Document contents such as PPT (point of meeting), word and the like shared by a host in cloud conference desktop sharing are generally regarded as important conference information. If the host document switching speed is too fast, or the participants are not focused, the important meeting information can be easily missed. In order to avoid missing these important meeting information, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for capturing meeting information in desktop sharing, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the specific steps of:
step 1) recording the desktop stream captured in real time in a segmented manner; currently, for desktop stream recording, server-side recording or client-side recording is mostly adopted. The method comprises the following steps that a server side records, namely after a host initiates desktop sharing through a host client, a management server records a desktop stream, but the server side records generally only the host has the authority of starting a recording function, and a participant cannot independently start a video recording function. And (4) client recording, namely, starting a video recording function by a participant through the participant client, and carrying out video recording on the captured desktop stream. The recording mode of the client is more flexible, the participant can start the video recording function at any time according to the requirement, but the requirements on the performance of a CPU (central processing unit), the memory space of a memory and a disk are higher, and the risk of recording failure exists when the participant records for a long time.
The invention adopts a client recording mode to record the desktop stream captured in real time in a segmented manner, automatically deletes the recorded video after reaching the video deletion condition, overcomes the defect that the participant can not independently start the video recording function in the server recording process, and solves the problems of higher requirements on CPU performance and disk storage space and possible recording failure in the past client recording process.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating steps of a method for segment recording a desktop stream according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method for recording the real-time captured desktop stream in segments specifically includes:
step 1.1 a) setting the recording duration (preferably 5 minutes) of each video of the segmented recording desktop stream, and setting the upper limit of the storage quantity of the recorded videos (as a video deletion condition);
step 1.2 a) carrying out segmented recording on the desktop stream captured in real time according to a preset recording time length to form a plurality of recorded videos and storing the recorded videos (the recorded videos are preferably stored in an HLS video format, and the recorded desktop stream can be converted into the HLS video format through video format conversion tools such as ffmpeg and the like and then stored);
step 1.3 a) judging whether the storage quantity of the recorded videos reaches a preset storage quantity upper limit,
if so, deleting part of the recorded videos (the closer the video recording time is, the higher the value is generally for the participants, so that when the storage quantity of the recorded videos reaches the upper limit of the storage quantity, the recorded videos with the recording time farthest from the current time are preferentially deleted);
if not, the video deleting operation is not executed.
Since the importance of each recorded video may not be consistent for different participants, some participants may regard the video recorded with the PPT content as an important video to be reviewed, and some may regard the video recorded with the word content as an important video to be reviewed. Therefore, in order to avoid the system from mistakenly deleting the videos which are considered important by the participants in the automatic video deletion process, the present invention further provides another method for recording desktop streams in segments, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the method for recording desktop streams in segments specifically includes:
step 1.1 b) setting the recording time length (preferably 5 minutes) of each video of the segmented recording desktop stream, and setting the upper limit of the storage quantity of the recorded videos (as the condition for automatically deleting the videos);
step 1.2 b) recording the desktop stream captured in real time in a segmented manner according to a preset recording time length to form a plurality of recorded videos and storing the videos;
step 1.3 b) providing each recorded video for the participants to mark the importance degree;
step 1.4 b) automatically deleting the recorded videos which are not marked with the importance degree (for saving storage resources), judging whether each recorded video marked with the importance degree reaches the upper limit of the preset storage quantity,
if yes, deleting part of the recorded videos marked with the importance degree (similarly, preferably deleting the recorded video with the recording time farthest from the current time first);
if not, the video deleting operation is not executed.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for capturing conference information in desktop sharing according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 2) calculating a video recording time point when the host switches the document; the present invention regards the point of time when the host switches the document as a point of time when important meeting information is easily missed. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the method of calculating a video recording time point when a host switches a document includes:
step 2.1) obtaining the local system time and the initial recording time of the video when the host switches the document; such as local system time when the host switches documents as shown in fig. 5
Figure 178191DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
Is 12:02 '30'; initial recording time of video
Figure 471770DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
Is 12:01 '58';
step 2.2) calculating the difference value between the local system time and the initial recording time as a video recording time point; the calculation process can be expressed by the following formula:
Figure 731981DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
Figure 187233DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
representing a video recording time point to be solved;
Figure 897175DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
representing the initial recording time of the video;
Figure 791182DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
representing the local system time when the host switches documents.
For example, the local system time when the host switches documents
Figure 358430DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
12:02 '30', initial recording time of video
Figure 797632DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
Is 12: 01'58 ", then according to the above formula,
Figure 450331DEST_PATH_IMAGE005
that is, the video is recorded to just 32 "when the host switches documents.
Step 3) identifying the time point of the host switching document in the recorded video by taking the video recording time point as an identification point; the identification mode can be that a person is used as an identification, a participant client provides a video time point identification function, and the participant is identified independently, or a cloud conference system automatically identifies through developing a software program.
And 4) rapidly positioning the participant to the time point of document switching of the host through the identification point to perform video review so as to acquire missed conference information again.
The present invention also provides a conference information capturing apparatus in desktop sharing, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus including:
the desktop stream segmentation recording module is used for segmenting and recording the desktop stream captured in real time; the desktop stream segmented recording function is provided by a participant client, and the participant can independently start the desktop stream segmented recording function through the participant client;
the video recording time point calculating module is used for calculating the video recording time point when the host switches the document;
the time point identification module is connected with the video recording time point calculation module and is used for identifying the time point of the host switching document in the recorded video by taking the video recording time point as an identification point;
and the video review module is used for providing the participants with video review by positioning the identification points to the time point of document switching of the host so as to acquire missed meeting information again.
In order to implement the function of recording the desktop stream segment, specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the module for recording the desktop stream segment includes:
the video recording duration setting unit is used for setting the recording duration of each video segment of the segmented recording desktop stream for the participants;
the video segmentation recording unit is connected with the video recording duration setting unit and is used for segmenting and recording the desktop stream captured in real time according to the preset recording duration to form a plurality of recorded videos;
and the video storage unit is connected with the video segmentation recording unit and used for storing and recording the video.
In order to save storage resources of a cloud conference system, the conference information capturing device provided by the embodiment of the invention further has an automatic video recording and deleting function. To achieve this function, the desktop stream segment recording module further includes:
the video storage quantity upper limit setting unit is used for setting the storage quantity upper limit of the recorded videos for the participants;
the video counting unit is connected with the video storage unit and used for counting the stored recorded videos;
the storage fullness judging unit is respectively connected with the video counting unit and the video storage quantity upper limit setting unit and is used for judging that the storage quantity of the recorded videos is full after the storage quantity of the recorded videos reaches a preset storage quantity upper limit;
and the video deleting unit is respectively connected with the video storage unit and the storage fullness judging unit and is used for automatically deleting part of the recorded videos after judging that the storage quantity of the recorded videos is full (the specific deleting method is preferably to acquire the recording finishing time of each recorded video and preferentially delete the recorded video with the earliest recording time).
Since the review value of each recorded video is usually not consistent for different participants, in order to avoid the system automatically deleting the recorded video that the participants consider important, as shown in fig. 7, it is preferable that the desktop stream segmentation recording module further includes:
the video marking unit is connected with the video storage unit and is used for providing the stored recorded videos for the participants to mark the importance degree;
the video marking unit is also used for judging whether the storage quantity of the recorded videos is full after the storage quantity of each recorded video marked with the importance degree reaches a preset storage quantity upper limit;
and the video deleting unit is also connected with the video marking unit and the video storage unit and is also used for deleting part of the recorded videos marked with the importance degree after judging that the storage quantity of the recorded videos marked with the importance degree is full (and preferentially deleting the recorded videos with the earliest recording time in the same way).
In the above technical solution, it should be noted that, when the storage quantity of the recorded videos is judged to be full, the recorded videos that are not marked with the importance degree are preferentially deleted. When the storage quantity of the recorded videos marked with the importance degree is full, the recorded video with the earliest recording time is preferentially deleted.
In order to implement the function of calculating the video recording time point, as shown in fig. 8, the video recording time point calculating module specifically includes:
the document switching time acquisition unit is used for acquiring local system time when a host switches documents; the management server of the cloud conference system records the behavior of the host switching document as an event, and the event records the local system time when the host switches the document.
A video initial recording time obtaining unit, configured to obtain an initial recording time for recording a video; when each video begins to be recorded, the cloud conference system automatically records the initial recording time of the video.
And the video recording time point calculating unit is respectively connected with the document switching time point acquiring unit and the video initial recording time acquiring unit and is used for calculating the difference value between the local system time and the initial recording time when the host switches the document as the video recording time point. The specific calculation process of the video recording time point is already described in the above conference information capturing method, and is not described herein again.
The invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which comprises an execution instruction, and when a processor of the electronic device executes the execution instruction, the processor executes the cloud conference information capturing method.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the invention and the technical principles applied thereto. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, equivalents, changes, and the like can be made to the present invention. However, such variations are within the scope of the invention as long as they do not depart from the spirit of the invention. In addition, certain terms used in the specification and claims of the present application are not limiting, but are used merely for convenience of description.
