Description

Aligning and conveying device for brake disc hub
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production or assembly equipment, in particular to a device for identifying the model of a hub body.
Background
As is known, a brake disc for a moving vehicle, such as a high-speed train, generally includes at least a disc body and a hub body, wherein the disc body and the hub body are provided with a same number of through holes and are uniformly distributed, so that the disc body and the hub body are assembled together through bolts penetrating through the disc body and the hub body.
In an assembly line, assembling a disc body and a hub body by using bolts generally goes through two processes:
the first procedure is as follows: the disc body and the hub body are put together in a manner of combining stacking and sleeving, in the process, the horizontal posture of one of the disc body and the hub body relative to the other is adjusted to align (or coaxial) the disc body and the through hole of the hub body, and then the disc body and the hub body in the state are conveyed to a second process.
The second procedure is as follows: and a bolt is arranged in the aligned through hole of the disc body and the hub body in a penetrating way, and then a nut is sleeved on the bolt by utilizing manual or automatic screwing equipment and is screwed so as to finish the assembly of the two workpieces.
The first process in the prior art only performs the operation of adjusting the relative horizontal postures of the disc body and the hub body to the angular state of aligning the through holes, but the absolute horizontal postures of the disc body and the hub body are not adjusted, which results in that: in the second process, the working rod of the screwing device is usually not aligned with the bolt, which in turn results in the need to adjust the horizontal posture of the screwing device before the knob, so that the working rod is aligned with the bolt to complete the screwing of the nut, what is worse: the absolute horizontal postures of the disc body and the hub body conveyed to the second procedure are different, so that the screwing equipment needs to be adjusted before screwing operation, and the assembly efficiency is reduced.
The absolute horizontal attitude described above can be understood as: the horizontal angular attitude of the hub and disc relative to the screwing device.

To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components of the invention have been omitted.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a correcting and conveying device for a hub body 100 of a brake disc, which is used for adjusting the hub body 100 to a preset horizontal posture (the horizontal posture specifically refers to an angle state that a workpiece such as the hub body 100 is in a horizontal state; the preset horizontal posture specifically refers to an angle state that a through hole of the hub body 100 is aligned with a screwing device after being conveyed to the lower part of the screwing device through translation) before the hub body 100 is combined with a disc body of the brake disc, and the preset horizontal posture and a later reference horizontal posture are both absolute horizontal postures) so as to be convenient for assembling the disc body which is adjusted to be aligned with the through hole of the hub body 100.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the correcting conveyor includes: the frame 10, the expansion device 40, the first driving mechanism 50, the abrupt change structure 30, the distance sensor 20, the controller, and the second driving mechanism 60. The frame 10 is formed by welding criss-cross beams such that the frame 10 forms a stable support structure for the other components described above. The expansion device 40 is a device for holding the cartridge in the prior art, in which the expansion device 40 is generally used for grasping and transporting the cartridge. The expansion means 40 includes a body 41 and a plurality of expansion blocks 42 circumferentially disposed on the body 41, the expansion blocks 42 being capable of moving radially outward to tighten against an inner wall of the hub 100 to expand the hub 100 and moving radially inward to release the hub 100. The abrupt structure 30 is formed on the outer circumference of the hub body 100, and particularly, is formed at a position below the hub body 100, where a radial space is free from a shielding structure or a shield. The distance sensor 20 is installed on the frame 10 and located at one side of the abrupt change structure 30 in the radial direction, and the distance sensor 20 and the abrupt change structure 30 are approximately at the same horizontal position. The first driving mechanism 50 is used to drive the expansion device 40 to rotate the hub 100 about its axis. The distance sensor 20 obtains the sudden change signal brought by the sudden change structure 30 through the rotation of the hub 100, that is, when the first driving mechanism 50 drives the hub 100 to rotate, the sudden change structure 30 changes the distance detected by the distance sensor 20, so as to form the sudden change signal reflecting the distance change. The controller is electrically connected to the distance sensor 20, and when receiving the abrupt change signal, the controller can determine the reference horizontal posture of the hub body 100 and calculate the angle difference between the reference horizontal posture and the preset horizontal posture by comparing with the preset horizontal posture. Meanwhile, the controller controls the first driving mechanism 50 such that the first driving mechanism 50 drives the hub body 100 to rotate by a corresponding angular difference to adjust the hub body 100 to a preset horizontal posture. The second driving mechanism 60 serves to drive the hub body 100 to horizontally linearly move to transport the hub body 100 to a target position for coupling with a disc of a brake disc for coupling with the disc having an adjusted horizontal posture.
According to the invention, the distance sensor 20, the expansion mechanism and the abrupt change structure 30 are matched, so that the hub body 100 can be accurately adjusted to the preset horizontal posture, and further, the hub body 100 does not need to be adjusted for the second time in the subsequent bolt penetrating process.
It should be noted that:
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the reference horizontal posture of the hub body 100 may be set to be the same as the preset reference posture of the hub body 100, and at this time, after the distance sensor 20 obtains the abrupt change signal, it is only necessary to control the hub body 100 to stop rotating. However, the reference horizontal posture of the hub body 100 is different from the preset horizontal posture of the hub body 100 by an angle a as much as possible because: since the first driving mechanism 50 cannot be actually suddenly stopped, if the two postures are in the same state, that is, if the difference angle is 0, after the controller obtains the sudden change signal from the distance sensor 20, the controller cannot make the hub body 100 suddenly stop, which results in a large deviation between the actually adjusted horizontal posture of the hub body 100 and the preset horizontal posture, and if the two postures are set to have a certain angle difference a, after the controller obtains the sudden change signal, the controller makes the driving mechanism drive the hub body 100 to rotate by an angle corresponding to the angle difference, and simultaneously, the rotation speed of the hub body 100 gradually decreases, and when the driving mechanism rotates to the preset posture, the rotation is just stopped, so that the adjusted horizontal posture of the hub body 100 is substantially the same as the preset horizontal posture.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the abrupt structure 30 is a sinking groove having two opposite groove walls and a groove bottom perpendicular to the groove walls, the hub 100 rotates such that the two groove walls of the sinking groove pass the distance sensor 20 one after the other, and the distance sensor 20 obtains the abrupt signal by detecting the distance difference between the groove bottom of the sinking groove and the region outside the sinking groove. In the present embodiment, the advantages of using a sink as the mutant structure 30 are: the sink groove enables the periphery of the hub body 100 to change suddenly, so that the sudden change signal is clearer and is easier to capture, and further, the misjudgment of the controller caused by the fact that the sudden change signal is not obvious can be effectively avoided. Preferably, the attitude of the distance sensor 20 is arranged such that: such that the emitted light is perpendicular to the axis of the hub 100, the distance sensor 20 is an infrared distance sensor 20.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in fig. 1, the first driving mechanism 50 is configured as a mechanical transmission driving structure, and specifically, the first driving mechanism 50 includes: gear drive and motor (in the drawings, gear drive and motor are enclosed by the box). The motor is connected to an input shaft of the gear transmission mechanism to provide power, the expansion device 40 is connected to an output shaft of the gear transmission mechanism, the motor drives the gear transmission mechanism and transmits the power to the expansion device 40 after being decelerated by the gear transmission mechanism, and the expansion device 40 drives the hub body 100 to rotate so that the distance sensor 20 can capture the abrupt change structure 30 to determine the reference horizontal posture of the hub body 100.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second driving mechanism 60 is configured as a transmission driving structure combining pneumatic and mechanical, as shown in fig. 1, and specifically, the second driving mechanism 60 includes: guide rail 61, slider 63, mounting plate 64, and cylinder 62. A guide rail 61 is horizontally arranged on the frame 10 to extend toward a target position to be combined with the disk body, a slider 63 is provided on the guide rail 61 and is slidable along the guide rail 61, a mounting plate 64 is fixed to the slider 63, the above-described first drive mechanism 50 is mounted on the mounting plate 64, and the air cylinder 62 is arranged in a direction in accordance with the guide rail 61. In this way, after the hub 100 is adjusted to the preset horizontal posture, the slider 63 is driven by the air cylinder 62 to transport the hub 100 to a target position for combination with the disc body in the adjusted horizontal posture.
