The enamelling machine pay-off device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the limiting lead device (10) comprises a U-shaped supporting seat (102); a support shaft (101) is arranged on the U-shaped support seat (102); and a first rubber limiting wheel (103) and a second rubber limiting wheel (104) are mounted on the supporting shaft (101).
