Abstract
本发明公开了一种清洁组合物及其制备方法,属于日用品领域。本发明所述清洁组合物以特定含量的糖类或糖醇类骨架支持剂和温和的发泡表面活性剂相组合,相比传统温和洁面产品具有更加方便携带和使用的软性固态,可基于实际需要制备成各种外观形状;同时在使用过程中清洁效率高且对肌肤无刺激,使用后皮肤水嫩、柔软不紧绷。本发明还公开了所述清洁组合物的制备方法,该制备方法操作步骤简单,可实现工业化大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明属于日用品领域,具体涉及一种清洁组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
清洁是日常护肤步骤中的第一步,也是最关键的一步。固体皂是人们最常用的清洁产品之一,拥有起泡强和使用方便的优点,但是其pH值及去脂力过高,导致洗完后皮肤干燥紧绷,长期使用容易导致肌肤干燥和敏感肌等肌肤问题。相比之下,具有温和洁面功能的产品现在更受市场的欢迎,但是市面上的温和洁面产品多是液态和半固态的,携带和使用没有固态产品方便。即使少数温和洁面固态产品,也往往是粉末状的(洁颜粉),无法成特定形状。这是因为温和洁面产品中含有的表面活性剂其特性不像皂基,结晶成型非常困难。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供了一种清洁组合物,该清洁组合物不仅具备温和洁面的功能,清洁肌肤的效率高;同时该产品固态成型,消费者在携带和使用时更加方便。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种温和清洁组合物,包括以下质量含量的组分:骨架支持剂50~60%、发泡表面活性剂3~10%及余量水。
优选地,所述骨架支持剂包括糖类化合物、糖醇化合物中的至少一种。
本发明所述清洁组合物以特定含量的糖类或糖醇类骨架支持剂和发泡表面活性剂相组合,相比传统温和洁面产品具有更加方便携带和使用的软性固态,可基于实际需要制备成各种外观形状;同时在使用过程中清洁效率高且对肌肤无刺激,使用后皮肤水嫩、柔软不紧绷。
优选地,所述清洁组合物的组分中还包括植物类油脂、崩解剂和多元醇,所述植物类油脂占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的0~5%,所述崩解剂占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的0~20%,所述多元醇占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的0~8%。
在所述清洁组合物中添加适量含量的添加助剂不仅可提高所得产品的发泡量及产品的组分稳定性,同时搭配组分中的表面活性剂可进一步提高产品对人体皮肤的清洁润肤效果,使皮肤实现长效保湿,柔软不紧绷。
更优选地,所述清洁组合物包括以下质量百分含量的组分:骨架支持剂50~60%、发泡表面活性剂3~10%、崩解剂10~30%、植物类油脂2~5%、多元醇0.1~5%及余量水。
优选地,所述骨架支持剂包括麦芽糖、海藻糖、蔗糖、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、赤藓糖醇中的至少一种。
所述种类的糖或糖醇均是稳定无毒的天然提取物,水溶性好作为清洁品组分安全可靠,当添加入产品中可有效充当成型骨架。
优选地,所述发泡表面活性剂包括月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠,椰油酰丙氨酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠、月桂基葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷中的至少一种。
所述种类的表面活性剂性质温和稳定,对人体皮肤无刺激;同时该类物质发泡效率高,可有效清洁面部油脂及各类污垢。
优选地,所述崩解剂为淀粉类崩解剂、改性淀粉类崩解剂、纤维素类崩解剂、纤维素醚类崩解剂中的至少一种。
更优选地,所述淀粉类崩解剂包括玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、木薯淀粉、豌豆淀粉、燕麦淀粉、稻米淀粉中的至少一种。
更优选地,所述改性淀粉类崩解剂包括环状糊精、麦芽糊精、淀粉糊精、直链淀粉中的至少一种。
更优选地,所述纤维素类崩解剂为微晶纤维素。
更优选地,所述纤维素醚类崩解剂包括甲基纤维素、甲基羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素中的至少一种。
所述种类的崩解剂均具有优异的水溶性和吸水膨胀性,当按特定比例添加入清洁组合物产品时可使该产品的发泡速率和效率显著提高;所述崩解剂安全无毒且性质稳定,可放心应用于洁面产品中。
优选地,所述植物类油脂包括霍霍巴籽油、乳木果油、橄榄油、氢化橄榄油、鳄梨油、甜杏仁油、氢化杏桃仁油、桃核仁油、葵花籽油、米糠油、麦芽油、澳洲坚果油、雾冰草脂、白池花籽油、氢化植物油、椰子油、茶籽油、玫瑰花油、玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橘皮油、柚子皮油、蔓越莓籽油、覆盆子籽油、沙棘果油、沙棘籽油、草莓籽油、蓝莓籽油、黑莓籽油、黑加仑籽油、蓝色艾菊花油、猴面包果籽油中的至少一种。
所述植物类油脂安全无毒,在应用于本发明所述产品时可与组分中的温和发泡表面活性剂协同增效,显著提高消费者在使用产品后的皮肤效果。
优选地,所述多元醇包括丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、甘油、己二醇中的至少一种。
优选地,所述清洁组合物的组分中还包括皮肤调理剂,所述皮肤调理剂包括神经酰胺、植物提取物、酵母菌、大米发酵产物滤液中的至少一种。
所述皮肤调理剂的添加可进一步提升消费者在使用产品时的皮肤清洁及滋润、保湿效果,使产品不仅局限于清洁功能,还能给予一定的补水修复皮肤的功效。
优选地,所述清洁组合物,包括以下质量含量的组分:月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠2%,椰油酰甘氨酸钾2%,月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠2%,月桂基葡糖苷1%,1,2-戊二醇2%,己二醇0.2%,神经酰胺2 0.3%,玉米淀粉20%,覆盆子果提取物0.2%,红醋栗汁0.6%,霍霍巴籽油2%,海藻糖57%及余量水。
所述配方下制备的温和清洁组合物具有优异的使用方便性和清洁能力,同时消费者使用该产品后皮肤可实现长效保湿,柔软不紧绷。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供所述温和清洁组合物的制备方法,所述方法为:
将水、发泡表面活性剂、多元醇及皮肤调理剂依次混合并加热至30~60℃搅拌均匀,得混合物A;所得混合物A中加入崩解剂混合均匀后,加热至70~95℃并保温至料体糊化呈现泥膏状,降温至20~60℃,得混合物B;所得混合物B中依次加入植物类油脂和骨架支持剂并搅拌均匀,降温至40℃以下,即得所述清洁组合物。
优选地,所述方法为:
将水、发泡表面活性剂、多元醇及皮肤调理剂依次混合并加热至40~50℃搅拌均匀,得混合物A;所得混合物A中加入崩解剂混合均匀后,加热至80~85℃并保温30~40min至料体糊化呈现泥膏状,降温至30~50℃,得混合物B;所得混合物B中依次加入植物类油脂和骨架支持剂并搅拌均匀,降温至40℃以下,即得所述清洁组合物。
本发明所述清洁组合物的制备方法操作步骤简单,可实现工业化大规模生产。
优选地,所述清洁组合物的制备方法还包括将清洁组合物切割及成型。
通过后续的切割成型步骤可根据实际将清洁组合物制备成各种各样的性状,方便使用。

实施例1
本发明所述清洁组合物的实施例。
实施例1所述清洁组合物的各组分及含量分别如表1所示。
本实施例所述清洁组合物制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)室温下将去离子水、发泡表面活性剂、多元醇及皮肤调理剂依次混合加入主锅并加热至45℃搅拌均匀,得混合物A;
(2)在步骤(1)所得混合物A中加入崩解剂混合均匀后,加热至85℃并保温35min至料体糊化呈现泥膏状,降温至45℃,得混合物B;
(3)在步骤(2)所得混合物B中加入植物类油脂,随后将骨架支持剂并预先分散均匀,加入主锅后在45℃下搅拌均匀,降温至40℃以下,出锅并切割成型,即得所述清洁组合物。
实施例2~4
本发明所述清洁组合物的实施例。
实施例2~4所述清洁组合物的各组分及含量分别如表2~4所示。
所述清洁组合物的制备方法同实施例1。

效果例1
为验证本发明所述清洁组合物的使用效果,对实施例1~4所得产品进行使用效果体验测试,并对各产品的使用方便性(是否方便携带和使用)、皮肤清洁程度、使用后皮肤舒适度和使用后皮肤保湿度的4种体验程度进行评分(1~5分,满分5分),同时增加两组对照组,该两组对照组的产品分别为市售的洁颜粉和固体皂,共分为6组,每组10个志愿者,共招募60个志愿者进行测试及评分,志愿者连续使用1周,每天使用1次,一周后统计分数并计算平均值。所述志愿者的年龄20~40岁,面部皮肤无特殊敏感体质或损伤,男女参半。测试结果如表5所示。

从表5可知,相比于传统市售的洁颜粉,实施例1~4所得产品因具有软性固态性质,携带及使用过程更加方便,而实施例4所得产品因使用了两种复合的骨架支持剂,其力学性能有所提升,其使用方便性与市售固体皂相当;实施例1~4所得产品的皮肤清洁能力与市售两种产品相当,说明本发明所述清洁组合物完全可用于替代市售的各类面部清洁产品,其中实施例3所得产品因采用水溶性优良的蔗糖及糊化温度不高的木薯淀粉进行搭配,其具有更好的水溶性和起泡速率,志愿者使用反馈其具有最佳的使用体验和面部清洁效果;相比于传统市售固体皂产品志愿者反馈使用后皮肤出现紧绷不适感,本发明实施例所得清洁组合物因使用温和的发泡表面活性剂作为组分,可有效温和洁面,使用后皮肤无异样感觉,可有效保持滋润、柔软和保湿性;本发明实施例1所得产品因具有方便携带和使用的固态性质,同时添加量神经酰胺2和霍霍巴籽油作为添加剂,在清洁时可有效抑制皮肤的油脂分泌,使其达到油水平衡,还能使肌肤清洁后长效保湿,柔软不紧绷,因此为所述各实施例产品中的最佳实施例。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

1.一种清洁组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:骨架支持剂50~60%、发泡表面活性剂3~10%及余量水。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述骨架支持剂包括糖类化合物、糖醇化合物中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物的组分中还包括植物类油脂,所述植物类油脂占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的0~5%。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物的组分中还包括崩解剂,所述崩解剂占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的0~20%。
5.如权利要求4所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物的组分中还包括多元醇,所述多元醇占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的0~8%。
6.如权利要求3所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述植物类油脂占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的2~5%。
7.如权利要求4所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述崩解剂占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的10~20%。

9.如权利要求2所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述骨架支持剂包括麦芽糖、海藻糖、蔗糖、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、赤藓糖醇中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述发泡表面活性剂包括月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠,椰油酰丙氨酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠、月桂基葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷中的至少一种。
11.如权利要求4所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述崩解剂为淀粉类崩解剂、改性淀粉类崩解剂、纤维素类崩解剂、纤维素醚类崩解剂中的至少一种。
12.如权利要求7所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述崩解剂包括下述崩解剂中的至少一种:
淀粉类崩解剂;
所述淀粉类崩解剂包括下述中的至少一种:
玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、木薯淀粉、豌豆淀粉、燕麦淀粉、稻米淀粉;
改性淀粉类崩解剂;
所述改性淀粉类崩解剂包括下述中的至少一种:
环状糊精、麦芽糊精、淀粉糊精、直链淀粉;
纤维素类崩解剂;
所述纤维素类崩解剂包括微晶纤维素;
纤维素醚类崩解剂;
所述纤维素醚类崩解剂包括下述中的至少一种:
甲基纤维素、甲基羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素。
13.如权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述植物类油脂包括霍霍巴籽油、乳木果油、橄榄油、氢化橄榄油、鳄梨油、甜杏仁油、氢化杏桃仁油、桃核仁油、葵花籽油、米糠油、麦芽油、澳洲坚果油、雾冰草脂、白池花籽油、氢化植物油、椰子油、茶籽油、玫瑰花油、玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橘皮油、柚子皮油、蔓越莓籽油、覆盆子籽油、沙棘果油、沙棘籽油、草莓籽油、蓝莓籽油、黑莓籽油、黑加仑籽油、蓝色艾菊花油、猴面包果籽油中的至少一种。
14.如权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物的组分中还包括皮肤调理剂,所述皮肤调理剂包括神经酰胺、植物提取物、酵母菌、大米发酵产物滤液中的至少一种;优选地,所述皮肤调理剂占所述清洁组合物的组分质量的1~2%。
15.如权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:骨架支持剂57%、发泡表面活性剂7%、崩解剂20%、植物类油脂2%、多元醇2.2%、皮肤调理剂1.1%及余量水;所述发泡表面活性剂包括月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠和月桂基葡糖苷;所述骨架支持剂为海藻糖;所述多元醇包括1,2-戊二醇和己二醇;所述皮肤调理剂包括神经酰胺和植物提取物;所述崩解剂为玉米淀粉;所述植物类油脂为霍霍巴籽油。
16.如权利要求1~15任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物组分中的水为去离子水。
17.如权利要求1~3或5~15任一项所述清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:
将水、发泡表面活性剂、多元醇及皮肤调理剂混合并加热至30~60℃搅拌均匀,得混合物A;所得混合物A中加入崩解剂混合均匀后,加热至70~95℃并保温至料体糊化呈现泥膏状,降温至20~60℃,得混合物B;
所得混合物B中依次加入植物类油脂和骨架支持剂并搅拌均匀,降温至40℃以下,即得所述清洁组合物。
18.如权利要求17所述的清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水、发泡表面活性剂、多元醇及皮肤调理剂混合并加热至40~50℃搅拌均匀,得混合物A。
19.如权利要求17所述的清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合物A中加入崩解剂混合均匀后,加热至80~85℃并保温至料体糊化呈现泥膏状。
20.如权利要求17所述的清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保温的时间为30~40min。
21.如权利要求17所述的清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述料体糊化呈现泥膏状后,降温至30~50℃,得混合物B。
22.如权利要求17所述的清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物的制备方法还包括将所述清洁组合物切割及成型。
