The video call method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be applied to the following application scenarios, which are described below.
As shown in fig. 1, when a user makes a video call with a call target through a first electronic device 100 as shown in fig. 1, a video call interface of the first electronic device 100 includes two windows: the display content of the first window is a video picture of a user; the display content of the first window is a video picture of a call object. Correspondingly, the video call interface of the second electronic device 200 of the call object also includes two windows, i.e., the display contents are the video image of the call object and the video image of the other call object.
In some scenes, the current video call interface cannot meet more demands of people in video calls. For example: in a video call, when a user wants to help a call partner use an electronic device, a communication effect is often not good. The call partner can only see the video picture and hear the voice, and it is difficult to perform the synchronization operation according to the guidance of the user. That is, the current video call interaction function is single, and the increasing video call requirements of users cannot be met.
The embodiments of the present application provide a video call method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, which can solve the problems in the related art that a user can only see a video picture of a call object during a video call, an interaction function is single, and a user's requirement cannot be met.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to any scene in which the user communicates with the call object besides the application scene. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above application scenarios, and other application scenarios are also within the scope of the present invention.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that a first video call interface with second electronic equipment is displayed, a first input of a user is received, wherein the first video call interface comprises a first window displaying the first interface of the second electronic equipment, and the user can check the content displayed by the second electronic equipment while calling in a video mode; then, in response to the first input of the user, an update request is sent to the second electronic device, and the first interface of the first window is updated to a second interface, wherein the second interface is an interface displayed after the second electronic device performs a corresponding operation in response to the received update request, so that the user can update the content displayed by the second electronic device of the call object (for example, help the call object use the second electronic device) while the video call is performed, the interactive function of the video call is enriched, and the requirements of the user are better met.
Based on the application scenario, the video call method provided in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a video call method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the video call method may include steps 210 to 220, and the method is applied to a video call device, and specifically as follows:
step 210, receiving a first input of a user under the condition that a video call is carried out with a second electronic device and a first video call interface of the video call is displayed; the first video call interface comprises a first window, and the display content of the first window comprises a first interface displayed by the second electronic device.
Step 220, responding to the first input, sending an updating request to the second electronic device, and updating the display content of the first window into a second interface; and the second interface is displayed after the second electronic equipment executes corresponding operation in response to the received update request.
In the video call method, under the condition that a first video call interface with second electronic equipment is displayed, a first input of a user is received, wherein the first video call interface comprises a first window displaying a first interface of the second electronic equipment, and the user can check contents displayed by the second electronic equipment while the video call is carried out; then, in response to the first input of the user, an update request is sent to the second electronic device, and the first interface of the first window is updated to a second interface, wherein the second interface is an interface displayed after the second electronic device executes a corresponding operation in response to the received update request, so that the user can update the content displayed by the second electronic device of the call object (for example, help the call object use the second electronic device) while the video call is performed, the interactive function of the video call is enriched, and the requirements of the user are better met.
The contents of steps 210-220 are described below:
first, step 210 is involved.
As another implementation manner of the present application, in order to ensure privacy security of the user, before the step of receiving the first input of the user, the following steps may be further included:
receiving a fifth input of a user to a target control in a second video call interface under the condition that the video call is carried out with second electronic equipment and the second video call interface of the video call is displayed; in response to a fifth input, sending a request to the second electronic device to open the multifunctional video call; and displaying the first video call interface under the condition that the second electronic equipment accepts the request.
In the case where the second video call interface for the video call is displayed, that is, the second video call interface of the first electronic device 100 includes two windows: the display content of the first window is a video picture of a user; the display content of the first window is a video picture of a call object.
Then, as shown in fig. 3, a fifth input of the user to the target control in the second video call interface is received, a request for starting the multifunctional video call is sent to the second electronic device in response to the fifth input, and the first video call interface is displayed under the condition that the second electronic device accepts the request, wherein the display content of the first window of the first video call interface includes the first interface displayed by the second electronic device of the call object.
Therefore, the privacy safety of the user can be ensured by sending the request for starting the multifunctional video call to the second electronic equipment and displaying the first video call interface under the condition that the second electronic equipment receives the request.
Wherein, the first input of the user involved in the above may include at least the following two cases: one is touch input and the other is voice information input. The following are described separately:
on one hand, in the step related to receiving the first input of the user, the method may specifically include the following steps: a first input to the first interface by a user is received.
When the video call is performed with the second electronic device and the first video call interface of the video call is displayed, a first input of a user to the first interface can be received. The first interface is the current display content of the second electronic device.
And receiving a first input of the user to the first interface, namely, the user can control the second electronic device through a touch input to the first interface. The first interface of the second electronic device is displayed in the first window of the first electronic device, and the display rule is also consistent with the display rule of the second electronic device of the communication object, for example, the function of sliding up and down is also supported.
Therefore, when the user touches the functional component and the application program of the second electronic device, the user can enter the interface of the functional component or the application program. It is to be understood that the first window of the first electronic device includes the display content of the second electronic device, which also includes the display content of the first electronic device. The user can control the second electronic device by touching the interface of the second electronic device, and the call object can also control the first electronic device by touching the interface of the first electronic device.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 4, the display content of the first window includes a first interface (e.g., desktop interface) displayed by the second electronic device, and the first interface is updated to a network setting interface (i.e., second interface) in response to a first input received from a user to a "network setting" control in the first interface. The network setting interface is an interface displayed after the second electronic device responds to the first input and executes the corresponding network setting starting function. Here, for convenience of description with reference to fig. 4, the display contents of the first window and the second window are replaced, that is, the first interface is displayed in the second window.
Therefore, the display content of the first window is updated to the second interface in response to the first input of the user to the first interface, the input of the user to the first interface can be synchronously responded, and the user and the call object can communicate conveniently on the basis.
In another aspect, the first input referred to above may be a voice input in a video call.
When the first electronic device is in video call with the second electronic device and a first video call interface of the video call is displayed, the first electronic device can pick up voice information in the video call through the microphone to acquire voice input, so that the first electronic device or the second electronic device responds according to the voice input. Thus, the first input may be a voice input in a video call, i.e. the call content of the user and the call object in the video call.
As another implementation manner of the present application, in order to share information with a call target quickly, the first video call interface further includes a second window for displaying an interface of the first electronic device, and when a video call is performed with the second electronic device and the first video call interface of the video call is displayed, the method may further include the following steps:
receiving a second input of the user to the target object in the second window; and responding to the second input, and sending the target object to the second electronic equipment.
Specifically, the second input of the target object may include at least the following two cases:
firstly, receiving a second input that a user selects a target object from an interface of first electronic equipment, dragging the target object to a first interface of second electronic equipment, and responding to the second input to send the target object to the second electronic equipment.
And secondly, receiving a second input of selecting a target object from the interface of the first electronic equipment by the user, then sending the target object, and responding to the second input to send the target object to the second electronic equipment.
Therefore, the target object is sent to the second electronic device in response to the second input of the user to the target object in the second window, the target object which the user wants to share with the call object can be quickly sent to the call object, and the interactivity is improved.
Next, step 220 is involved.
Specifically, first, in response to a first input, an update request is sent to the second electronic device; secondly, the second electronic equipment responds to the received updating request to execute corresponding operation and updates the interface into a second interface; finally, the display content of the first window is the interface displayed by the second electronic device, so that the display content of the first window is updated to the second interface.
The above-mentioned related first input may be a voice input in a video call, and accordingly, the step of updating the display content of the first window to the second interface may specifically include the following steps:
responding to voice input, and determining first key information from voice information of a video call;
sending an update request to the second electronic device, wherein the update request comprises the first key information; and updating the display content of the first window into a second interface, wherein the second interface is displayed after the second electronic equipment executes corresponding operation according to the first key information.
And determining first key information from the voice information in response to the voice information of the video call picked up by the microphone, and sending an updating request comprising the first key information to the second electronic equipment. And then, for the second electronic device, responding to the update request, executing corresponding operation according to the first key information, and then displaying the interface as a second interface. Because the display content of the first window is the interface displayed by the second electronic device in real time, when the second electronic device is updated from the first interface to the second interface, the display content of the first window is also updated from the first interface to the second interface.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, the display content of the first window includes a first interface (desktop interface) displayed by the second electronic device, and in the case that the first key information determined from the voice information "start network setup function" of the video call is "network setup", the display content of the first window is updated from the desktop interface to the network setup interface (i.e., the second interface). The network setting interface is an interface displayed after the second electronic device executes a corresponding network setting starting function according to the first key information 'network setting'. Here, for convenience of description with reference to fig. 5, the display contents of the first window and the second window are exchanged, that is, the first interface is displayed in the second window.
Therefore, the display content of the first window is updated to be the second interface according to the voice information of the video call by responding to the voice input of the user, the interaction function in the video call is enriched, the practicability is improved, and for example, the call object can be helped to use the electronic equipment.
The step of determining the first key information from the voice information related to the video call may specifically include the following steps: extracting first key information in the voice information; or performing semantic analysis on the voice information to determine the first key information.
The first method for determining the first key information, that is, the step of extracting the first key information from the speech information, may specifically include the following steps:
firstly, voice information is converted into text information, the text information is segmented, and at least one keyword is determined. And then, comparing whether a common word preset by a user exists in the keywords, wherein the common word can comprise function options in the electronic equipment. For example: settings, camera, web, photo album, etc. And finally, determining the keywords consistent with the common words preset by the user or similar in semantics as the first key information in the voice information.
The second method for determining the first key information, that is, performing semantic analysis on the voice information, and the step of determining the first key information may specifically include the following steps:
and performing semantic analysis on the voice information by using a semantic analysis model to determine first key information. The semantic analysis model can be a topic model, that is, a statistical model for clustering the implicit semantic structures of the corpus in an unsupervised learning manner.
Specifically, semantic analysis is performed on the collected voice information (a session), and then the semantics of the voice information extracted from the speech information are extracted, namely, the first key information is determined.
Therefore, the first key information can be determined quickly and accurately by extracting the first key information in the voice information or performing semantic analysis on the voice information.
The step of determining the first key information from the voice information related to the video call may specifically include the following steps:
determining first voice information input by a user from the voice information; and determining first key information according to the first voice information.
Specifically, two sessions, namely the first voice message and the second voice message, can be summarized according to the voice messages of the video call. The first voice information corresponds to the words spoken by the user, and the second voice information corresponds to the words spoken by the call partner. And determining first key information according to the first voice information spoken by the user, and then updating the display content of the second electronic equipment according to the first key information.
Thus, by distinguishing different voice information of the user and the call partner, the respective electronic devices can respond more accurately according to the voice information.
As another implementation manner of the present application, in order to improve the interactive function, after the step of receiving the first input of the user, the following steps may be further included:
determining second voice information input by a call object from the voice information, wherein the call object is an object for carrying out video call with a user through second electronic equipment; determining second key information from the second voice information; and executing corresponding operation according to the second key information.
The second voice message corresponds to the spoken words of the call partner. And determining second key information according to the second voice information spoken by the call object, and then executing corresponding operation by the first electronic equipment according to the second key information, namely updating the display content of the first electronic equipment.
Thus, by distinguishing different voice information of the user and the call partner, the respective electronic devices can respond more accurately according to the voice information.
As another implementation manner of the present application, in order to ensure privacy and security of both the user and the call partner, after the step of receiving the first input of the user, the method may further include the following steps:
and under the condition that the first key information is matched with the preset information, outputting prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the second electronic equipment not to respond to the updating request.
The preset information is used for representing blacklist information which is set by the call object and forbids other people to access. For example, interfaces with strong privacy such as photo albums, address lists and payment applications.
As shown in fig. 6, if the user mentions the first key information in the black list during the chat, a prompt message is output to prompt you not to have access to the function interface. For example, pop up a floating window at the first window: prompt! You do not have access to this function "; alternatively, the prompt message is output by voice.
In addition, before outputting the prompt message, the following steps can be further included:
and sending request information to the first electronic equipment, wherein the request information is used for requesting to access the function interface corresponding to the first key information, and the first window displays 'waiting for confirmation of the call object'. If the call object receives the request information through the second electronic equipment, namely the first electronic equipment is granted to access the function interface corresponding to the first key information, the first interface can be updated to the function interface corresponding to the first key information; if the call object refuses the request message, the prompt message is output.
Therefore, when the first key information is matched with the preset information, the prompt information is output to prompt the second electronic equipment not to respond to the updating request. The privacy and the safety of the user and the call object can be ensured.
In a possible embodiment, the first video call interface further includes a second window for displaying a video screen of the second electronic device, and in a case where the first video call interface for video call is displayed, the method further includes the following steps:
receiving a third input of the user, wherein the third input is used for indicating the switching of the display content of the second window; and responding to a third input, and switching the video picture to an interface of the first electronic equipment.
The first video call interface includes: the first window is used for displaying a first interface of the second electronic equipment, and the second window is used for displaying a video picture of the second electronic equipment. At this time, the video screen of the second electronic device may be switched to the interface of the first electronic device in response to a third input of the user.
Therefore, the richness of the display content is improved by responding to the third input of the user and switching the video picture of the second electronic equipment into the interface of the first electronic equipment.
In a possible embodiment, the above-mentioned first video call interface further includes a second window for displaying a video screen of the second electronic device, where the first window is smaller than the second window, and in a case where the first video call interface of a video call is displayed, the method may further include the following steps:
acquiring feature information in the video call, wherein the feature information is determined according to the first video call interface and the voice information of the video call; exchanging the display contents of the first window and the second window under the condition that the characteristic information meets the preset condition;
wherein the preset condition comprises any one of the following: the complexity of elements in the first window is larger than a first threshold, and the first video call interface comprises preset objects and the voice information comprises preset keywords.
The display contents of the first window and the second window can be automatically exchanged according to the characteristic information in the video call, and the first electronic device can automatically judge whether to execute the exchange according to the display contents of the first window and the second window in the video call process.
The display contents of the first window and the second window are exchanged according to whether the characteristic information in the video call meets a preset condition or not, so that the display contents of the first window and the second window have the best display effect for a user and a call object.
The feature information may be used to characterize element complexity in the first video-call interface. The element is the minimum unit of page display, and for example, characters, pictures, animation, music and the like on the page are all elements on the page. Generally, the elements have a certain size.
Illustratively, if the display content is a map, the element complexity is considered to be high, and if the display content is a picture, the element complexity is considered to be low.
The characteristic information may also be used to characterize the importance of the information present in the video call. The method mainly provides whether a preset object is included in the first video call interface or not, or whether preset keywords are included in the voice message or not.
For example, if it is detected that the voice message includes "please help me set up a wireless network" spoken by the call object, in order to facilitate that the user may touch the first interface in the larger window, the display contents of the first window and the second window may be exchanged, so that the first interface is displayed in the larger second window.
Therefore, by exchanging the display contents of the first window and the second window under the condition that the characteristic information in the video call meets the preset condition, the display contents which are more important or more complex for the user can be displayed in the second window, and the user experience is improved.
In a possible embodiment, the above-mentioned related first video call interface includes a second window for displaying a video picture of the second electronic device, where the first window is smaller than the second window, and in a case where the first video call interface for video call is displayed, the method may further include the following steps:
receiving a fourth input of the first window by the user; and exchanging the display contents of the first window and the second window in response to a fourth input.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, in response to a fourth input by the user to the first window, the display contents of the first window and the second window are swapped. The basis of the exchange is that the user selects which interface, and which interface is displayed in the second window, so that the user can conveniently view and manipulate in the larger window.
Therefore, the display contents of the first window and the second window are exchanged in response to the first input of the user to the first window, the content which the user wants to view in the larger window can be displayed in the second window, and the user experience is improved.
In order to better explain the video call method provided by the present disclosure, the following describes an embodiment provided by the present disclosure with reference to a specific scenario.
For example, when a call object arrives at a Y city, a subway or a bus needs to be taken to a Z location just after getting off a train, but the call object does not know the transportation mode and route of the Z location, does not use electronic equipment for navigation, does not take the subway, and the like, so that a multifunctional video call is established between the call object and a user.
