Moreover, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described apparatus may also include only those components necessary to implement the embodiments of the present disclosure, and need not include all of the components shown in the figures.
The device 300 can construct an industry data platform by accessing industry administration approval data, and manage related information of a driver training institution, a learner-driven vehicle, a coach and a training field.
The apparatus 300 may form a driver training entry and users desiring to engage in driver training may submit entry information via a unified driver training entry service provided by the apparatus 300, wherein the entry information may include user information (e.g., the user's name, gender, age, identification number, etc.) and target driver training agency information (e.g., the name of the driver training agency). Further, the apparatus 300 may feed back the entry information to a target driver training authority (e.g., one of the driver training authorities 400 a-400 n of FIG. 1). The driver training entry provided by the device 300 can standardize the entry requirements, contract formats and other contents of each driver training institution, so that the driver training industry can be standardized, and the healthy development of the industry is promoted.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may determine the qualified driver training institution, learner-driven vehicle, trainer, and training field by periodically obtaining information about the driver training institution, learner-driven vehicle, trainer, and training field, and may prohibit the driver training service from training at the qualified driver training institution or training field, or prohibit the driver training service from using the qualified trainer-driven vehicle or trainer.
In some embodiments, apparatus 300 may also provide a list of driver training institutions available for selection to the user via a driver training entry prior to receiving the user's entry information. The device 300 may also calculate a composite score for the organization based on the historical scores, evaluations, student passage rates, etc. of the driver training organizations, rank each organization in the list of alternative driver training organizations based on the composite score, and then display the list to the user in order of rank. Similarly, when the apparatus 300 receives a user request to select a target driver training institution, the user may also be provided with a list of available trainers for the target driver training institution via the driver training entry. The device 300 can also calculate the comprehensive score of the trainers according to the historical scores, the evaluation, the student passing rate and the like of the trainers, rank each trainer in the selectable trainer list based on the comprehensive score, and further display the list to the user according to the ranking.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may also determine a corresponding target driver training institution and a target trainer according to the entry information of the user, so as to automatically check the qualification of the target driver training institution and the target trainer, send a prompt message indicating that the qualification of the target driver training institution or the target trainer does not meet the training qualification to the user for the target driver training institution or the target trainer that does not meet the training qualification, and send a prompt message indicating that the target driver training institution or the target trainer is reselected to the user, thereby preventing the user from selecting the target driver training institution or the target trainer that does not meet the qualification, and effectively ensuring the training effect and the training experience of the user.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may also provide an optional trainer-specific information page after receiving the entry information of the user, where the page may push the user with optional trainer information of the target driver training institution, where the optional trainer information includes trainee passing rate, trainee rating, and trainee rating, where the optional trainer information may be arranged in an order of a comprehensive ranking of the optional trainees, and the comprehensive ranking is calculated according to the trainee passing rate and the trainee rating. Therefore, the user can obtain the information of the selectable coaches more comprehensively, and then can select the corresponding suitable coaches according to the preference and judgment of the user.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may also not place the driver training institution, the instructional car, the trainer, or the training field with the problem quality in the recommendation list when recommending the driver training institution, the instructional car, the trainer, or the training field to the user, or perform corresponding labeling on the recommendation list to remind the user of the problem.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 300 can also record the full-flow business of driver training as an important basis for the industry qualification assessment and the trainer qualification assessment of the driver training institution.
After receiving the entry information sent by the users 200 a-200 n, the device 300 may further obtain training records and test records corresponding to the users (e.g., the user 200 a) according to the user information. The training records may include the subjects in which the user has attended the driver training at which driver training institutions (e.g., institution 400b of fig. 1) and attended the training at the institution and the duration thereof, and the test records may include tests on which subjects the user attended through which driver training institutions and the passing of the tests.
The apparatus 300 can then determine the items to be trained of the user based on the training records and examination records of the user, i.e., which subjects (e.g., subjects two, three, four) and which items (e.g., back-up, side-parking, hill-hold parking and starting, quarter-turn or curve-driving) the user still needs to train.
In some embodiments, determining the item to be trained for the user may be determining that the subject does not belong to the item to be trained if the subject or subjects have passed the corresponding tests. For example, if the user's subject one has passed the examination, the user's item to be trained does not include subject one. And all subjects failing the examination belong to the items to be trained.
In some embodiments, the to-be-trained item can be further divided into subjects who have completed training but failed to pass the examination and subjects who have not completed training, wherein the subjects who have completed training but failed to pass the examination only need to take the examination again, and the subjects who have not completed training can take the training again or the remaining training duration can be supplemented accordingly according to the training duration that has completed.
After determining the item to be trained, the apparatus 300 may calculate a training fee to be paid by the user based on the item to be trained and the target driver training agency information. It should be noted that the training cost in the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a cost for performing actual operation training (for example, a coach holds hands to teach actual operation of each subject) and a cost for tutoring examination (for example, a coach guides the examination of each subject). The cost for performing the practice training may be calculated according to the training work actually completed by each subject, for example, the training work of the first subject and the fourth subject may include issuing an examination outline, a learning outline, providing an online teaching video, giving lessons online, and the like, for example, the training work of the second subject may include actual practice learning of each subject, and for example, the training work of the third subject may include actual practice learning actually performed on a highway. The charge for tutoring the test refers to how to tutor the user to take the test and the attention matters during the test, and the charge is mainly calculated according to whether the test is passed or not, that is, if the test is not passed, the part of the charge is not paid, and if the test is passed, the part of the charge is paid to the account of the training institution.
Since different training institutions may charge differently, the apparatus 300 may determine the charging standard of the target driver training institution for each subject and specific project according to the target driver training institution information, and then calculate the training fee to be paid by the user in combination with the project to be trained.
Since the training market of some subjects has met the requirements, the user only needs to take the test and pass the test without taking the training study of the corresponding subject, and therefore, in some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may calculate the training cost corresponding to the subject of the user who has completed the training but has not passed the test according to the preset ratio of the test cost (i.e., the cost for instructing the test) of each subject to the training cost; the preset proportion is 100% for the first subject and the fourth subject, and the preset proportion is 0-30% for the second subject and the third subject. That is, for the first subject and the fourth subject, the actual training does not take the time of the training institution, and whether the examination is passed or not is paid, whereas for the second subject and the third subject, the coach needs to pay a lot of time to perform the actual training, so the examination cost is low, the cost for performing the actual training is high, and if the actual training is only completed (i.e. the training session reaches the standard) and the examination is not passed, the training institution needs to be paid the cost equivalent to the labor.
For subjects that have not completed training learning (e.g., the training market has not reached the minimum duration criteria), the apparatus 300 may further calculate training costs for subjects for which training has not been completed for the user according to the training costs for each subject. The calculation mode of the fee can be the total charge of the subject with unfinished training, or the corresponding fee amount can be calculated by the proportion of the time length which needs training and is obtained after the time length which needs training is subtracted from the minimum training time length of the subject and is divided by the minimum training time length of the subject. For example, if the minimum effective training duration requirement of subject two is 700 hours and the effective training duration completed by the user is 200 hours, the final charge for subject two may be (700-)/700 × subject two training costs, wherein the subject two training costs include the cost for performing the actual operation training and the examination cost.
Finally, after calculating the fees to be paid for completing all the subjects in the project to be trained, the apparatus 300 may add the training fees corresponding to the subjects of the user who have completed training but failed the examination to the training fees corresponding to the subjects of the user who have not completed training to obtain the training fees to be paid by the user.
After calculating the training fee to be paid by the user, the apparatus 300 may feed back training fee information to the user, including the training fee to be paid by the user and information on who to pay the training fee.
The user may pay the training fee to the corresponding institution after receiving the training fee information. In some embodiments, the institution that temporarily charges the training fee may be the device 300, or may be a financial platform to which the device 300 commissions supervision, rather than paying the targeted driver training institution directly. In this way, the device 300 or the third party payment platform can pay the target driver training institution according to the corresponding rule at the time of final settlement, thereby ensuring that the target driver training institution provides good training services before collecting the fee.
In response to receiving payment completion information of the user (e.g., payment of the training fee to the third-party organization), the apparatus 300 may send the user information and the item to be trained to the device corresponding to the target driver training organization according to the information of the target driver training organization, so that both the user and the target driver training organization know that both sides have reached a training agreement of the corresponding item to be trained, and may start the next training and learning.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may perform archival management of the trainee. For example, a personal training file is established for the student from the registration of the student, and mainly comprises basic information of the student, cost management, training records, training procedures, examination records and the like, so that a corresponding system such as cost calculation, training evaluation and the like can be established by using the managed information in the subsequent process.
After training begins, the apparatus 300 may record the user's traintime to generate the training record.
In some embodiments, for subject one, in response to receiving a subject one training video playing request or a subject four training video playing request of the user (for example, the user clicks a subject one or a subject four training video in a corresponding web page or APP by logging in his account), the apparatus 300 may push a subject one training video or a subject four training video to a device corresponding to the user; in response to the user's corresponding device (e.g., the user's cell phone or computer) playing the subject-one training video or subject-four training video, apparatus 300 may record a playing duration for generating the training record corresponding to subject-one or subject-four.
To prevent a user from watching a video as intended (e.g., simply turning on a video for playing and a person does not watch the video in front of the screen), in some embodiments, in response to the subject-one training video or subject-four training video being played by the device corresponding to the user being played to a preset time node, the apparatus 300 may obtain a test question associated with the preset time node and an expected answer time thereof, and push the test question and a countdown video generated according to the expected answer time to the device corresponding to the user; and in response to the user not answering within the expected answering time, stopping recording the playing time and pausing the subject-one training video or the subject-four training video.
The preset time node may be a time node preset in the video, and may pre-associate a corresponding test topic (e.g., topics related to subject one and subject four, and the content of the topic is just spoken within a preset time period (e.g., within 5 minutes before the time node)) before the preset time node and a corresponding expected answer time (e.g., 1 minute) in the preset time node. When the video is played to the time node, a popup window of the test question can be popped up, countdown is carried out according to the expected answer time, when the countdown is finished, the user still does not answer the question, the video playing is paused until the playing request of the user is received again, the video is started to continue playing, in the video pausing stage, the playing time length is not recorded, and the user is considered to be not trained in the time period.
In some embodiments, for subject two, in response to receiving the card punching information of the target item of subject two of the user, the trainer and the instructional car, the apparatus 300 may record the training duration of the target item according to the card punching information; the target items are backing and parking, side parking, hill fixed-point parking and starting, right-angle turning or curve driving.
At this time, the training duration of the user in the card punching stage is not considered to be the actual training duration, and in order to prevent the user from maliciously brushing lessons, the device 300 may acquire an electronic fence area (e.g., a training area defined for backing-up and warehousing in a training field) corresponding to the target item (e.g., backing-up and warehousing) and a motion trajectory (which may be acquired according to a satellite positioning device installed on a learner-driven vehicle) of the learner-driven vehicle (a learner-driven vehicle which is punched with the user and a trainer thereof) corresponding to the training duration of the target item; comparing the motion trail of the learner-driven vehicle corresponding to the training duration of the target project with the electronic fence area corresponding to the target project; and determining an effective track of the target project according to the comparison result, wherein the effective track of the target project is a track of the motion track of the learner-driven vehicle in the electronic fence area, which corresponds to the training duration of the target project. That is, only the trajectory considering that the trajectory is in the region of the corresponding electron is the valid trajectory.
At this time, the device 300 may further continue to determine an invalid time period in the time period corresponding to the valid trajectory of the target item, where the invalid time period is a time period in which the vehicle speed is zero and the duration exceeds a preset time threshold (for example, ten consecutive minutes), that is, a time period in which the learner-driven vehicle does not substantially "move up", and the time period indicates that the learner-driven vehicle does not normally perform training.
Then, the apparatus 300 may store the training duration corresponding to the valid trajectory of the target item minus the invalid time period as a training record of the target item in training records of the user and the corresponding training institution of the target driver. At the moment, the recording of the effective training time length is finished, the condition that the training learning effect is poor when a user or a coach swipes maliciously is avoided, meanwhile, the effective training time length can be used as a measurement standard for allowing the user to enter a subject II or not, namely the effective training time length does not reach the standard, and the user is not allowed to enter the subject II examination.
In some embodiments, for the case that the training is not performed in the corresponding electronic fence area as required, the device 30 may also alarm in time and send a reminding message to the device corresponding to the user, the trainer or the instructional car to remind the corresponding person to perform the standard training.
In some embodiments, for subject three, in response to receiving subject three punch-in information of the user, their coach and their instructional car, the apparatus 300 may record a training duration of subject three according to the punch-in information, wherein the punch-in information includes check-in punch-in information and check-out punch-in information.
At this time, the training time of the user in the card punching stage is not considered to be the actual training time, and in order to prevent the user from maliciously swiping a class, the device 300 may determine the subject three-way driving route selected by the user and the trainer thereof; acquiring a motion track of the learner-driven vehicle corresponding to the training duration of the subject III; comparing the motion trail of the learner-driven vehicle corresponding to the training duration of the subject three with the driving route of the subject three; and determining an effective track of a subject III according to the comparison result, wherein the effective track of the subject III is a track of which the motion track of the instruction car corresponding to the training duration of the subject III is matched with the driving route of the subject III. The track comparison method may be a method in the prior art, and is not described herein again.
After the valid trajectory is obtained, all the time duration corresponding to the valid trajectory is not counted into the valid training time duration, and the device 300 may further continue to determine an invalid time period in the time period corresponding to the valid trajectory of the subject three, where the invalid time period is a time period in which the vehicle speed is zero and the duration exceeds a preset time duration threshold (for example, ten consecutive minutes), that is, a time period in which the learner-driven vehicle does not substantially "move up", and the time period indicates that the learner-driven vehicle does not normally perform training.
Then, the apparatus 300 may subtract the invalid time period from the training duration corresponding to the valid trajectory of the subject three to obtain the valid training duration of the subject three of the user; determining the effective driving mileage of the subject III of the user according to the effective training duration and the effective track; and taking the effective training duration and the effective driving mileage of the third subject of the user as training records of the third subject, and storing the training records of the user and the corresponding target driver training institution. At the moment, the recording of the effective training time and the effective driving distance is finished, the problem that the training and learning effect is poor when a user or a coach brushes a class maliciously is avoided, meanwhile, the effective training time and the effective driving distance can be used as the measuring standard for whether the user is allowed to give an examination for the subject three or not, namely, any one of the effective training time and the effective driving distance does not reach the standard, and the user is not allowed to give an examination for the subject three.
In some embodiments, device 300 may also receive and save the user's scores and ratings for the respective trainer; and calculating the student scores and the comprehensive ranking of the trainers by using the scores of the users to the corresponding trainers.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may also receive and save the user's assessment of the corresponding driving authority.
The evaluations can be summarized by the device 300, on one hand, the evaluations are used as the basis for personal evaluation and evaluation of coaches and industry evaluation of driving institutions, and on the other hand, the evaluations and training of other students can be used (driving schools with high evaluation and coaches can be recommended by the system). Therefore, the examination of the driving training mechanism is beneficial to promoting the driving school to improve the service quality and the training quality and establishing the level of the driving training mechanism. The assessment of the trainer is beneficial to establishing a trainer assessment system, reducing illegal behaviors and improving the quality of the trainer and teaching.
In some embodiments, the device 300 may also perform test administration. For example, the corresponding examination may be registered only when the user has learned at each stage to meet the minimum learning level (minimum mileage) required by the educational outline.
For example, after the student meets the lowest school hour of the first subject required by the outline, the system can register the examination of the first subject (the system submits the school hour record to the administration department of public security and transportation-administration-examination management department), the public security and transportation administration feeds back the examination result after the examination is finished, the system records the examination result of the first subject in the training examination record of the student, and if the examination is passed, the student can start the training of the second subject by reserving and registering through the system.
When training is complete or the user considers the target driver training institution not to be in compliance with his or her own requirements, in some embodiments, in response to receiving a settlement request or a refund request from the user, the device 300 may obtain training records and test records corresponding to the user and associated with the target driver training institution; the settlement request is a request for applying for settling the training cost at the current stage by the user, and the refund request is similar to the settlement request and can be a refund application initiated by the user unsatisfying the service of the current training institution;
determining the subjects which pass the test, the subjects which complete the training but do not pass the test and the effective training duration of the subjects which do not complete the training in the training records and test records which are associated with the target driver training institution and correspond to the user;
calculating the training cost required to be paid corresponding to the subject of the user who passes the examination in the target driver training institution according to the training cost of each subject;
calculating the training cost which is required to be paid corresponding to the subject of the user who has finished training but does not pass the test in the target driver training institution according to the preset proportion of the test cost of each subject in the training cost; wherein the preset proportion is 0-30%;
calculating the training cost of the user, which is required to be paid corresponding to the effective training duration of the training completed by the target driver training institution, according to the proportion of the effective training duration to the minimum training duration of the corresponding subject;
adding the training cost required to be paid corresponding to the subject of which the target driver training institution passes the examination, the training cost required to be paid corresponding to the subject of which the training is finished but does not pass the examination, and the training cost required to be paid corresponding to the effective training duration of which the training is finished to the target driver training institution of the user to obtain the cost required to be paid to the target driver training institution by the user;
determining the paid amount of the user according to the training expense information;
subtracting the cost which needs to be paid to the target driver training institution by the paid amount of the user to obtain the cost which needs to be refunded to the user;
paying the cost to be paid to the target driver training institution and returning the cost to be returned to the user.
In this way, the apparatus 300 provides a pay-before-train mode, i.e., pay-after-train, that enables efficient user refund and payment of labor already paid by the target driver training agency. Meanwhile, the third-party payment mechanism manages the payment process, so that the problem that the training mechanism does not handle money or does not do good work is avoided, and the service quality of the driver training mechanism is improved. When disputes occur between the students and the driving and cultivating mechanism, training expenses related to the disputes can be kept, rights and interests of the students and the driving and cultivating mechanism are guaranteed, and the driving and cultivating mechanism is promoted to further improve service quality.
In addition to the above fee settlement means, the present disclosure also provides a staged fee settlement means as follows.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that training for the user is complete for subject two or subject three (which may be determined from regularly collected training records), apparatus 300 may also determine training costs corresponding to subjects for which training is complete; and extracting the training cost corresponding to the subject with the training finished from the training cost paid by the user, and paying the training cost to the target driver training institution. Since the actual operation training contents of the second subject and the third subject are an important part of the driving school training service, and the mode of paying after training is adopted in the embodiment of the disclosure (the cost paid in advance by the user is stored in the third party and is not paid to the driver training institution, and is paid to the driver training institution according to the rules after the training is finished), when the training of the second subject or the third subject in one stage is finished, the cost of the part for performing the actual operation training is paid to the driver training institution, the condition is reasonable, and the institution can be promoted to provide the service better.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that any subject (subject one, subject two, subject three, or subject four) of the user passes the test (which may be determined from periodically collected test records), device 300 may also determine a training fee for the subject that passed the test; and extracting the training cost corresponding to the subject passed through the examination from the training cost paid by the user, and paying the training cost to the target driver training institution. Since the first subject and the fourth subject mainly use whether the examination passes or not as the payment standard, for the first subject and the fourth subject, the corresponding examination cost is the training cost. For the second subject and the third subject, since the costs related to the practice training have already been paid when the practice training is completed, only the remaining costs of the examination need to be paid after the examination passes.
The staged expense settlement method of the embodiment can obtain corresponding remuneration after the training institution finishes the corresponding part of training, is a reasonable payment mode for users and institutions, avoids the problem that institutions do not handle money or do not do good work, and can promote the training institution to finish the training service with guaranteed quality.
In addition, in some embodiments, the apparatus 300 may further analyze the current situation related to the driving training industry through recording the student registration learning data, such as how many students are on average every year, whether the number of the registered students has a time distribution rule, which type of vehicle the students mostly register to learn, whether the students want to learn after work on weekends or weekdays, what type of vehicle the students easily accept, and the like, which reflects the current situation of the development of the driving training industry and may provide development guidance for the corresponding driving training mechanism.
