A gynecological device for relieving dysmenorrheal, which is characterized by comprising an attaching part (1) and a pressure part (2), the attachment part (1) is used by being attached to the abdomen of a human body, the pressure part (2) is connected to the outer side of the attachment part (1), the attaching part (1) is provided with a plurality of protruding semi-cylinders (3) which are arranged at the outer side of the attaching part (1), the other side of the semi-cylinder (3) forms an arc-shaped concave part (4), a plurality of massage units are arranged on the attaching part (1), each massage unit comprises two massage beads (5) which are adjacently arranged on the arc-shaped concave part (4), the two massage beads (5) in each massage unit can synchronously and reversely slide, each massage bead (5) is provided with a gland (6) positioned between the attachment part (1) and the pressure part (2), the gland (6) and the arc-shaped concave part (4) together form supporting and limiting for the massage beads (5), a pressure spring (7) is connected between the gland (6) and the inner side wall of the pressure part (2), for pressing the pressing cover (6) on the massage bead (5), the attaching part (1) comprises a three-layer structure, wherein the first layer is an elastic surface layer (8) positioned on the outer side, the second layer is a heating layer (9) positioned in the middle, and the third layer is a wear-resistant layer (10) used as the bottom surface of the arc-shaped concave part (4); first binding bands (11) are arranged on two sides of the attaching portion (1), and second binding bands (12) are arranged on two sides of the pressure portion (2).

The gynecological device for relieving dysmenorrhea according to claim 1, wherein a rotating shaft (13) corresponding to the massage units is arranged at one end of the attaching portion (1), two first pulling ropes (14) corresponding to the half cylinders (3) are wound on the rotating shaft (13), the other ends of the first pulling ropes (14) are respectively fixed on the massage beads (5) in the corresponding half cylinders (3), a second pulling rope (15) is connected between the two massage beads (5) of each massage unit, the two first pulling ropes (14) are wound on the rotating shaft (13) in opposite directions, and the rotation of the rotating shaft (13) can pull the two massage beads (5) to synchronously move in opposite directions through the first pulling ropes (14).

A gynaecological device for relieving dysmenorrheal according to claim 2, wherein the end of the rotating shaft (13) is provided with a rotating motor (16), the rotating motor (16) can drive the rotating shaft (13) to rotate forward or backward, the rotating motor (16) is positioned between the pressure part (2) and the attaching part (1), and the plurality of massage units can adopt the same rotating motor (16) or each massage unit is provided with one rotating motor (16).

A gynaecological device for relieving dysmenorrhoea according to claim 2, wherein the one end of the attaching part (1) opposite to the rotating shaft (13) is provided with two fixed pulleys (17), and the second pull rope (15) is connected with the two massage beads (5) by passing through the fixed pulleys (17).

A gynecological device for relieving dysmenorrhea according to claim 1, wherein two rolling beads (18) are arranged on the side of the massage bead (5) contacting with the attaching part (1), one part of the rolling beads (18) is embedded in the massage bead (5), and the other part of the rolling beads protrudes from the outer side wall of the massage bead (5) and can contact with the wear-resistant layer (10).
7. A gynaecological device for relieving dysmenorrhoea according to claim 1, characterised in that a gap (19) is left between the end surface of the gland (6) facing the attachment part (1) and the attachment part (1).
8. Gynaecological device for relieving dysmenorrhoea according to claim 1, characterised in that the external side of the attachment (1) is provided with an elastic connection block (20) between the two massage units.

A gynecological device for relieving dysmenorrhea according to claim 1, wherein two sides of the opening of said arc-shaped recess (4) are respectively provided with a supporting step (21), and said supporting step (21), said wear-resistant layer (10) and said elastic surface layer (8) together form a structure for hermetically wrapping said heating layer (9).
