技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属板材,尤其涉及一种彩钢板的改进。
背景技术
彩钢板是一种具有彩色防腐涂层的金属板材,可直接用于各类钣金罩壳类零件的制作,制作后无需再进行表面防腐处理,因而使用方便,并且在各类建筑物特别是钢结构建筑的屋顶、墙体护围上也得到广泛的应用。在建筑行业,常规的彩钢板在用作墙体护围时大都只是在外墙护围中使用,对于室内墙壁而言,由于彩钢板是平板结构,表面光滑、视觉效果单调,彩钢板很少在室内墙壁作为护墙装饰板使用,在需要采用护墙板的室内使用场合,仍以使用塑料扣板、铝扣板等板材为主,这类板材虽然美观效果好,但强度低,而且这类扣板呈面积较小的长条状,接缝多、施工不便,对于一些厂房、库房等需要高强度的室内墙体护围板材的场合,则很难满足使用要求,彩钢板在实际应用中需要在侧边处用专用螺钉加以安装固定,拆除时侧边处大都会损坏难以重复使用,这对临时、短期使用的场合是一种浪费,施工也不方便。
发明内容
针对现有技术所存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种拼接墙饰预涂钢板,它不仅强度高,还能具有常规护墙装饰扣板良好的外观,且连接与拆卸方便,防腐性能优、使用成本低。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种拼接墙饰预涂钢板,包括呈矩形的钢板本体,所述钢板本体为碳素结构钢平板,在所述钢板本体的上表面间隔设有凹槽,该凹槽的长向与钢板本体的长向平行且凹槽的长度与钢板本体长度相等,凹槽的深度E与钢板本体的厚度G之比E:G为0.1:1~0.3:1;在钢板本体的一边设有搭接底边,与该边相对的一边设有搭接顶边,搭接底边可插接于搭接顶边下部,搭接底边与搭接顶边的厚度之和等于钢板本体的厚度,在搭接底边中嵌装有磁体,各磁体沿搭接底边长度方向均布;在钢板本体的上表面和凹槽的底面设有若干凹纹,该凹纹呈长条形,凹纹的长度方向与钢板本体长度方向平行,凹纹的底面为与钢板本体上表面相交或与凹槽的底面相交的曲面,凹纹的深度F与钢板本体的厚度G之比F:G为0.1:1~0.3:1;在钢板本体的上侧各表面上由内向外设有钝化层、镀层、UV第一涂层、UV第二涂层、保护膜层,所述钝化层、镀层、UV第一涂层、UV第二涂层、保护膜层中的每一层在钢板本体上侧各表面处分别具有相同的厚度,在钢板本体下表面由内向外设有钝化层、镀层、保护膜层。
在上述结构中,由于所述钢板本体为碳素结构钢平板,在所述钢板本体的上表面间隔设有凹槽,该凹槽的长向与钢板本体的长向平行且凹槽的长度与钢板本体长度相等,凹槽的深度E与钢板本体的厚度G之比E:G为0.1:1~0.3:1,则所设置的凹槽的深度E为钢板本体的厚度G的 0.1~0.3倍,相对较浅,通过凹槽的设置一方面可以改变常规彩钢板表面光滑的缺陷,另一方面可以在视觉上形成在宽度方向上多块组合的效果,从而形成类似常规护墙扣板的外观,消除普通彩钢板单调的视觉效果,在保持彩钢板高强度的性能的同时作为室内护墙产品更易为用户所接受,且通过凹槽的设置使一块本彩钢板形成若干块护墙扣板的外观,接缝少、安装方便。
又由于在钢板本体的一边设有搭接底边,与该边相对的一边设有搭接顶边,搭接底边可插接于搭接顶边下部,搭接底边与搭接顶边的厚度之和等于钢板本体的厚度,在搭接底边中嵌装有磁体,各磁体沿搭接底边长度方向均布,则一彩钢板上所设置的搭接顶边可以覆盖于另一彩钢板的搭接底边上,保证了相邻彩钢板之间无连接缝隙,搭接底边与搭接顶边的厚度之和等于钢板本体的厚度保证了搭接后各彩钢板仍保持厚度一致,而在搭接底边上嵌装的磁体对碳素结构钢的钢板本体搭接顶边产生吸力,使搭接顶边与搭接底边自然搭接连成一体,不需要任何连接件即可保证连接可靠,既节省了安装连接材料,又节省了安装人工,同时拆卸时也极方便,彩钢板可以重复使用,进一步降低了使用成本。
还由于在钢板本体的上表面和凹槽的底面设有若干凹纹,该凹纹呈长条形,凹纹的长度方向与钢板本体长度方向平行,凹纹的底面为与钢板本体上表面相交或与凹槽的底面相交的曲面,凹纹的深度F与钢板本体的厚度G之比F:G为0.1:1~0.3:1,则在通过凹槽形成常规护墙扣板外观、改变表面光滑、单调缺陷的同时,再通过所设置的深度较浅的凹纹,可以丰富本彩钢板的外观形态、进一步改善表面光滑的缺陷,使其具有显著的视觉与触觉的立体感,使本彩钢板能在室内墙壁护围中得到更好的推广应用。
再由于在钢板本体的上侧各表面上由内向外设有钝化层、镀层、UV第一涂层、UV第二涂层、保护膜层,所述钝化层、镀层、UV第一涂层、UV第二涂层、保护膜层中的每一层在钢板本体上侧各表面处分别具有相同的厚度,在钢板本体下表面由内向外设有钝化层、镀层、保护膜层,则钢板本体上侧各表面及下表面通过所设置的钝化层与镀层形成防腐保护镀层,可得到很好的防腐性能,钢板本体上侧各表面再经两道UV涂层使表面形成可靠的有机材料涂覆,既对钢板本体产生多重防腐保护作用,又形成彩色的外观,而所设置的保护膜层则可以对UV涂层及下表面的镀层提供一层防污、防损伤保护,可进一步提高彩钢板的使用寿命,使得本彩钢板防腐性能优异。
本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述凹槽的宽度A与钢板本体的宽度B之比A:B为1:6~1:15 ,凹槽的宽度A与相邻两凹槽之间的间距C之比A:C为0.3:1~1:1。采用该实施方式,所确定的凹槽的宽度从视觉与触觉上均较为适中,有利于改善表面光滑的缺陷与立体感觉的形成。
本发明的另一种优选实施方式,所述磁体为圆片状永磁体。采用该实施方式,圆片状永磁体能够长期保持磁性,能保证本彩钢板之间搭接可靠,并且磁体呈圆片状制造方便。
本发明的又一种优选实施方式,所述磁体的厚度与搭接底边的厚度相同。采用该实施方式,既保证了美观,又使得磁体的体积尽可能大、磁性能最大化。
本发明进一步的优选实施方式,所述凹纹的底面为椭圆体的表面。采用该实施方式,以椭圆体的表面作为凹纹的底面不仅底面圆滑,而且与钢板本体上表面相交或与凹槽的底面相交所形成的交线为椭圆曲线,视觉效果良好、美观。
本发明另一进一步的优选实施方式,所述镀层为镀锌层。采用该实施方式,镀锌层对钢板本体来说属于阳极性镀层,能有效提高钢板本体的防腐性能。
本发明又一进一步的优选实施方式,所述UV第一涂层为采用紫外线固化涂料涂覆后经紫外线照射固化所形成的涂层。采用该实施方式,紫外线固化涂料固含量高,在紫外线的作用下实现组分之间的交联聚合,将液态快速固化成膜,并具有三维网状结构,因而涂层表面硬度、柔韧性、耐磨抗刮性、耐化学药品性、高光泽度、耐用性等化学、物理性能优秀,使用效果佳。
本发明更进一步的优选实施方式,所述UV第二涂层为采用紫外线固化涂料涂覆后经紫外线照射固化所形成的涂层。采用该实施方式,在UV第一涂层固化后再施以紫外线固化涂料涂覆,经紫外线照射固化后形成第二涂层,其使用性能更佳。
本发明另一更进一步的优选实施方式,所述保护膜层为可揭去透明PE保护膜层。采用该实施方式,透明PE保护膜层既可以对UV涂层提供保护,又不会影响其表面的美观效果,在其受污受损时更可以直接揭去使本彩钢板继续保持良好的外观。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2所示的拼接墙饰预涂钢板中,呈矩形的钢板本体1为碳素结构钢平板,在钢板本体1的上表面间隔设有凹槽2,参见图3,该凹槽2的长向与钢板本体1的长向平行且凹槽2的长度与钢板本体1长度相等,凹槽2的宽度A与钢板本体1的宽度B之比A:B为1:6~1:15 ,凹槽2的宽度A与相邻两凹槽2之间的间距C之比A:C为0.3:1~1:1, 在钢板本体1的一边设有搭接底边11,与该边相对的一边设有搭接顶边9,搭接底边11可插接于搭接顶边9下部,搭接底边11与搭接顶边9的厚度之和等于钢板本体1的厚度,在搭接底边11中嵌装有磁体10,磁体10为圆片状永磁体,磁体10的厚度与搭接底边11的厚度相同,各磁体10沿搭接底边11长度方向均布,这样使得相邻两彩钢板连接时一彩钢板上所设置的搭接顶边9覆盖于另一彩钢板的搭接底边11上,并通过该搭接底边11上的磁体10对其上的搭接顶边9产生吸力而使相邻两彩钢板方便地实现连接,而在需要拆卸时只需施加能克服磁体10吸力的作用力即可方便地拆卸且不会对彩钢板产生损坏;在钢板本体1的上表面和凹槽2的底面设有若干凹纹4,该凹纹4呈长条形,凹纹4的长度方向与钢板本体1长度方向平行,凹纹4的底面为与钢板本体1上表面相交或与凹槽2的底面相交的曲面,作为优选实施方式,凹纹4的底面为椭圆体的表面,参见图4,凹槽2的深度E与钢板本体1的厚度G之比E:G为0.1:1~0.3:1,凹纹4的深度F与钢板本体1的厚度G之比F:G为0.1:1~0.3:1;在钢板本体1的上侧各表面上由内向外设有钝化层3、镀层5、UV第一涂层6、UV第二涂层7、保护膜层8,所述钝化层3、镀层5、UV第一涂层6、UV第二涂层7、保护膜层8中的每一层在钢板本体1上侧各表面处分别具有相同的厚度,在钢板本体1下表面由内向外设有钝化层3、镀层5、保护膜层8,其中,钝化层3可以为常规的钢材磷化处理层,镀层5为镀锌层,UV第一涂层6为采用紫外线固化涂料涂覆后经紫外线照射固化所形成的涂层,UV第二涂层7同样为采用紫外线固化涂料涂覆后经紫外线照射固化所形成的涂层,保护膜层8为可揭去透明PE保护膜层。
以上仅列举了本发明的一些优选实施方式,但本发明并不局限于此,还可以作出许多的改进和变换。如所述磁体10也可以不是为圆片状永磁体,而可以是腰圆形片状永磁体;所述镀层5也可以不是为镀锌层,而可以是镀铝锌层。如此等等,只要是在本发明基本原理基础上所作出的改进与变换,均应视为落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种拼接墙饰预涂钢板,包括呈矩形的钢板本体(1),其特征在于:所述钢板本体(1)为碳素结构钢平板,在所述钢板本体(1)的上表面间隔设有凹槽(2),该凹槽(2)的长向与钢板本体(1)的长向平行且凹槽(2)的长度与钢板本体(1)长度相等,凹槽(2)的深度E与钢板本体(1)的厚度G之比E:G为0.1:1~0.3:1;在钢板本体(1)的一边设有搭接底边(11),与该边相对的一边设有搭接顶边(9),搭接底边(11)可插接于搭接顶边(9)下部,搭接底边(11)与搭接顶边(9)的厚度之和等于钢板本体(1)的厚度,在搭接底边(11)中嵌装有磁体(10),各磁体(10)沿搭接底边(11)长度方向均布;在钢板本体(1)的上表面和凹槽(2)的底面设有若干凹纹(4),该凹纹(4)呈长条形,凹纹(4)的长度方向与钢板本体(1)长度方向平行,凹纹(4)的底面为与钢板本体(1)上表面相交或与凹槽(2)的底面相交的曲面,凹纹(4)的深度F与钢板本体(1)的厚度G之比F:G为0.1:1~0.3:1;在钢板本体(1)的上侧各表面上由内向外设有钝化层(3)、镀层(5)、UV第一涂层(6)、UV第二涂层(7)、保护膜层(8),所述钝化层(3)、镀层(5)、UV第一涂层(6)、UV第二涂层(7)、保护膜层(8)中的每一层在钢板本体(1)上侧各表面处分别具有相同的厚度,在钢板本体(1)下表面由内向外设有钝化层(3)、镀层(5)、保护膜层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述凹槽(2)的宽度A与钢板本体(1)的宽度B之比A:B为1:6~1:15 ,凹槽(2)的宽度A与相邻两凹槽(2)之间的间距C之比A:C为0.3:1~1:1,
根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述磁体(10)为圆片状永磁体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述磁体(10)的厚度与搭接底边(11)的厚度相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述凹纹(4)的底面为椭圆体的表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述镀层(5)为镀锌层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述UV第一涂层(6)为采用紫外线固化涂料涂覆后经紫外线照射固化所形成的涂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述UV第二涂层(7)为采用紫外线固化涂料涂覆后经紫外线照射固化所形成的涂层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的拼接墙饰预涂钢板,其特征在于:所述保护膜层(8)为可揭去透明PE保护膜层。
