Claims (10)
1. A movable rock climbing vehicle comprises a chassis, a carriage, a first folding wallboard, a second folding wallboard, a third folding wallboard and a rock climbing plate, wherein the chassis comprises a frame formed by a plurality of mutually connected boundary beams, a forklift pipe for connection and a reinforcing square pipe for reinforcement; torsion shafts are arranged on two sides of the chassis, and tires are mounted at one end of each torsion shaft; the carriage is arranged on the upper part of the chassis, and one side of the lower part of the carriage is provided with a plurality of bottom plate fixing seats; the folding wall plate is characterized by comprising a first wall frame and first support frames, wherein the first wall frame is formed by connecting a plurality of cross beams and longitudinal beams; the second folding wall plate comprises a second wall frame formed by connecting a plurality of cross beams and longitudinal beams, and second support frames arranged on two sides of the second wall frame, the first folding wall plate and the second folding wall plate are movably connected through hinges, one side of each first support frame is provided with a section of oil cylinder, and the first support frames and the second support frames are connected through a section of oil cylinder; the third folding wallboard comprises a third wall frame formed by connecting a plurality of cross beams and longitudinal beams, and third support frames arranged on two sides of the third wall frame, the second folding wallboard is movably connected with the third folding wallboard through hinges, one side of each second support frame is provided with a two-section oil cylinder, and the second support frames are connected with the third support frames through the two-section oil cylinders; the first wall frame, the second wall frame and the third wall frame are all provided with a panel, the rock climbing plate is installed on the panel, and a plurality of irregular rock climbing plates are arranged on the rock climbing plate.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a mandrel is arranged inside the torsion shaft, torsion rubber is connected to one side of the outer portion of the mandrel, a swing arm is connected to one end of the mandrel, an axle is connected to one end of the swing arm, and tires are mounted on the axle; and a round shaft is arranged on one side of the torsion shaft and is arranged on the reinforcing square pipe.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle according to claim 2, wherein a gear is arranged at one end of the mandrel, a gear ring meshed with the gear is arranged at one end of the swing arm, a notch is arranged on one side of the gear ring, a through hole penetrating through the notch is further formed in the corresponding end of the swing arm, and a bolt is arranged inside the through hole.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle according to claim 2, wherein a nylon support ring is arranged on one side of the torsion rubber, and a through hole in the nylon support ring is in clearance fit with the mandrel; one side of the nylon support ring is provided with a baffle cover which is fixedly arranged at one end of the torsion shaft.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle according to claim 2, wherein a lifting device is arranged on one side of the torsion shaft, the lifting device comprises a lifting cylinder and a pull rod seat, a cylinder base is arranged at one end of the lifting cylinder, the cylinder base is fixedly arranged on the side beam, the pull rod seat is movably connected with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, and the pull rod seat is fixedly connected with the torsion shaft through a plurality of U-shaped hoops; the torsion shaft is characterized in that a shaft sleeve is arranged on one side of the outer portion of the torsion shaft, the shaft sleeve of the torsion shaft is installed on the side beam, and the round shaft is installed on the reinforcing square pipe through the shaft sleeve.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle of claim 5, wherein the lift cylinder is provided with a first valve seat, and the first valve seat is provided with a first balance valve; and a second valve seat is arranged on the first section of oil cylinder and the second section of oil cylinder, and a second balance valve is arranged on the second valve seat.
7. The mobile rock climbing vehicle of claim 1, wherein a plurality of rubber pads are arranged on the tops of the first wall frame, the second wall frame and the third wall frame.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a second hinge base is arranged at the upper end of the first support frame, a safety plate is movably connected to the second hinge base, a bolt is arranged at one end of the safety plate, and a plurality of insertion holes are formed in the second support frame and inserted with the bolts.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a third hinge base is connected to one side of the upper portion of the first wall frame, a swing bolt is movably connected to the third hinge base, two sets of adjusting nuts are arranged on the swing bolt, an adjusting base is arranged between the two sets of adjusting nuts, and the adjusting base is fixedly installed on the carriage; and a plurality of balancing weights are arranged inside the carriage.

The mobile rock climbing vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the rock climbing plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, one side of the rock climbing plate is provided with studs, one side of each mounting hole is fixedly provided with a fixed disc, the fixed disc is provided with a threaded sleeve, and the threaded sleeve is inserted into the mounting holes and connected with the studs of the rock climbing plate.
