Claims (6)

1. An ultrasonic automatic cleaning device comprises a box body (1) and a cover plate (2) hinged with the box body, wherein a pull block (49) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the cover plate (2), a plurality of rollers (3) with brake blocks are arranged at the lower end of the box body (1), the ultrasonic automatic cleaning device is characterized in that a placing cylinder (4) is arranged in the box body (1), a cleaning cylinder (5) is arranged in the placing cylinder (4), an energy converter (9) is arranged in the box body (1), an ultrasonic generator (8) is arranged in the placing cylinder (4), a plurality of supporting components which elastically support the cleaning cylinder (5) are arranged in the placing cylinder (4), a drainage component which discharges sewage in the placing cylinder (4) is arranged in the box body (1), a vibration component which vibrates the cleaning cylinder (5) is arranged in the box body (1), and a connecting component is arranged at the joint of the box body (1) and the cover plate (2), a reinforcing component for reinforcing the connection strength of the connecting component is arranged in the box body (1), and a lifting component for lifting the cleaning cylinder (5) along with the rotation of the cover plate (2) is arranged in the box body (1);
the vibration assembly comprises a motor (15), a rotating block (16), a convex block (17) and a vibration rod (18), the motor (15) is fixedly connected with the water storage barrel (13), the output end of the motor (15) is fixedly connected with the rotating block (16), the convex block (17) is fixedly connected with the outer end of the rotating block (16), the rotating block (16) is in contact with the vibration rod (18) which is vertically arranged, the vibration rod (18) penetrates through the placing barrel (4) and is in sliding connection with the placing barrel, and one end of the vibration rod (18) extending into the placing barrel (4) is in contact with the cleaning barrel (5);
the connecting assembly comprises a connecting block (25), a connecting groove (26), a sliding groove (28), a third spring (29), a sliding block (30) and a receiving groove (32), the connecting block (25) is fixedly connected with the box body (1), the connecting block (25) is clamped with the cover plate (2), the connecting groove (26) for accommodating the connecting block (25) is formed in the cover plate (2), two sliding grooves (28) are symmetrically formed in the cover plate (2), the groove wall of the sliding groove (28) is connected with the sliding block (30) through the third spring (29), the sliding block (30) is in sliding connection with the cover plate (2), and the sliding block (30) is tightly attached to the receiving groove (32) in the connecting block (25) under the elastic force action of the third spring (29);
the reinforcing component comprises a magnetism generating plate (19), a conducting rod (20), a closed coil (21), a conducting block (22), a supporting column (23), an electric wire (24), an electrifying magnet (27) and a permanent magnet (31), wherein the magnetism generating plate (19) is fixedly connected in the box body (1), the conducting rod (20) is arranged at the middle position in the magnetism generating plate (19), the closed coil (21) is arranged outside the conducting rod (20), one end of the conducting rod (20) is fixedly connected with the rotating block (16), the other end of the conducting rod (20) is rotatably connected with the supporting column (23), the supporting column (23) is fixedly connected with the box body (1), the conducting block (22) which is in contact with the conducting rod (20) is arranged in the supporting column (23), the electrifying magnet (27) is arranged in the connecting block (25), and the electrifying magnet (27) is electrically connected with the conducting block (22) through the electric wire (24), the two permanent magnets (31) are respectively arranged in the sliding block (30)
The lifting assembly comprises a fixed block (33), a connecting rod (34), a long rod (35), a guide post (36), a rotating rod (37), a rotating shaft (38), a first plug rod (39), a first plug block (40), a first plug cylinder (41), a connecting pipe (42), a second plug cylinder (43), hydraulic oil (44), a second plug block (45), a second plug rod (46) and a lifting block (47), wherein the fixed block (33) is fixedly connected with the cover plate (2), the fixed block (33) is rotatably connected with one end of the connecting rod (34), the other end of the connecting rod (34) is rotatably connected with one end of the long rod (35), the long rod (35) is slidably connected with the guide post (36) horizontally arranged in the box body (1), the guide post (36) is fixedly connected with the box body (1), the other end of the long rod (35) is rotatably connected with one end of the rotating rod (37), and the rotating rod (37) is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft (38), the rotating shaft (38) is rotatably connected with the box body (1), the other end of the rotating rod (37) is rotatably connected with one end of a first plug rod (39), the other end of the first plug rod (39) is fixedly connected with a first plug block (40), the first plug block (40) is connected with a first plug cylinder (41) in a sliding way, the first plug cylinder (41) is communicated with the second plug cylinder (43) through a connecting pipe (42), the first plug cylinder (41), the connecting pipe (42) and the second plug cylinder (43) are filled with hydraulic oil (44), a second chock block (45) is connected in the second chock cylinder (43) in a sliding way, the second chock block (45) is fixedly connected with one end of a second chock rod (46), the second plug rod (46) penetrates through the second plug cylinder (43) and the placing cylinder (4) and extends into the placing cylinder (4), one end of the second plug rod (46) extending to the placing barrel (4) is fixedly connected with the lifting block (47).
