand outlet of the tailing bin 410; the discharge port of the gel material bin 510 is provided with a third feeder 520.
In this embodiment, the filling slurry preparation apparatus further includes a controller 600, the metering assembly, the first feeder 120, the second feeder 420, and the third feeder 520 are all connected to the controller 600, the controller 600 can control the on and off of the metering assembly and receive a signal of the metering assembly, and the controller 600 can also control the on and off of the first feeder 120, the second feeder 420, and the third feeder 520.
Specifically, the controller 600 can receive the mass signal weighed by the first weighing belt 130, and can control the on and off of the first feeding machine 120 and the first weighing belt 130; the controller 600 can receive the flow signal measured by the flow meter 240 and can control the on and off of the switching valve 230 and the flow meter 240; the controller 600 can receive the mass signal weighed by the total scale 320 and the liquid level information measured by the liquid level meter 330, and can calculate the volume of the tailing suspension according to the liquid level information; the controller 600 may receive the mass signal weighed by the second bottom-discharge weigher 430 and may control the on and off of the second feeder 420, the second bottom-discharge weigher 430, and the second belt 440; the controller 600 is also capable of receiving a mass signal weighed by the third weighing belt 530 and may control the third feeder 520 and the third weighing belt 530 to be turned on and off.
It should be noted that the implementation of the above functions of the controller 600 is a mature prior art, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted here.

Claims (10)

1. A method for preparing filling slurry is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s100, mixing tailing slurry and water, and enabling the water to completely submerge the tailing to obtain tailing suspension;
s200, measuring the volume and the mass of the tailing suspension, and calculating the mass of the tailing and the mass of water in the tailing suspension by combining the density of the tailing and the density of the water;
s300, adding tailings and a cementing material into the tailing suspension to enable the tailings, the water and the cementing material to meet a target mass ratio;
and S400, fully stirring to obtain filling slurry with the target mass ratio.
2. The method of preparing filler slurry according to claim 1, wherein step S100 includes: the method comprises the steps of firstly measuring the maximum concentration of the tail mortar conveyed to a stirring bin (310) by a tail mortar bin (110), and then preparing the tail mortar suspension on the assumption that the concentration of the tail mortar is the maximum concentration.
3. The method of preparing filler slurry according to claim 2, wherein step S100 includes: discharging the tailing mortar to a first weighing belt (130) by using a first feeder (120) at a mortar outlet of a tailing mortar bin (110), weighing the mass of the tailing mortar by the first weighing belt (130) and conveying the tailing mortar into a stirring bin (310);
calculating the required water quality according to the maximum concentration of the tail mortar, and conveying water with target quality into the stirring bin (310) by using a water conveying pipe (220) at a water outlet of the water bin (210);
and stirring the tailing slurry and water in a stirring bin (310) to obtain the tailing slurry.
4. The filler slurry preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein step S200 includes: the liquid level of the tailings suspension is measured using a level meter (330) and the volume of the tailings suspension is calculated, and the mass of the tailings suspension is weighed using a gross scale (320).
5. The filling slurry preparation device is characterized by comprising a tailing slurry bin (110), a cementing material bin (510), a water bin (210), a tailing slurry bin (410) and a stirring bin (310), wherein the tailing slurry bin (110) is used for containing tailing slurry, the cementing material bin (510) is used for containing a cementing material, the water bin (210) is used for containing water, the tailing slurry bin (410) is used for containing tailing, and the stirring bin (310) is used for stirring a filling material to obtain a filling slurry;
the filling slurry preparation apparatus further includes five metering units, respectively, a first metering unit, a second metering unit, a third metering unit, a fourth metering unit, and a fifth metering unit, the third metering unit being used after the first metering unit and the second metering unit and before the fourth metering unit and the fifth metering unit; the first metering component is used for weighing the mass of the tailing slurry and conveying the tailing slurry into the stirring bin (310), the second metering component is used for metering the mass of water and conveying the water into the stirring bin (310), the third metering component is used for weighing the mass of the tailing suspension in the stirring bin (310) and metering the volume of the tailing suspension in the stirring bin (310), the fourth metering component is used for weighing the mass of the tailing to be compensated and conveying the tailing suspension into the stirring bin (310), and the fifth metering component is used for weighing the mass of the cementing material and conveying the cementing material into the stirring bin (310).

The filling slurry preparation apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first metering assembly includes a first weighing belt (130), the first weighing belt (130) being disposed below a slurry outlet of the tailing slurry silo (110) for weighing and conveying the tailing slurry into the stirring silo (310); or the first metering assembly comprises a first bottom-discharge metering scale and a first belt, the first bottom-discharge metering scale is positioned below the slurry outlet of the tailing slurry bin (110), the first belt is positioned below the first bottom-discharge metering scale, the first bottom-discharge metering scale is used for weighing tailing slurry and discharging the tailing slurry to the first belt, and the first belt is used for conveying the tailing slurry into the stirring bin (310);
the fourth metering component comprises a second weighing belt, and the second weighing belt is arranged below the sand outlet of the tailing bin (410) and is used for weighing and conveying the tailing into the stirring bin (310); or the fourth metering assembly comprises a second bottom-discharge metering scale (430) and a second belt (440), the second bottom-discharge metering scale (430) is positioned below the sand outlet of the tailings bin (410), the second belt (440) is positioned below the second bottom-discharge metering scale (430), the second bottom-discharge metering scale (430) is used for weighing tailings and discharging the tailings to the second belt (440), and the second belt (440) is used for conveying the tailings into the stirring bin (310);
the fifth metering component comprises a third weighing belt (530), the third weighing belt (530) is arranged below the discharge hole of the cementing material bin (510) and is used for weighing the cementing material and conveying the cementing material into the stirring bin (310); or, the fifth metering component comprises a third bottom-discharge metering scale and a third belt, the third bottom-discharge metering scale is located below a discharge port of the cementing material bin (510), the third belt is located below the third bottom-discharge metering scale, the third bottom-discharge metering scale is used for weighing the cementing material and discharging the cementing material to the third belt, and the third belt is used for conveying the cementing material to the stirring bin (310).

The filling slurry preparation apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second metering means includes a water pipe (220) and a flow meter (240), one end of the water pipe (220) is connected to a water outlet of the water silo (210), and the other end thereof is capable of outputting water into the stirring silo (310); the flowmeter (240) is arranged on the water conveying pipe (220) and used for metering the flow of the water conveyed into the stirring bin (310).

The filling slurry preparation apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said third metering assembly includes a total scale (320) and a level meter (330), said total scale (320) being disposed below said stirring tank (310) for weighing the mass of the filling material in said stirring tank (310) in real time; the liquid level meter (330) is arranged on the stirring bin (310) and used for metering the volume of filling materials in the stirring bin (310).
9. The filling slurry preparation apparatus according to claim 8, wherein a slurry outlet of the tailing slurry silo (110) is provided with a first feeder (120);
a second feeder (420) is arranged at a sand outlet of the tailing bin (410);
and a discharge hole of the gelled material bin (510) is provided with a third feeding machine (520).

The filling slurry preparation device according to claim 9, further comprising a controller (600), the metering assembly, the first material feeder (120), the second material feeder (420), and the third material feeder (520) each being connected to the controller (600), the controller (600) being capable of controlling the metering assembly to be turned on and off and receiving a signal of the metering assembly, the controller (600) also being capable of controlling the first material feeder (120), the second material feeder (420), and the third material feeder (520) to be turned on and off.
