Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a roughening machine including a plate body 1, a motor 2, a roughening nail 3, and a link 4.
The plate body 1 is flat. The plate body 1 may define a receiving cavity. The plate body 1 may include a base plate and a case located below the base plate. The plate body 1 may be a square strip.
The motor 2 is mounted on the board body 1. The axis of the output shaft of the motor 2 may be parallel to the plate body 1. The motor 2 may be installed at an upper side of the plate body 1.
The chisel edge nail 3 is cone-shaped. The number of the chisel edge nails 3 is at least one, and the number of the chisel edge nails 3 is determined as required, which is not limited in the present application. Each chiseling nail 3 can be connected with an output shaft of the motor 2 in a rotating mode around a rotating line vertical to the plate body 1, and each chiseling nail 3 is located on the lower side of the plate body 1.

The driven bearing column 8 is connected with the driven gear 7 in a manner that the driven bearing column can rotate around a rotation line vertical to the plate body 1, and the driven bearing column 8 is connected with at least one chiseling nail 3.
The driving gear 6 and the driven gear 7 may be bevel gears. The transmission shaft 5 and the driving gear 6 may be installed at the upper side of the plate body 1. The driven gear 7 and the driven bearing column 8 can be both arranged in the accommodating cavity. The driven bearing column 8 and the chisel nail 3 may be connected by welding.
In addition, the central connection hole of the driven gear 7 may be square, and the driven bearing column 8 may be correspondingly square, so that the driven bearing column 8 rotates along with the driven gear 7 after being inserted into the central connection hole of the driven gear 7. The driven gear 7 may be bolted to the driven bearing post 8. The top end of the driven bearing post 8 may be supported via a bearing in a bearing block fixed to the base plate. The lower part of the driven bearing column 8 can be supported by a bearing fixed in a bearing seat on the housing, and the bottom end of the driven bearing column 8 can penetrate through the through hole on the housing to the outside of the accommodating cavity. The base plate may have a through hole for the driven gear 7 to mesh with the driving gear 6.
The roughening machine may further comprise a transmission gear 9 and a drive socket 10. The number of the transmission gears 9 is at least one, and each transmission gear 9 is rotatably arranged on the plate body 1 around a rotation line vertical to the plate body 1 and is meshed with the driven gear 7. The number of the transmission shaft bearing columns 10 is at least one corresponding to the transmission gears 9, each transmission shaft bearing column 10 can be connected with each transmission gear 9 in a rotating mode around a rotating line vertical to the plate body 1, and each transmission shaft bearing column 10 is connected with at least one chiseling nail 3.
Wherein, two transmission gears 9 can be respectively positioned at two sides of the driven gear 7 which are oppositely arranged. The transmission gear 9 and the transmission bearing column 10 are both arranged in the accommodating cavity. The connection of the drive socket 10 to the chisel pin 3 may be welded.
In addition, the central connection hole of the transmission gear 9 may be square, and the transmission bearing post 10 may be correspondingly square, so that the transmission bearing post 10 rotates along with the transmission gear 9 after being inserted into the central connection hole of the transmission gear 9. The transmission gear 9 can be fixed with the transmission bearing column 10 through bolts. The top end of the drive bearing post 10 may be supported via a bearing in a bearing mount secured to the base plate. The lower part of the drive bearing post 10 can be supported by a bearing fixed in a bearing seat on the housing, and the bottom end of the drive bearing post 10 can be penetrated to the outside of the accommodating cavity through a through hole on the housing. The specification of the driving gear 9 may be greater than or equal to that of the driven gear 7.
The roughening machine may further comprise a protective shell 11. The protective housing 11 covers the motor 2, the transmission shaft 5 and the driving gear 6, and is connected to the plate 1. The protective shell 11 and the plate body 1 may be fixed by bolts.
The first end of the connecting rod 4 is mounted to the second side of the plate body 1. The second end of the link 4 may have a handle 13. The handle 13 may be made of rubber. The handle 13 may be placed over the exterior of the link 4.
The roughening machine may further comprise a connecting base 12. The connection base 12 is mounted on the second side of the board body 1, and the connection base 12 has a connection through hole with an axis parallel to the board body 1. The operation saves the time for picking and chiseling, saves the labor and enhances the quality of chiseling.
