Description

Military supply chain information consensus method based on block chain
Technical Field
The invention relates to a supply chain management technology, in particular to a military supply chain information consensus method based on a block chain.
Background
Supply chain management is to integrate and optimize information flow, logistics and fund flow in a supply chain by improving the relation between upstream and downstream supply chains of an enterprise, so that the enterprise obtains advantages in competition. In the supply chain structure of an enterprise, the enterprise is located at an intermediate node between a supplier and a client, and due to the variety of types of the suppliers and the variation of market demands, the supply chain has the characteristics of complexity, dynamics and user-oriented demand. The core idea of supply chain management is collaborative development, and the main purpose of enterprise implementation supply chain management is to realize the optimal management of the enterprise from a supplier to a client through the collaborative cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises of a supply chain, thereby reducing the operation cost of the enterprise and improving the production management quality of the enterprise.
Supply Chain Collaboration (Supply Chain Collaboration) was put forward in the middle of the 90 s of the 20 th century, and the purpose of the Collaboration is to reduce internal consumption and conflict among Supply Chain node enterprises through a collaborative management mode and achieve better division of labor and Collaboration. In the existing supply chain information collaborative management process, according to the content, the purchasing information collaboration, the production information collaboration, the logistics information collaboration, the sales information collaboration and the after-sales information collaboration can be divided. Supply chain cooperative management depends on core enterprises and aims to integrate and control value flow, information flow, logistics, fund flow and the like among the enterprises on the chain and establish a long-term stable strategic partnership between the enterprises on the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, so that internal consumption generated by supply chain friction is reduced, the response speed to internal and external requirements is improved, and the optimization and maximization of the overall benefit of the supply chain are realized.
Under new operator environments such as internet +, big data and the like, how supply chain enterprises fully mine mass data resource values changes the centralized control situation of the existing core enterprises, eliminates 'absolute speaking right' of the core enterprises in the aspect of resource management, overcomes the collaborative obstacles such as information lag, high error rate and the like caused by limited information, realizes information transparency and operation intellectualization, and is a new challenge for the supply chain enterprises. Therefore, it is urgent to determine an effective solution, which is the key to realizing the long-term stable development of the supply chain length, and is the premise to ensure the realization of the supply chain synergy, and is also the intrinsic requirement of the supply chain synergy system. In the face of the era requirement of informatization and various technical means, an information management technology matched with the era background and market requirements is selected as an optimal means for flexibly coping with new changes in a supply chain.
The supply chain management mode is applied in military enterprises, which is beneficial to improving the production benefit of enterprises, meeting the production task requirements of enterprises, realizing the economic benefit of enterprises and further meeting the national defense construction requirements of China. However, due to the particularity of the military industry enterprise, the supply chain management thereof should be combined with the management idea of the enterprise itself to make a supply chain management mode suitable for the development of the military industry enterprise itself.
The block chain technology can create single, safe, shared and permanent auditable records, and can track and audit all transactions of each supply chain and operation partners, so that the national defense supply chain, purchasing and logistics system can realize efficient life-cycle management. In 2016, the U.S. department of defense and the united nations of the north convention begin to focus on the potential application of the blockchain technology in the field of defense, and the goal is to realize automatic execution of intelligent contracts, secure storage of sensitive file information, and reduction of execution errors and interruptions of national defense contracts. In 6 2017, the naval in the united states adopts a block chain technology to improve the safety of the additive manufacturing system, records the whole process from design, prototype manufacturing, testing, production to final processing of the component, facilitates a user to check any specific data, and gives an alarm when the component is damaged or the life cycle is finished. In 2018, 4 months, the U.S. Muge corporation was subsidized by the national center for manufacturing science, and a VeriPrat distributed transaction system based on a block chain was developed together with the Singapore science group. The system can trace the source and control the quality of the components/assemblies manufactured by the additive, improve the after-sale service efficiency and safety, and establish a safe and traceable intelligent digital supply chain for the department of defense. The north convention tries to develop the next generation military information system by using the block chain technology, and improves the military material purchasing and financial management efficiency by developing the military-level block chain related innovative creative contest.
The supply chain is formed by the aggregation of a plurality of enterprises, and the organizational alliance of the collaborative operation of all links among the enterprises is realized on the basis of information flow. Therefore, the enhancement of the inter-enterprise information coordination capability is a tool for improving the overall competitive strength of the supply chain. The strength of the information flow transmission, processing and analysis capability directly influences whether the transaction and interaction in each link of the supply chain are smooth or not. Although the existing supply chain information management technology can meet the requirements of enterprises on data volume to a certain extent, the existing supply chain information management technology has serious loopholes and defects in the aspects of safety, compatibility, cost and the like, and can not meet the requirements of the information management technology under the background of the internet + and big data era.
First, the level of application of supply chain management techniques is generally not high. Supply chain management software is basically applied to the whole supply chain management in the current military enterprises, material codes, supplier codes and purchasing plan codes are unified, all links of logistics management are recorded, and information intercommunication is achieved. However, the requirement for the management refinement level is more and more strict at present, and it is impossible to implement accurate and convenient logistics service in all business processes of purchase management, transportation management, inventory management, logistics information processing and the like included in the supply chain management system by simply relying on the three codes. Meanwhile, in the military enterprise supply chain management system, management technologies such as supplier management and effective customer reflection are not applied, the supply chain management does not cover the upstream end and the downstream end of the enterprise supply chain, and the application level of the supply chain management technology is not high. Second, supply chain system information flows poorly. In military enterprise supply chain management, the problems of large change of purchasing plans and unsmooth information circulation generally exist, so that the supply chain management cannot realize informatization, automation and collaborative management, and cannot provide effective information support for a decision-making layer in time. In the purchasing management of military enterprises, the problems of scattered purchasing plans and no planning often occur. The purchasing plan is changed due to the fact that when a military enterprise makes a purchasing plan, the military enterprise often changes the production plan temporarily due to national defense requirement change or new product development requirement, the purchasing plan needs to be changed accordingly, meanwhile, production plans of different product models are generally issued directly by different production departments, and the purchasing plan is quite dispersed due to the fact that the production plan is not uniform. In addition, because the supply chain management system does not form an integrated system, the information circulation in the system is not smooth, and the production plan and the purchasing plan are not strictly matched, so that the purchasing cost is increased. Third, supply chain material quality management is inadequate. Military supply chain management is a system engineering, and the types of materials relate to a plurality of industries and fields, and very high requirements are put on the reliability, maintainability and other after-sale services of products. In addition, in view of the particularity of military products, the product performance emphasizes high reliability and stability. Due to the fact that an effective supply chain full-flow material quality supervision technology is not available, the quality condition and the accuracy of information in the key part production and transportation transfer process cannot be monitored in real time, great randomness is achieved, purchasing cost is greatly improved, and purchasing quality cannot be guaranteed.

And (5) integrating information resources. Establish a sharing cloud platform that fuses supply chain system and block chain system based on internet network, combine the advantage and the block chain technique of current supply chain organically, participate in the main part for the upstream and downstream and provide all-round service, the platform provides all services in the commodity circulation supply chain for the customer, include: initiating orders, shipping, delivery, payment, and evaluation.
The supply chain manages a common support environment. Based on the existing capabilities of an aerospace science INDIS platform such as an elastic telescopic operation environment, containerized arrangement and scheduling, data storage and the like, the trusted data storage is enhanced, and a high-availability, high-trust and high-security supply chain management general PaaS support environment is established. The method comprises the steps of establishing an autonomous and controllable industrial block chain core service, providing a multi-stage encryption mechanism based on a state cipher algorithm (SM2, SM3, SM4 and the like), realizing data signature, CA authentication and the like supporting the state cipher algorithm, providing node dynamic addition, distributed CA admission control, block chain private data protection, visual sharing and encryption configuration for military supply chain management, realizing a multi-centralized block chain management mechanism, and realizing high-reliability storage and authentication of data; constructing a supply chain management service component, providing anti-counterfeiting traceability chain management, identity management, data chaining, anti-counterfeiting traceability query and statistic functions, and realizing full-flow anti-counterfeiting traceability of one object of industrial products; and a unified service bus is built, an industrial product code registration query type API, a data uplink type API, an anti-counterfeiting traceability query type API and the like are provided, and services are provided for upper-layer application through unified security authentication, unified authority control and unified flow monitoring.
And coordinating military supply chain information based on block chains. The intelligence of the military industry purchasing information is realized by adding an intelligent contract to the supply chain information cooperation system.
As shown in fig. 2, the intelligent contract execution process includes that a seller enters a block chain of the seller, and contract content setting is performed on blocks; setting intelligent contract content in the first block, namely: when the quantity of the inventory goods M is lower than the order point, the order information is automatically integrated, and an order request is sent to the manufacturer. Since each block contains all of the contents of the previous block, the newly generated block will automatically cover this contracted content. In addition, any other contracts may be added by the supply chain enterprise as needed. After the intelligent contract is successfully set, the process is automatically executed as long as preset conditions are met.
The seller inventory system traverses the inventory information in real time, automatically sends out a transaction request, performs interaction of an intelligent contract and judges whether to purchase; the transaction request traverses all nodes through the block chain database; relevant intelligent contract contents are not set in block chains of manufacturers and the like, contract parameters are input, and no response is generated; the seller contract code identifies the transaction request, finds that the transaction request meets the preset conditions, and automatically runs the contract code to form an order, as shown in fig. 3; the running result (namely the order) is authenticated by other nodes, and the order is immediately and automatically sent to the manufacturer; the manufacturer also intelligently responds to the process through a preset intelligent contract; the newly generated data from the process is automatically saved into the blockchain.
As shown in fig. 4, inventory information based on blockchains is co-optimized. The military supply chain information collaboration system constructed based on the block chain is composed of a supplier block chain database, a manufacturer block chain database and a seller block chain database, data among the three databases are open sources, real-time information interaction can be achieved, access limitation is avoided, decentralization of data management is achieved, and the military supply chain information collaboration system is a public 'big account book' for supply chain enterprises.
When a seller needs to make an inventory plan, the relevant information can be directly input into a blockchain database of a manufacturer to be inquired through a blockchain information coordination system on the basis of the existing data, and due to the mechanisms of a blockchain with a timestamp, a consensus algorithm and the like, the safety, the transparency and the reliability of information resources in the database are ensured, so that the decision is more reasonable, and the change of a demand trend is more conformed. In addition, real-time dynamic property of data on the block chain also enables a seller to adjust the inventory plan at any time, and real cooperative management is realized.
And coordinating logistics information based on the block chain. The logistics information in the supply chain bears a plurality of information such as the physical circulation state, is an indispensable link for linking each process, and further covers a plurality of processes such as order processing, goods delivery, inventory control, warehouse layout and the like, so the logistics information cooperation is an important means for reducing the product delivery cost, accelerating the reaction speed and improving the supply chain cooperative benefit. In a block chain optimized supply chain, the delivery process is as shown in fig. 5:
1) the manufacturer packs the product delivery requirements into block 1 and shares them in a block chain based supply chain database;
2) the supplier can automatically respond to the product delivery requirement of the manufacturer through a delivery intelligent contract preset in the database, intelligently generate an accurate delivery plan list, record the contents in the block 2 and share the contents to the block chain database;
3) the supplier stock management intelligent contract constructs a delivery record and a vehicle allocation plan according to the information in the block 2 and the intelligent response demand information, and the content is shared to the block chain database in a block 3 mode;
4) recognizing the information of the block 3, intelligently responding to a vehicle allocation contract, completing vehicle allocation, completing goods picking preparation by the inventory management system, and sharing the process to a block chain database in a block 4 mode;
5) after the goods picking process is finished, the supplier inventory management system automatically generates all required lists and records, and the information is stored in the block 5 for sharing;
6) the driver carries the necessary electronic printing document to issue the vehicle, and the relevant information such as the vehicle-issuing state and the like is stored in the block 6 and shared in the block chain database.
The military supply chain management system based on the block chain technology can realize that suppliers, producers, supervisors and users conveniently know the whole process of equipment from raw material purchasing, production manufacturing, quality supervision of each production process and product sale, can effectively track equipment information and confirm equipment sources, find the authenticity of products in time and trace information of equipment quality and other problems. The main involved links comprise: distributed CA admission control based on block chains, multi-centralized block chain credible governance, military supply chain data security enhancement based on block chains, military supply chain cross-domain sensitive data privacy protection based on block chains and the like. And finally, adding an intelligent contract to the supply chain information cooperation system to realize the logistics information cooperation and the inventory information cooperation based on the block chain and realize the intellectualization of the military procurement information.
The block chain used by the invention is a series of program codes in nature, so that the block chain is introduced into the supply chain without large investment, and the possibility of high-quality optimization of the data structure of the supply chain is provided; secondly, the block chain decentralized feature can effectively improve the centralized control phenomenon of the information resources of the existing supply chain, realize the real sharing of the information resources in the supply chain and is beneficial to improving the decision scientificity of supply chain enterprises; finally, the supply chain database built based on the block chain is completely transparent and tamper-resistant, and the like, so that supply chain enterprises can effectively deal with problems of internet loopholes, hacker attacks and the like, and the supply chain database is safer and more reliable.
In addition, as the data information stored in all the nodes in the block chain is the same, the information asymmetry can be effectively eliminated, and the market demand/inventory level seen by the upstream supplier and the terminal client is completely consistent, so that upstream and downstream enterprises can make more accurate global judgment without adding excessive insurance coefficients in daily operation. Because the synchronous updating of the information among the nodes of the block chain is realized, the response speed of the supply chain can be compressed to the shortest, and although the production and processing time of the real material flow cannot be infinitely compressed, the occupied time of the information flow can be close to 0, thereby realizing lean production and lean management.
The invention can be applied to the fields which need frequent interaction but have high trust cost, the fields which need verification and consensus on the information and the fields which need verification and consensus on the information. By exerting the characteristic that the blockchain information is difficult to tamper, the information can be left in the blockchain for checking, so that the counterfeiting cost is improved, and the method can be used for information anti-counterfeiting traceability in multi-party cooperation in a supply chain.
The invention solves the problem of credible evidence storage and traceability of massive multi-source heterogeneous information in each link of the military supply chain by adopting mechanisms such as distributed CA access control based on a block chain, multi-centralized block chain credible treatment, data security enhancement based on the block chain, cross-domain sensitive data privacy protection based on the block chain and the like, and realizes visibility, controllability and traceability of the whole process of equipment from a supply source to a relevant department of the military. By utilizing the characteristics that a block chain is not falsifiable, strong trust is realized, and multiple parties are interconnected, a multi-party cross verification system is established by collecting credible data of all links of an equipment supply chain, the upstream and the downstream of the military supply chain are opened, the full-cycle anti-counterfeiting, tracing, supervision and management of equipment production, sales and application are realized, and the problems of unsmooth information transmission, low anti-counterfeiting tracing efficiency, low intelligent degree and the like of the traditional supply chain are solved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
