Fig. 2 is an approval assisting apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, including: a first acquisition module 201, a second acquisition module 202, a determination module 203, a display module 204 and a third acquisition module 205.
The first obtaining module 201 is configured to obtain application information and comparison information of the pending object executing the pending items, where the comparison information includes at least one of case information and social information of the pending object. The second obtaining module 202 is configured to obtain a preset item and a value of the preset item in the application information. The determining module 203 is configured to determine a result parameter corresponding to each preset item according to the value and the comparison value of the preset item and corresponding legal information preset for the pending item, where the comparison value is a value of the preset item extracted from the comparison information. The display module 204 is configured to correspondingly display each preset item and the corresponding result parameter. The third obtaining module 205 is configured to obtain an approval result determined by the approver according to the result parameter.
Optionally, the first obtaining module 201 is configured to obtain application information of the pending object for executing the pending item, and includes: the first obtaining module 201 is specifically configured to obtain an application form of an object to be examined; and performing character recognition and/or natural language analysis on the application form to obtain application information.
Optionally, the first obtaining module 201 is configured to obtain case information, and includes: the first obtaining module 201 is specifically configured to extract the content of the case with the highest degree of correlation with the object to be reviewed; and analyzing the content of the case by using natural language to obtain the case information.
Optionally, the social information includes: at least one of social security information, financial information, account information, and travel information.
Optionally, the result parameters include: the feasibility degree and/or the execution level represent the feasibility degree of the object to be examined to execute the items to be examined, and the execution level represents the difficulty degree of the object to be examined to execute the items to be examined.
Optionally, the determining module 203 is configured to determine a result parameter corresponding to each preset item according to the value and the comparison value of the preset item and corresponding legal information preset for the pending item, where the determining includes: the determining module 203 is specifically configured to, when the value of the preset item meets the rule indicated by the legal information, make the closer the value of the preset item is to the comparison value, the higher the feasibility of the preset item is; under the condition that the value of the preset item does not meet the rule indicated by the legal information, the feasibility degree of the preset item is zero; acquiring the relative information and/or financial information of the object to be approved, which meets the rule indicated by the legal information; determining an execution level according to the relative information and/or the financial information.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the executing module 206 is configured to, after the third obtaining module 205 obtains the approval result determined by the approver according to the result parameter, generate an executing document of the to-be-approved item and store the executing document, the value and the contrast value of the preset item, and the result parameter corresponding to each preset item when the approval result indicates that the approval is passed. And under the condition that the approval result indicates that the approval is not passed, generating the refused paper of the items to be approved, and storing the refused paper, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and the result parameters corresponding to each preset item. After the third obtaining module 205 obtains the approval result determined by the approver according to the result parameter, the reference approval result is determined according to each preset item and the corresponding result parameter. And under the condition that the approval result is inconsistent with the reference approval result, generating an in-doubt operation filing document, wherein the in-doubt operation filing document comprises the approval result, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and the result parameters corresponding to each preset item. After the execution document of the items to be approved is generated, triggering a timer to start timing; and prompting to execute the execution document after the timing duration reaches the preset duration.
The examination and approval auxiliary device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first acquisition module, the second acquisition module, the determination module, the display module, the third acquisition module and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. One or more than one kernel can be set, and the accuracy of the judging result is improved by adjusting kernel parameters.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium on which a program is stored, the program implementing the approval assistance method when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the examination and approval auxiliary method is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises at least one processor, at least one memory and a bus, wherein the memory and the bus are connected with the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through a bus; the processor is used for calling program instructions in the memory so as to execute the examination and approval auxiliary method. The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
acquiring application information and comparison information of an object to be approved for executing an item to be approved, wherein the comparison information comprises at least one of case information and social information of the object to be approved;
acquiring a preset item in the application information and a value of the preset item;
determining a result parameter corresponding to each preset item according to the value and the contrast value of the preset item and corresponding legal information preset by the items to be examined and approved, wherein the contrast value is the value of the preset item extracted from the contrast information;
correspondingly displaying each preset item and the corresponding result parameter;
and obtaining an approval result determined by the approving party according to the result parameter.
The acquiring of the application information of the pending object for executing the pending item includes:
acquiring an application book of the object to be examined;
and performing character recognition and/or natural language analysis on the application form to obtain the application information.
Acquiring the case information includes:
extracting the content of the case with the highest degree of correlation with the object to be examined;
and analyzing the content of the case by natural language to obtain the case information.
The social information includes:
at least one of social security information, financial information, account information, and travel information.
The result parameters include:
feasibility and/or execution level;
the feasibility degree represents the feasibility degree of the object to be examined to execute the item to be examined;
the execution level represents the difficulty of the to-be-approved object in executing the to-be-approved item.
Determining a result parameter corresponding to each preset item according to the value and the contrast value of the preset item and corresponding legal information preset by the items to be examined and approved, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the value of the preset item meets the rule indicated by the legal information, the closer the value of the preset item is to the contrast value, the higher the feasibility of the preset item is;
under the condition that the value of the preset item does not meet the rule indicated by the legal information, the feasibility degree of the preset item is zero;
under the condition that the value of the preset item meets the rule indicated by the legal information, the closer the value of the preset item is to the contrast value, the higher the feasibility of the preset item is;
and under the condition that the value of the preset item does not meet the rule indicated by the legal information, the feasibility degree of the preset item is zero.
After obtaining the approval result determined by the approval party according to the result parameter, the method further comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the approval result indicates that approval is passed, generating an execution document of the items to be approved, and storing the execution document, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and result parameters corresponding to each preset item;
under the condition that the approval result indicates that approval is not passed, generating a refusal document of the to-be-approved item, and storing the refusal document, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and result parameters corresponding to each preset item;
determining a reference approval result according to each preset item and the corresponding result parameter;
and under the condition that the approval result is inconsistent with the reference approval result, generating an in-doubt operation filing document, wherein the in-doubt operation filing document comprises the approval result, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and result parameters corresponding to each preset item.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (10)

1. An approval assisting method, comprising:
acquiring application information and comparison information of an object to be approved for executing an item to be approved, wherein the comparison information comprises at least one of case information and social information of the object to be approved;
acquiring a preset item in the application information and a value of the preset item;
determining a result parameter corresponding to each preset item according to the value and the contrast value of the preset item and corresponding legal information preset by the items to be examined and approved, wherein the contrast value is the value of the preset item extracted from the contrast information;
correspondingly displaying each preset item and the corresponding result parameter;
and obtaining an approval result determined by the approving party according to the result parameter.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of application information for the pending object to execute the pending item comprises:
acquiring an application book of the object to be examined;
and performing character recognition and/or natural language analysis on the application form to obtain the application information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the case information comprises:
extracting the content of the case with the highest degree of correlation with the object to be examined;
and analyzing the content of the case by natural language to obtain the case information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the social information comprises:
at least one of social security information, financial information, account information, and travel information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the result parameters comprise:
feasibility and/or execution level;
the feasibility degree represents the feasibility degree of the object to be examined to execute the item to be examined;
the execution level represents the difficulty of the to-be-approved object in executing the to-be-approved item.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the determining the result parameter corresponding to each preset item according to the value and the contrast value of the preset item and the corresponding legal information preset by the pending item comprises:
under the condition that the value of the preset item meets the rule indicated by the legal information, the closer the value of the preset item is to the contrast value, the higher the feasibility of the preset item is;
under the condition that the value of the preset item does not meet the rule indicated by the legal information, the feasibility degree of the preset item is zero;
acquiring the relative information and/or financial information of the object to be approved, which meets the rule indicated by the legal information;
and determining the execution level according to the relative information and/or the financial information.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein after obtaining the approval result determined by the approving party according to the result parameter, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the approval result indicates that approval is passed, generating an execution document of the items to be approved, and storing the execution document, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and result parameters corresponding to each preset item;
under the condition that the approval result indicates that approval is not passed, generating a refusal document of the to-be-approved item, and storing the refusal document, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and result parameters corresponding to each preset item;
determining a reference approval result according to each preset item and the corresponding result parameter;
and under the condition that the approval result is inconsistent with the reference approval result, generating an in-doubt operation filing document, wherein the in-doubt operation filing document comprises the approval result, the values and the contrast values of the preset items and result parameters corresponding to each preset item.
8. An approval assist device, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring application information and comparison information of an object to be approved for executing items to be approved, and the comparison information comprises at least one of case information and social information of the object to be approved;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring preset items in the application information and values of the preset items;
the determining module is used for determining a result parameter corresponding to each preset item according to the value and the contrast value of the preset item and corresponding legal information preset by the matter to be examined and approved, wherein the contrast value is the value of the preset item extracted from the contrast information;
the display module is used for correspondingly displaying each preset item and the corresponding result parameter;
and the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the approval result determined by the approval party according to the result parameter.
9. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program performs the approval assistance method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An apparatus comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory, bus connected to the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is configured to invoke program instructions in the memory to perform the approval assistance method of any one of claims 1-7.
