Abstract
The invention discloses a method for expanding general communication channel of OTN equipment, which uses unused overhead field of current link of equipment to temporarily or long-term expand GCC channel by command setting or dialing mode, comprising the following steps: s101, enabling an expansion function by a user through a command or dial; step S102, a user selects an expansion function mode, and the expansion function mode has an automatic mode and a manual mode; step S103, after the original overhead function is closed, newly building a GCC3 channel for the expanded frame, and realizing the expansion of the bandwidth of the management channel; step S104, after the use is finished, the user can close the GCC3 channel optionally; and step S105, after the GCC3 channel is closed, the original overhead function is recovered. The invention expands into a general communication channel by temporarily borrowing other unused expenses, and can improve the bandwidth of a management channel by times; the problem of insufficient bandwidth of a lower GCC channel is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a network communication technology, in particular to a method for expanding a general communication channel of OTN equipment.
Background
With the wide application of OTN devices, the optical transmission device gradually realizes flexible access of the user end, and when the uplink port of the access device is not generally OTU1 or OUT2, the bandwidth of the management channel that can be provided by the overhead of the GCC is too low, which causes inconvenience to remote upgrade and maintenance of the remote device.
GCC: the General Communication Channel is a non-interference Channel for transmitting information between line-side interfaces of terminals, and has three overheads of GCC0, GCCl and GCC2, each overhead occupies two bytes. Wherein, GCC0 is located in the I row and the 11 th-12 th columns of OTUk overhead, GCC1 is located in the 4 th row and the 1 st-2 th columns of ODU overhead, and GCC2 is located in the 4 th row and the 3 rd-4 th columns of ODU overhead; see figure 1.
The current GCC overhead provides channel bandwidth as shown in figure 2,
when the remote device is upgraded remotely, the OTU1/2 interface GCC overhead provides a limited bandwidth for the management channel.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve the above problems and provide a method for temporarily or permanently expanding the general communication channel of the OTN device of the GCC channel by borrowing the unused overhead field of the current link of the device through command setting or dialing.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for expanding general communication channel of OTN equipment, borrows unused overhead field of current link of equipment to expand GCC channel temporarily or for a long time through command setting or dialing mode, includes the following steps:
s101, enabling an expansion function by a user through a command or dial;
step S102, a user selects a capacity expansion function mode, and the mode comprises an automatic mode and a manual mode; in the automatic mode, unused expenses are selected by calculating the expense use condition of a current link, and capacity expansion operation is performed; when no borrowable overhead exists, the current part of overhead function can be closed manually and forcibly, and capacity expansion operation is carried out;
step S103, after the original overhead function is closed, newly building a GCC3 channel for the expanded frame, and realizing the expansion of the bandwidth of the management channel;
step S104, after the use is finished, the user can optionally close the GCC3 channel;
and step S105, after the GCC3 channel is closed, the original overhead function is recovered.
Further, in step S102, the overhead of the capacity expansion function mode is selected by an automatic or manual mode as ODUk overhead-TCMi.
Still further, the TCMi is located in columns 5 to 13 of row 2 and columns 1 to 9 of row 3 of ODUk overhead.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention expands into a general communication channel by temporarily borrowing other unused expenses, and can improve the bandwidth of the management channel by times; the problem of insufficient bandwidth of a lower GCC channel is solved.

step S104, after the use is finished, the user can optionally close the GCC3 channel;
and step S105, after the GCC3 channel is closed, the original overhead function is recovered.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present invention, GCC overhead and bandwidth are increased after capacity expansion, and GCC overhead channel bandwidth is greatly increased after capacity expansion, thereby increasing bandwidth of the management channel by multiple times; the problem of insufficient bandwidth of a lower GCC channel is solved.
