Background
At present, the amount of tailings discharged from gold mines in China every year reaches 2450 million tons. Along with the development of economy, the demand of China on mineral products is greatly increased, the development scale of mining industry is increased, and the quantity of the generated mineral dressing tailings is continuously increased; in addition, the grade of a plurality of available metal ores is gradually reduced, and the ore dressing scale is increased to meet the increasing demand of mineral products, so that the quantity of the produced ore dressing tailings is greatly increased, and the large amount of stockpiled tailings causes a plurality of problems to the mining industry, the environment, the economy and the like, so that the treatment of the tailings is urgent.
In the prior art, gold tailings are generally recycled, but because the tailings are easy to weather, dust pollution is easily formed in the transportation or conveying process, and particularly on a conveying belt, raised dust is easily formed when the tailings fall to cause secondary pollution; however, most of the prior art uses a fan to directly suck dust for the dust particles, and although the problem of partial dust emission hazard can be solved, a proper recovery device is often lacked for the dust particles adhered to the surface of the belt, especially the dust particles are easy to form again when the conveying belt rotates and starts to suck dust, and the recovery efficiency is also low; in order to solve the problems, a dust isolation and recovery device of a gold tailing conveying belt is designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dust isolation and recovery device of a gold tailing conveying belt, which solves the problem of dust pollution caused by dust particles adhered to the surface of the existing gold tailing conveying belt.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a dust isolation and recovery device of a gold tailing conveying belt, which comprises a lifting group, a driving group, a conveying group and a dust collection box, wherein the lifting group comprises a main lifter and an auxiliary lifter; one surface of the main lifter is bolted with the driving group; the driving group is in transmission fit with the conveying group; the conveying group comprises two baffle plates, and one surface of each baffle plate is bolted with the dust collecting boxes;
the conveying set also comprises a conveying belt, a conveying roller and a driven roller, the conveying roller and the driven roller are identical in structure, supporting wheels are welded on two opposite end faces of the conveying roller, the peripheral side faces of the supporting wheels are in contact fit with the inner surface of the conveying belt, and are used for supporting and contacting the conveying belt and conveying the gold tailing sand; a main warping rod and an auxiliary warping rod are hinged between the two baffles, and a main shifting block and a main hammer are respectively welded on two opposite end faces of the main warping rod; an auxiliary driving hammer is welded on one end face of the auxiliary warping rod, and an auxiliary shifting block is welded on one side face of the auxiliary driving hammer;
the main driving hammer and the auxiliary driving hammer are in contact fit with the inner surface of the conveying belt; the periphery of the driven roller is welded with a cam, the cam is matched with the main shifting block and the auxiliary shifting block, when the driven roller rotates and the cam sequentially rotates to the main shifting block and the auxiliary shifting block, the cam is sequentially shifted, the main driving hammer and the auxiliary driving hammer are respectively lifted by utilizing the lever principle of the main tilting rod and the auxiliary tilting rod, when the cam rotates through the main shifting block and the auxiliary shifting block, the main driving hammer and the auxiliary driving hammer fall down to strike the conveying belt, the main driving hammer and the auxiliary driving hammer alternately strike the conveying belt, and the effect that the vibration sand falls into the dust collection box is achieved; the dust collecting box is characterized in that a filter screen is clamped on the inner surface of the dust collecting box, a dust collecting groove and an air pressure groove are formed in the dust collecting box through the filter screen, the filter screen can prevent dust from falling into the air pressure groove, and a communicating pipe is bolted between the two air pressure grooves; a driving motor is arranged in the driving group, an exhaust fan is arranged on one end face of the driving motor, and an air pipe is connected between the exhaust fan and the air compression groove in a bolted mode; and the air pressure grooves are communicated with each other through a communicating pipe, and the exhaust fan and the air pressure grooves are communicated with each other through air pipes.
Furthermore, driving motor and air exhauster transmission fit, driving motor drive air exhauster work is taken out the air in the pneumatics groove through tuber pipe box communicating pipe, makes its inside formation pneumatics, adsorbs the dust and falls into in the dust collecting tank.

Furthermore, two mounting columns are bolted on one side face of the driving motor, and the lower surfaces of the mounting columns are bolted with the lifting columns; a chain is installed between an output shaft of the driving motor and the conveying roller, and the driving motor is used for driving the conveying roller to rotate so that the conveying belt can carry out conveying work.
Further, the welding of air exhauster side has the dust extraction pipe, the position of dust extraction pipe and main machine of lifting is corresponding, and what main machine of lifting corresponds is the end of conveyer belt for the dust that flies upward when gold tailing sand falls can be adsorbed by the air exhauster.
Furthermore, a plurality of connecting plates are adhered to two opposite side surfaces of the dust collecting box, and the connecting plates and the baffle plates are bolted with each other through bolts, so that the dust collecting box is convenient to mount and fix.
Furthermore, the main lifting machine and the auxiliary lifting machine are electrically connected and matched with each other, can be lifted simultaneously or alternatively, and can adapt to different conveying working environments; the conveying belt is of a flexible structure, and a plurality of conveying grooves are formed in the peripheral side face of the conveying belt and used for containing the gold tailing sand.
Furthermore, the two warping rods are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the driven roller, so that the two sides of the driven roller can perform alternate dust vibration work; the warping rod is in rotating fit with the connecting shaft.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the cam, the main warping rod and the auxiliary warping rod which are arranged between the cam and the two baffles are welded on the peripheral side surface of the driven roller, the cam is used for sequentially stirring the main shifting block and the auxiliary shifting block during rotation, the main driving hammer and the auxiliary driving hammer are pried by a lever principle to sequentially lift up, fall and hit the conveying belt, and tailing sand adhered to the surface of the conveying belt can be vibrated into the dust collecting tank; meanwhile, the filter screen and the air compression groove are arranged in the dust collection box, the air compression groove can be pumped into a negative pressure state by the exhaust fan, and the dust collection box is assisted to suck vibrated dust into the dust collection groove.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the invention relates to a dust isolating and recovering device of a gold tailing conveying belt, which comprises a lifting group, a driving group, a conveying group and a dust collecting box 1, wherein the lifting group comprises a main lifter 2 and an auxiliary lifter 9, and the conveying group is in rotating fit with the main lifter 2 and the auxiliary lifter 9; one surface of the main lifter 2 is bolted with the driving group; the driving group is in transmission fit with the conveying group; the conveying group comprises two baffle plates 3, and one surface of each baffle plate 3 is bolted with the dust collecting boxes 1;
the conveying set also comprises a conveying belt 5, a conveying roller 6 and a driven roller 7, the conveying roller 6 and the driven roller 7 are identical in structure, supporting wheels 601 are welded on two opposite end faces of the conveying roller 6, the peripheral side faces of the supporting wheels 601 are in contact fit with the inner surface of the conveying belt 5, support and contact with the conveying belt 5 and are used for conveying gold tailing sand; a main warping rod 301 and an auxiliary warping rod 302 are hinged between the two baffles 3, and a main shifting block 3011 and a main hammer 3012 are welded on two opposite end faces of the main warping rod 301 respectively; an auxiliary striking hammer 3021 is welded on one end surface of the auxiliary raising rod 302, and an auxiliary shifting block 3022 is welded on one side surface of the auxiliary striking hammer 3021;
the main hammer 3012 and the auxiliary hammer 3021 are in contact fit with the inner surface of the conveyor belt 5; the periphery of the driven roller 7 is welded with a cam 701, the cam 701 is matched with the main shifting block 3011 and the auxiliary shifting block 3022, when the driven roller 7 rotates, the cam 701 sequentially shifts the main shifting block 3011 and the auxiliary shifting block 3022 when sequentially rotating to the main shifting block 3011 and the auxiliary shifting block 3022, the main striking hammer 3012 and the auxiliary striking hammer 3021 are respectively lifted by utilizing the lever principle of the main tilting rod 301 and the auxiliary tilting rod 302, when the cam 701 rotates through the main shifting block 3011 and the auxiliary shifting block 3022, the main striking hammer 3012 and the auxiliary striking hammer 3021 fall down to strike the conveying belt 5, and the main striking hammer 3012 and the auxiliary striking hammer 3021 alternately strike, so that the effect that the vibrating sand falls into the dust collecting; the inner surface of the dust collection box 1 is clamped with a filter screen 101, the dust collection box 1 is internally provided with a dust collection groove and an air compression groove 102 through the filter screen 101, wherein the filter screen 101 can prevent dust from falling into the air compression groove 102, and a communicating pipe 103 is bolted between the two air compression grooves 102; a driving motor 8 is arranged in the driving group, an exhaust fan 801 is arranged on one end face of the driving motor 8, and an air pipe 8011 is bolted between the exhaust fan 801 and the air compression groove 102; the air pressure tanks 102 are communicated with each other through a communication pipe 103, and the exhaust fan 801 is communicated with the air pressure tanks 102 through an air pipe 8011.
Preferably, the driving motor 8 is in transmission fit with the exhaust fan 801, the driving motor 8 drives the exhaust fan 801 to work, air in the air pressure tank 102 is exhausted through the air pipe 8011 and the communicating pipe 103, so that air pressure is formed in the air pressure tank, and adsorbed dust falls into the dust collecting tank.
Preferably, the main lifter 2 and the auxiliary lifter 9 are hydraulic presses with the same specification, the two lifting columns 201 are arranged on the upper surface of the main lifter 2, the two opposite end surfaces of the conveying roller 6 are hinged to the lifting columns 201, and the two lifting columns and the conveying roller are mutually matched in a rotating mode.
Preferably, two mounting posts 802 are bolted on one side of the driving motor 8, and the lower surfaces of the mounting posts 802 are bolted with the lifting posts 201; a chain 803 is installed between the output shaft of the driving motor 8 and the conveying roller 6, and the driving motor 8 drives the conveying roller 6 to rotate, so that the conveying belt 5 performs conveying operation.
Preferably, a dust extraction pipe 8012 is welded on one side of the exhaust fan 801, the dust extraction pipe 8012 corresponds to the main lifting machine 2, and the main lifting machine 2 corresponds to the end of the conveyor belt 5, so that the flying dust can be absorbed by the exhaust fan 801 when the gold tailing sand falls down.
Preferably, a plurality of connecting plates 104 are adhered to two opposite side surfaces of the dust collection box 1, and the connecting plates 104 and the baffle 3 are bolted with each other through bolts, so that the dust collection box 1 is convenient to mount and fix.
Preferably, the main lifter 2 and the auxiliary lifter 9 are electrically connected and matched with each other, and can be lifted simultaneously or alternatively to adapt to different conveying working environments; conveyer belt 5 is flexible structure, and 5 week sides of conveyer belt have seted up a plurality of conveyer troughs 501 for hold the gold tailings sand.
It should be further noted that the present invention requires modification of the driving motor 8, i.e. it drives the suction fan 801 to work; wherein the type of the driving motor 8 is MXDJ-25 three-phase asynchronous motor; in addition, in the dust collection box 1, the filter screen 101 can isolate the dust particles in the dust collection groove, and the air pressure groove 102 can form a semi-sealed environment, so that the dust particles which are knocked down are conveniently sucked into the dust collection groove by the dust collection box 1.
