Description

Mammary gland imaging device with integrated coil system and superconducting magnetic resonance
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of magnetic resonance medical instruments, in particular to a superconducting magnetic resonance breast imaging device with an integrated coil system.
Background
The superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system is formed by winding a niobium-titanium alloy wire, and is cooled by liquid helium, the magnetic field intensity is generally 1.0T-7.0T, and the shape of the superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system is hollow tubular. The magnetic resonance system is mainly used for clinical patient scanning, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases.
The coil system, one of the important magnetic resonance components, is used to receive the H proton resonance signals of the human body, thus forming the final clinical image. The integrated coil system is different from the traditional separated independent coil system, coils such as a patient bed board, a head, a neck, a body and the like are embedded in a spine coil of the integrated coil system, and the coil system can be freely combined for imaging. A breast imaging device is a device for imaging a breast of a patient. In addition, in the existing magnetic resonance breast imaging, the integrated coil system is often required to be closed, and a special independent breast imaging coil is used for imaging.
It should be noted that the prior art has the following drawbacks:
1. in the existing magnetic resonance mammary gland imaging, a special mammary gland imaging coil needs to be additionally purchased in a hospital, so that the purchasing cost is high;
2. the special mammary gland coil is made of hard materials, has a fixed shape, cannot be adapted to patients with different body types and mammary glands, is often poor in comfort level of the patients, cannot tolerate magnetic resonance examination for 30+ minutes, and causes high examination failure rate or uncontrolled movement of the patients, so that an image has artifacts, and diagnosis is influenced;
3. the special mammary gland coil can only carry out mammary gland imaging, can not effectively image the position of a thorax and an armpit, and has poor diagnosis on a mammary gland tumor metastasis focus;
4. when the special mammary gland coil is used for scanning, the integrated coil system of the magnetic resonance system is required to be closed frequently, the advantages of high signal-to-noise ratio and resolution imaging of the integrated coil system cannot be exerted, and multi-coil combined imaging cannot be carried out.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a superconducting magnetic resonance mammary gland imaging device with an integrated coil system, which can improve the comfort of a patient and improve the mammary gland imaging quality.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the breast imaging device with the superconducting magnetic resonance of the integrated coil system comprises a breast imaging foam pad, wherein the breast imaging foam pad comprises an upper body foam pad and a lower body foam pad, the upper body foam pad and the lower body foam pad are both rectangular plate-shaped, a through groove is formed in the surface of the upper body foam pad, and a headrest is arranged on the surface of the upper body foam pad.
Preferably, the through slots are located along the upper body foam pad long edge 2/3, and the headrest is located between the through slots and the end of the upper body foam pad away from the through slots.
Preferably, the upper body foam pad and the lower body foam pad are the same in shape and size, and are 100cm, 60cm and 15cm in length, width and height, respectively.
Preferably, the through groove is a square groove, and the length, width and height of the through groove are 40cm, 20cm and 15cm respectively.
Preferably, the breast imaging foam pad is made of a sponge foam material.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the breast imaging foam pad is composed of sponge foam, has high elasticity, is divided into an upper half body foam pad and a lower half body foam pad, can be suitable for patients with different body types and breast sizes when being laid, and can improve the comfort level of the patients due to the arrangement of the headrest;
2. the invention can be used in combination with a spine coil arranged in the bed board and a body coil wearable on the body of a patient to carry out combined imaging, can realize the imaging of the breast, the whole breast and the armpit, and is beneficial to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the breast and armpit metastasis of breast tumor.
