Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of an item supervision method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the main steps of the item supervision method may include:
step S101, responding to a supervisor to carry out digital signature on an intelligent contract, and issuing the digitally signed intelligent contract on an article supervision platform;
step S102, responding to the E-commerce platform to verify the intelligent contract which is issued on the article supervision platform and is digitally signed;
and S103, if the verification is passed, executing an executive program corresponding to the article supervision rule stated by the intelligent contract, and sending an execution result to the merchant.
The supervisor refers to a party for monitoring and managing transactions on the e-commerce platform, and may be a business department or other departments with monitoring and managing authority. Intelligent contracts are commitments defined in digital form, including agreements on which contract participants may enforce these commitments. In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent contract is an article supervision rule set by a supervisor, for example, the supervisor specifies a toy gun with a certain great power on the shelf, specifies the price range of a certain article, specifies the limited sales quantity of the certain article, specifies the limited sales region of the certain article and the like.
In order to ensure the validity of the intelligent contract, a supervisor needs to digitally sign the intelligent contract, and the validity is determined that the intelligent contract is issued by the supervisor. Then, the supervisor can release the digitally signed intelligent contract on an article supervision platform, and the article supervision platform is constructed by the supervisor and the e-commerce platform based on the block chain technology. The blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism and an encryption algorithm, and is essentially a decentralized database. In the embodiment of the invention, an article supervision platform can be constructed in a manner of a federation chain, the content of the federation chain comprises an intelligent contract, and the participants of the federation chain can comprise a supervision party and an e-commerce platform. A federation chain refers to a chain of blocks with several institutions or organizations participating together in management, each running one or more nodes, whose data allows different institutions in the system to read and send transactions and to record transaction data together.
Through step S101, the supervising party may issue the digitally signed intelligent contract on the article supervising platform, so that the e-commerce platform may obtain the issued intelligent contract, and then verify the digitally signed intelligent contract in step S102, that is, verify whether the intelligent contract is issued by the supervising party. If the verification is not passed, the intelligent contract is abnormal and does not need to be executed. If the verification is passed, it indicates that the intelligent contract is issued by a supervisor, and the intelligent contract is executed in step S103, specifically, the execution may be performed based on the article supervision rule stated in the intelligent contract, and the execution result is sent to the merchant. The merchant is equivalent to a merchant on the e-commerce platform, and the items on the e-commerce platform are processed according to the intelligent contract, such as shelf placement processing, price modification processing and the like, so that the processing result needs to be sent to the merchant.
The intelligent contract management method is characterized in that an article supervision platform is constructed by adopting a block chain technology, a merchant can directly check an intelligent contract issued on the article supervision platform by a supervision party, the e-commerce platform can automatically execute the intelligent contract according to law, the negotiation process of the e-commerce platform and the merchant is replaced by the intelligent contract, the intelligent contract is equivalent to a section of code running on a block chain, and the intelligent contract has the characteristics of non-falsification and non-repudiation.
In the embodiment of the invention, a monitoring party can issue the intelligent contract on an article monitoring platform, a merchant can inquire the intelligent contract on the article monitoring platform, the authenticity of the intelligent contract can be automatically checked, the technical problem of inquiring the e-commerce platform in the prior art is solved, and manual intervention can be avoided; in addition, after the e-commerce platform verifies the intelligent contract, the intelligent contract can be directly executed without offline negotiation with a merchant, and the effect of real-time response of the intelligent contract is achieved.
And after the intelligent contract is digitally signed by the supervisor, the digitally signed intelligent contract is issued on the article supervision platform. In a reference embodiment of the present invention, digitally signing the smart contract may include: acquiring a private key of a supervisor and a digital certificate of the supervisor; and carrying out digital signature on the intelligent contract by using a private key of the supervisor to generate a signature value, and attaching a digital certificate of the supervisor to complete the digital signature on the intelligent contract.
The public key of the supervisor and the private key of the supervisor form a key pair, the private key can be used for carrying out digital signature on the intelligent contract, and then the public key is used for verifying the digital signature. In order to improve the accuracy, in the process of digitally signing the intelligent contract, the intelligent contract is digitally signed by using a private key of the supervisor to generate a signature value, and a digital certificate of the supervisor can be attached, wherein the digital certificate is generated by verifying the public key of the supervisor and the identity information of the supervisor through a certificate authority. The authentication center is a core link of electronic commerce, and is a third-party service organization which has authority and fairness and is used for undertaking the work of online safe electronic transaction authentication service, signing and issuing digital certificates, confirming user identities and the like in electronic transactions. The identity information of the supervising party may include: an identification of the supervising party, such as a name. In the embodiment of the invention, the authentication center can verify the public key of the supervisor and the identity information of the supervisor, then generate the digital certificate of the supervisor, and also set the validity period of the digital certificate.
The process of digitally signing a smart contract is described next with specific examples.
The intelligent contract issued by the supervisor is as follows: the toy gun which forbids selling the smooth 123, namely the toy gun which needs to be put on or off the shelf from the E-commerce platform and has the article identification 123, the specific code can be:
Figure BDA0002633855700000081
(II) the supervisor carries out digital signature on the intelligent contract by using the private key, and the obtained signature value can be as follows: UIPPARXXXXXXX.
And (III) attaching the digital certificate of the supervisor to the intelligent contract. The information of the digital certificate is as follows: the user is a monitoring party; the issuer is an authentication center; the public key is SADQSFXXXXX; the effective period is from 1 month in 2020 to 1 month in 2022. Wherein the public key sadqssfxxxxxxxx is used for signature verification of the generated signature value UIPPAXXXXXXXX.
Considering that the smart contract is digitally signed by using the private key of the administrator and the digital certificate of the administrator, and the generated signature value and the digital certificate need to be verified, in a reference embodiment of the present invention, verifying the digitally signed smart contract issued on the article supervision platform may include: verifying the legality of the digital certificate of the supervisor according to the root certificate of the authentication center; under the condition that the digital certificate of the supervisor is legal, the public key of the supervisor is used for signature verification of the signature value, if the signature verification is passed, the verification of the intelligent contract is determined to be passed, if the signature verification is not passed, the verification of the intelligent contract is determined not to be passed, and the signature value is recorded to be abnormal; and under the condition that the digital certificate of the supervision party is illegal, determining that the verification of the intelligent contract is not passed, and recording the abnormity of the digital certificate.
In the fields of cryptography and computer security, a root certificate is an unsigned public key certificate or a self-signed certificate. The root certificate of the certification center is a certificate issued by the certification center, is a starting point of a trust chain, and verification by using the root certificate shows that all certificates signed below the root certificate represent information.
The method comprises the steps that a supervisor issues an intelligent contract after digital signature on an article supervision platform, and the intelligent contract comprises a signature value generated by using a private key and a digital certificate of the supervisor, so that an e-commerce platform can obtain the generated signature value and the digital certificate of the supervisor, and then the e-commerce platform verifies the legality of the digital certificate of the supervisor by using a root certificate of a certificate authority in the verification process. In a reference embodiment of the present invention, verifying the validity of the digital certificate of the administrator may include: verifying whether the digital certificate is generated by an authentication center, whether a holder of the digital certificate is a supervisor, and whether the digital certificate is in a valid period; and if the digital certificate is generated by the authentication center, the holder of the digital certificate is the supervisor, and the digital certificate is in the valid period, the digital certificate of the supervisor is confirmed to be legal. As described above, the information of the digital certificate includes the user, the issuer, and the validity period, (1) it is necessary to verify whether the issuer of the digital certificate is the certificate authority, that is, whether the digital certificate is generated by the certificate authority, (2) it is necessary to verify whether the user in the digital certificate is the supervisor, that is, whether the holder of the digital certificate is the supervisor, and (3) it is necessary to verify whether the digital certificate is within the validity period. Only after 3 verifications are passed can the digital certificate of the supervisor be considered as legal.
If the digital certificate is verified to be legal, the public key contained in the digital certificate can be determined to be the public key of the supervisor, and the public key can be used for signature verification of the signature value. And if the signature passes the verification, determining that the verification of the intelligent contract passes, and if the signature fails the verification, determining that the verification of the intelligent contract fails and recording that the signature value is abnormal. And if the digital certificate is not verified, determining that the verification of the intelligent contract is not passed, and recording the abnormity of the digital certificate.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of a method for validating an intelligent contract according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the main flow of the method for verifying the intelligent contract may include:
step S201, acquiring a root certificate of an authentication center;
step S202, according to the acquired root certificate, judging whether an issuer of the digital certificate is a certification center, namely judging whether the digital certificate is generated by the certification center, if so, executing step S203, otherwise, executing step S208;
step S203, determining whether the user of the digital certificate is a supervisor, that is, determining whether the holder of the digital certificate is the supervisor, if yes, performing step S204, otherwise, performing step S208;
step S204, judging whether the digital certificate is in the valid period, if so, executing step S205, otherwise, executing step S208;
step S205, the public key of the supervisor is used for signature verification of the signature value;
step S206, if the signature passes the verification, the verification of the intelligent contract is determined to pass;
step S207, if the signature verification fails, determining that the verification of the intelligent contract fails, and recording that the signature value is abnormal;
and step S208, determining that the verification of the intelligent contract is not passed, and recording the abnormity of the digital certificate.
It should be noted that, steps S202 to S204 are to determine digital certificate information of the administrator, and mainly determine from 3 angles, i.e., an issuer, a user and a validity period of the digital certificate, an execution sequence of the 3 steps may be adjusted according to actual situations, for example, the steps may be performed simultaneously, and step S205 may be executed only when all the 3 determination conditions are satisfied, i.e., the signature verification is performed on the signature value. The process of validating a smart contract is described next with specific examples.
The e-commerce platform verifies the validity of the digital certificate of the supervisor according to the root certificate of the certification center, determines that the digital certificate is issued by the certification center, determines that a user is the supervisor, and acquires the public key SADQSFXXXXXXX within the validity period of the digital certificate.
And (II) verifying the signature value UIPPXXXXXXX by using the public key SADQSFXXXXX, and after the signature value is confirmed to be legal, indicating that the intelligent contract is issued by a supervisor and the e-commerce platform needs to execute the intelligent contract.
In a referential embodiment of the present invention, the executing program corresponding to the article supervision rule of the intelligent contract declaration is executed, and the sending of the execution result to the merchant may include: and acquiring the to-be-processed article on the E-commerce platform based on the article supervision rule, processing the to-be-processed article according to the executive program corresponding to the article supervision rule, and sending the processing result to the merchant. Wherein, the article supervision rule may include: the method comprises the steps of acquiring an article to be processed on an e-commerce platform according to the stated rule, processing the article to be processed according to the stated rule, and finally sending a processing result to a merchant. It should be noted that there are different article processing methods for different rules, and the following describes the process of processing the article to be processed for specific rules.
And (I) if the article supervision rule is an article off-shelf rule, acquiring the articles needing off-shelf specified in the article off-shelf rule, and off-shelf the articles needing off-shelf from the e-commerce platform. For example, if a toy gun with a forbidden article identifier of 123 on the e-commerce platform is set in the article off-shelf rule, the toy gun with the article represented as 123 on the e-commerce platform is inquired, and then the inquired toy gun is off-shelf from the e-commerce platform, and the specific code may be:
a. the goods listing rule stated in the intelligent contract is as follows:
Figure BDA0002633855700000111
b. executing the intelligent contract:
Figure BDA0002633855700000112
and (II) if the article supervision rule is an article price adjusting rule, acquiring the article with the price required to be adjusted and the adjusted price specified in the article price adjusting rule, and adjusting the price of the article with the price required to be adjusted on the e-commerce platform according to the adjusted price. For example, if the price of the mask with the article identifier 456 on the e-commerce platform is set to be in the range from a1 to a2 in the article price adjustment rule, the mask with the article identifier 456 on the e-commerce platform is inquired, whether the price of the mask is in the range from a1 to a2 is judged, if yes, no modification is needed, and if not, the price of the mask with the article identifier 456 is adjusted to be in the range from a1 to a 2.
