The hand drying device can achieve the effect of quickly drying hands and reduce the dependence and waste on the hand wiping paper; but also can keep the air in the operating room stable and not to be mixed, and avoid the influence on the operating process caused by the dust and germs in the operating room flying with the wind driven by the air outlet of the hand dryer.

The invention can play a role in quickly drying hands and reduce the dependence and waste on the hand wiping paper; but also can keep the air in the operating room stable and not to be mixed, and avoid the influence on the operating process caused by the dust and germs in the operating room flying with the wind driven by the air outlet of the hand dryer.
