Abstract
The invention relates to a positioning paper holographic printing combined mark and a preparation method thereof, wherein the mark comprises the following components: the laser mark comprises a mark body, an ink printing layer and a laser film, wherein the ink printing layer is positioned above the mark body, the laser film is positioned above the ink printing layer, and the ink of the ink printing layer is a mixture of transparent white ink, isopropanol and isolation oil; the preparation method of the mark comprises the following steps: the laser film is manufactured, the ink printing layer is printed on the surface of the mark body, the ink of the ink printing layer is made of a mixture of transparent white ink, isopropanol and isolation oil, the laser film and the ink printing layer are completely pressed, and the laser film and a printed matter are peeled off through ultraviolet drying. The method can display the holographic pattern by using common paper, not damage the pattern printed by the ink, but also can display the laser holographic technology; and the mark is printed by adopting common paper as a raw material, can be naturally degraded after being used, and has no pollution.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-counterfeiting marks, and particularly relates to a mark combining positioning paper holographic printing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the anti-counterfeiting problem of commodities is always a problem which is very concerned by manufacturers, merchants and consumers; in each production and operation unit, in order to facilitate the product identification of consumers and prevent the goods from being counterfeited, various anti-counterfeiting means and inquiry methods are developed, and the application of an anti-counterfeiting mark on the goods or the packages is one of the most common anti-counterfeiting methods at present; the laser holographic anti-counterfeiting mark is widely applied due to relatively good anti-counterfeiting effect.
The laser holographic anti-fake label is made by using laser color hologram plate making technology and mold pressing duplication technology, and by using the hologram, not only is the brand popularity and the customer reputation enhanced, but also an attractive eye-catching package is created. However, the traditional laser holographic anti-counterfeiting mark is realized by PVC or PET films and the like, so that the cost is high, the degradation is not easy, and the pollution is easy to generate.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that a laser holographic anti-counterfeiting mark in the prior art is not easy to degrade by adopting a PVC or PET film, the invention provides a mark combining positioning paper holographic printing and a preparation method thereof. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

Further, the ink of the ink printing layer in the second step comprises, by mass, 60% -80% of transparent white ink, 10% -20% of isopropyl alcohol and 10% -20% of barrier oil.

Further, in the fourth step, the included angle between the laser film and the printed matter is controlled to be 35-60 degrees when the laser film and the printed matter are stripped.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the mark combined with positioning paper holographic printing comprises a mark body, an ink printing layer and a laser film, wherein the ink printing layer is positioned between the mark body and the laser film, and the ink of the ink printing layer is a mixture of transparent white ink, isopropanol and isolation oil;
2. the positioning paper is printed with the combined mark in a holographic way, so that the combination of holographic information and printing materials is tighter, the anti-counterfeiting capacity is greatly improved, the counterfeiting difficulty is enhanced, and the positioning paper is printed by adopting common paper as a raw material, can be naturally degraded after being used and has no pollution.

Preferably, the identification body of the embodiment is easily degradable common paper, can be naturally degraded after being used, and is free from pollution. The mark body is square or round. The square or round shape is the most common shape, and the manufacture of the die is simpler, so that the manufacturing cost can be saved. It should be noted that the shape of the mark body may be square or circular, but is not limited to square or circular, and it may also be other shapes such as rectangle, diamond, ellipse, etc., and may even be irregular shape, etc.
In order to further protect the mark, the mark combined with the positioning paper through holographic printing further comprises a protective layer arranged above the laser film, and the surface of the laser film can be protected.

Through multiple experiments, the best effect is achieved when the mass ratio of the transparent white ink to the isopropanol to the isolation oil is 5:1: 1.

1. A marker for positioning a paper holographic printing combination, comprising: the mark comprises a mark body, an ink printing layer and a laser film;
the ink printing layer is positioned above the mark body, so that ink pictures and texts are printed above the mark body;
the laser film is positioned above the printing ink printing layer and used for protecting the printing ink printing layer;
the ink of the ink printing layer is a mixture of transparent white ink, isopropanol and barrier oil.
2. The positioning paper holographic printing integrated logo as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the transparent white ink, the isopropyl alcohol and the spacer oil is 5:1: 1.

8. The preparation method of claim 6, wherein the ink of the ink printing layer in the second step comprises 60-80% by mass of transparent white ink, 10-20% by mass of isopropyl alcohol, and 10-20% by mass of spacer oil.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of the transparent white ink, the isopropyl alcohol and the spacer oil is 5:1: 1.
10. The method according to claim 6, wherein in the fourth step, the laser film is peeled from the printed matter so that the included angle is controlled to be 35 ° to 60 °.
