Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for generating a retrieval report similar to a case, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring retrieval information, wherein the retrieval information comprises at least one of legal documents of cases, information of cases, dispute focus of cases, applicable laws of cases and retrieval keywords, and according to the retrieval information, retrieving referee documents of similar cases of cases, wherein any referee document of the similar cases comprises the referee information of the similar cases; and generating a retrieval report of the similar cases according to the referee documents of the similar cases, wherein the retrieval report comprises summary information, and the summary information comprises referee information of the similar cases. By adopting the scheme provided by the application, the progress of case management can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic information, in particular to a method and a device for generating a case-like retrieval report.
Background
In case judgment, the judge usually wants to judge the result not to be much different from the result of case judgment of similar history. To achieve the purpose, at present, a judge needs to query a large amount of data of historical cases before reviewing the cases, find a referee document similar to the cases, browse the referee document and related legal terms, and consider and determine the adjudication result of the case to be reviewed.

a selection document which is at least one referee document in the referee documents of the similar cases;
the process of obtaining the fine document comprises:
and taking the document selected by the user from the referee documents as the fine document.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, in the search report:
the dispute focus of the case and the referee gist corresponding to the dispute focus of the case;
the process of obtaining the referee gist comprises the following steps:
and searching the referee gist corresponding to the dispute focus of the case from a preset corresponding relation library of the dispute focus and the referee gist according to the dispute focus.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, in the search report:

7. The method according to any of claims 1-6, further comprising, after said generating said case-like search report:
and updating the retrieval report according to the operation of modifying the retrieval report by the user.
8. An apparatus for generating a case-like search report, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a search module and a search module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring search information, and the search information comprises at least one of legal documents of cases, information of the cases, dispute focuses of the cases, applicable laws of the cases and search keywords;
the retrieval module is used for retrieving referee documents of similar cases of the cases according to the retrieval information, wherein any referee document of the similar case comprises the referee information of the similar case;
and the generating module is used for generating a retrieval report of the similar case according to the referee document of the similar case, wherein the retrieval report comprises summary information, and the summary information comprises the referee information of the similar case.
9. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program executes the method for generating a case-like search report according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An apparatus comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory, bus connected to the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is used for calling the program instructions in the memory to execute the case-like retrieval report generation method according to any claim of 1-7.
