Therefore, the above is the description of the components and the assembly method of the parking frame 100 of the motorcycle according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the use characteristics thereof are described as follows:
first, as shown in fig. 3, when the present invention is located at the parking position, the action rod 30 is limited by the braking member 50, and located at the braking position, and the limiting portions 314 of the action rod 30 are located in the sliding hole regions 122 of the support portion 12 of the frame body 10, since the outer diameter of the limiting portions 314 is larger than the diameter of the small holes 124, the pre-force member 40 cannot pull the action rod 30 upward, so that the support base 20 is maintained at the extended position to be supported on the ground by the support base 20, thereby supporting the motorcycle to prevent the motorcycle from falling down.
When the frame 10 of the present invention cannot be pivoted from the parking position to the riding position due to the above-mentioned reasons, the user can separate the brake element 50 from the action rod 30, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic pre-force generated by the pre-force element 40 pulls the action rod 30 from the braking position to the sliding position (or can be pushed by the user), so that the action rod 30 located at the sliding position is pulled by the pre-force element 40, the sliding portion 313 of the action area 312 is located in the large hole 123 of the sliding hole area 122 of the frame 10, and since the outer diameter of the sliding portion 313 is smaller than the diameter of the small hole 124, the pre-force element 40 can pull the action rod 30 upwards, so that the sliding portion 313 of the action rod 30 slides upwards into the small hole 124 from the large hole 123, and the support seat 20 is interlocked by the action rod 30 during the upward pulling of the action rod 30, and moves upwards from the extended position to the retracted position, even if the support seat 20 is in an upwardly retracted state. In this way, the support base 20 is no longer supported on the ground, so that the user can move the motorcycle to a maintenance shop for maintenance in a riding or pulling manner while the frame 10 is still in the riding position.
Therefore, the user does not need to contact the truck for carrying and waste the time for waiting for carrying of the truck, so that the effects of reducing the maintenance cost and saving the time are achieved.
In addition, in the above embodiment, the parking frame 100 can also be used for an electric motorcycle, as shown in fig. 6, the force receiving portion 13 of the frame body 10 can be an embodiment of a gear connected to the electric driving source 91 of the electric motorcycle (as shown in fig. 6). The force-bearing part can also be connected to the supporting part for the foot of the user to directly step or kick, which does not affect the effect required by the invention.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and all equivalent modifications made in the application of the present invention and the appended claims should be construed as being included in the scope of the present invention.
