The student evaluation and outcome oriented based course teaching quality assessment system of claim 1 wherein: the output guiding research database comprises graduation production contribution degree evaluation tables corresponding to all course teaching targets and corresponding evaluation data, the teaching target weight analysis module calculates and obtains the weight proportion of each course teaching target in the graduation production contribution degree through establishing an evaluation model based on an expert evaluation statistical algorithm, and then the obtained weight proportion is transferred to the evaluation test module to be used as the weight of each course teaching target in the process of summarizing the overall evaluation result of the course.

The student evaluation and output oriented based course teaching quality evaluation system of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the teacher evaluation database comprises teaching attitude scoring data, teaching condition scoring data, practice operation scoring data, teacher guidance scoring data, learning harvest scoring data and basic information of evaluation students of the students to teachers, the evaluation score calculation module determines corresponding evaluation indexes and weight coefficients through the basic information of the students by constructing an evaluation model, and finally determines evaluation scores of the students to the teachers.

The student evaluation and outcome oriented based course teaching quality assessment system of claim 1 wherein: the target achievement degree calculating module calculates the course achievement degree y, and the teacher evaluation result summarizing module calculates the course achievement degree y according to the following steps: calculating the teaching evaluation result P of the course teacher when P is 70% y + 30% z; wherein: x represents the ratio of the average score to the full score of the overall evaluation score of each student course, and z represents the evaluation score of the student on the teacher of the course.

The student evaluation and outcome oriented based course teaching quality assessment system of claim 1 wherein: the assessment types preset in the target assessment question library comprise homework questions, experiment questions, paper questions and test paper questions, at least one assessment type is arranged in each course teaching target, a plurality of alternative questions are preset in each assessment type, and the achievement adoption rate adjusting module is used for adjusting the adoption proportion of achievements obtained by each assessment type in the total assessment achievement.
6. The student evaluation and outcome oriented based course teaching quality assessment system of claim 1 wherein: the teacher evaluation database also comprises student teaching suggestion collection information.
7. A course teaching quality evaluation method based on student evaluation and output guidance, which adopts the course teaching quality evaluation system of any one of claims 1-6, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: a step of making a course teaching target by a teaching team according to the course requirement;
s2: setting corresponding examination questions according to each course teaching target by a teaching team;
s3: collecting graduation production guide investigation data, and determining the weight of each course teaching target in course total evaluation score summary based on the students guide investigation data;
s4: randomly extracting examination questions to form test questions for testing, and obtaining examination scores of teaching targets of each course by adjusting the adoption rate of each examination score;
s5: determining the total evaluation scores of the courses of the students and the achievement degree of the teaching targets of teachers of the courses according to the evaluation scores of the teaching targets and the weights of the teaching targets of the courses when the total evaluation scores of the courses are collected;
s6: collecting evaluation data of students on the course teachers, and analyzing the evaluation data to obtain evaluation scores of the course teachers;
s7: and obtaining the teaching evaluation score of the course teacher based on the achievement degree of the teaching target of the course teacher and the evaluation score of the course teacher.

The student evaluation and outcome oriented based course teaching quality evaluation method of claim 7 wherein: firstly, calculating the course achievement degree y, and then: calculating the teaching evaluation result P of the course teacher when P is 70% y + 30% z; wherein: x represents the ratio of the average score to the full score of the overall evaluation score of each student course, and z represents the evaluation score of the student on the teacher of the course.
