Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cooling liquid filters, and discloses a filter for a fuel cell, wherein a shell comprises an inlet shell and an outlet shell; the fluid passes through the inlet of the inlet shell, passes through the filter screen to block particle and magazine in the pipeline to the filter screen port, and finally reaches the water outlet of the outlet shell. The fuel cell filter is an L-shaped filter; the L-bends include 90 °, 120 °, 45 ° and other 0-180 °, excluding 0 ° and 180 °. The filter shell is made of plastic and stainless steel, and the filter screen is made of stainless steel, plastic and glass fiber. The filter is made of special materials, ensures low ion extraction rate, is designed into an L-shaped flow channel, can be integrally installed with other parts, and reduces the length of a pipeline and the number of joints. Compared with the conventional filter, the low ion precipitation ensures the service life of the fuel cell, and in addition, the integrated installation reduces the integral volume and cost of the fuel cell system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cooling liquid filtration for fuel cells, and particularly relates to a filter for a fuel cell.
Background
As fuel cell vehicle technology rapidly develops, the volume and mass power density requirements of fuel cell systems gradually increase, and therefore, it is important to reduce the number of parts in the fuel cell systems. At present, the material of a filter for the fuel cell is generally common stainless steel, and the ion precipitation rate in the stainless steel is high, so that the conductivity in cooling liquid is increased, and the service life of the fuel cell is shortened; in addition, the existing filter is separately installed and fixed in a heat dissipation pipeline (as shown in fig. 2), so that the number and the quality of pipeline parts are increased, and the system integration and the miniaturization are not facilitated.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows:
(1) the invention solves the problem of high ion extraction rate of the existing filter.
(2) The existing fuel cell cooling system has the problem of low integration degree.
The difficulty in solving the above problems and defects is:
by improving the filter structure, the production cost and the processing difficulty of the filter can be increased.
The significance of solving the problems and the defects is as follows:
the invention relates to an L-shaped filter special for a fuel cell, which prevents foreign matters from entering an electric pile, adopts special low-ion separation materials, can be integrally installed with the electric pile by the L-shaped design (as shown in figure 3), prolongs the service life of the fuel cell, and reduces the volume and the quality of a system.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an L-shaped filter for a fuel cell.
The present invention is achieved as described above, and a filter for a fuel cell includes:
the shell is made of one of polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), polyformaldehyde resin (POM), polyphenylene oxide (PPO), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and Polyurethane (PU); the stainless steel material is 316 steel or 304 steel.
The shell comprises an inlet shell and an outlet shell;
the fluid passes through the inlet of the inlet shell, passes through the filter screen to block particle and magazine in the pipeline to the filter screen port, and finally reaches the water outlet of the outlet shell.
Further, the filter for a fuel cell is an L-type filter; the L-bends include 90 °, 120 °, 45 ° and other 0-180 °, excluding 0 ° and 180 °.
Further, a filtering screen is arranged at the front part of the filter inlet shell;
furthermore, the filter screen is made of stainless steel filter screens (special 304 and 316), plastic filter screens (special low-chlorine plastics such as PP, PS and PO), glass fiber and the like, so that low-power precipitation is ensured.
Furthermore, the outlet shell is provided with a fixed mounting hole, so that the filter and other parts of the fuel cell system can be conveniently integrated and mounted.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell having the fuel cell filter mounted thereon.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the invention provides an L-shaped filter for a fuel cell, which prevents foreign matters from entering a galvanic pile by the scheme, adopts special materials with low ion precipitation and prolongs the service life of the fuel cell; and the L-shaped design can be integrated with the electric pile for installation, so that the volume and the mass of the system are reduced.
