Description

Compressed air-assisted airless spray-pressure premixing granulation equipment and cementing material spraying system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cementing material spraying, in particular to compressed air-assisted airless spraying pressure premixing granulation equipment and a cementing material spraying system.
Background
Spraying of liquid materials such as paint by airless spraying pressure has been widely used in domestic and foreign coating industries. The main technical principle is that high-pressure equipment is utilized to apply pressure of more than 10MPa to liquid materials, so that the sprayed materials are subjected to violent impact with air through airless spray pressure spray holes to be directly atomized and sprayed on the surface of a sprayed object. It features that the compressed air does not contact directly with the material to be sprayed, and its jet density is high and atomizing effect is good, but its disadvantages are short jet distance and small conveying range. For the gelled material, the bulk density is large (2-3 tons/cubic meter) and no large-particle aggregate exists, the material is usually stirred and mixed in a fixed stock ground, and the operation area is usually 100-200 meters away from the stock ground, so that the material cannot be directly sprayed by an airless spray pressure technology.
The cementing material is a self-cementing material mainly based on inorganic silicon-aluminum base, the state of the cementing material after being mixed and stirred with water is in a paste form, and the density of the cementing material is 2-3 times of that of a conventional liquid material. When compressed air is used for spraying, the gelled material is easy to generate the problems of uneven spraying, unstable jet flow and the like due to factors such as high viscosity and density of the gelled material.
The traditional compressed air-assisted airless spray pressure technology is characterized in that compressed air is assisted on the basis of airless spray pressure, jet material atomized by airless spray pressure is subjected to assisted injection by the compressed air, and the characteristics of long injection distance and large conveying range are realized on the basis of large jet density and good atomization effect of the airless spray pressure technology. However, when the conventional compressed air-assisted airless spray pressure technology is directly applied to the spraying of the gelled material, the atomization-spraying effect of the liquid material such as paint cannot be realized due to the factors such as high viscosity and high density of the gelled material.
