the handle sleeve is a cylindrical sleeve, one end of the handle sleeve is provided with a left threaded end, and the other end of the handle sleeve is provided with a right threaded end;
the adjusting column is a cylinder, and a radially arranged compressible column is arranged on the adjusting column;
the adjusting sleeve is a cylindrical sleeve, the adjusting sleeve is matched with a central hole of the handle sleeve, the central hole of the adjusting sleeve is matched with the adjusting column, a plurality of adjusting holes are formed in the adjusting sleeve, the adjusting holes correspond to the pressable columns on the adjusting column, the plurality of adjusting holes are longitudinally distributed along the adjusting sleeve, a second bearing seat is arranged outside the second bearing seat, and the right end face of the second bearing seat is in a regular hexagon shape;

the first bearing is arranged on the right side of the blocked second radial convex ring, a first bearing seat is arranged outside the first bearing, the right end face of the first bearing seat is in a regular hexagon shape, the first bearing seat is matched with an inner hole of the regular hexagon end face of the end sleeve, the outer thread end of the end part of the handle sleeve extends into the end sleeve, a first compression spring is arranged between the left end of the adjusting sleeve and the first bearing seat, and two ends of the first compression spring are respectively connected with the adjusting sleeve and the inner shaft sleeve of the first bearing;
the end cap is provided with an internal thread end with a round end face, the internal thread end of the end cap is matched with the right thread end of the handle sleeve, a regular hexagon groove is formed in the top of the end cap, and the groove is matched with the end face of the second bearing seat;
the compressible column comprises a second compression spring and a cylinder, the second compression spring and the cylinder are arranged in a spring hole, the two cylinders are respectively located at two ends of the second compression spring, a baffle is arranged outside the spring hole, the baffle presses a third radial convex ring on the cylinder, and the end part of the cylinder is exposed out of a round hole on the baffle.
