The file management method based on the block chain provided by the embodiment of the application is mainly used for realizing the file management process by matching a file management system, a verification center, a business context control system and the like. The following embodiments describe block chain based archive management methods from a number of different perspectives.
As shown in fig. 1, the method flow of block chain-based file management applied to the file management system mainly includes:
step 101, acquiring a file new creation request sent by a service context control system, wherein the file new creation request comprises at least one first file and a file identifier corresponding to the first file.
The first file is a file received by the file management system. The format of the first file supports any file format such as engineering BIM model, multimedia data, structured data, application software, portable Document Format (PDF) and the like.
It should be noted that the formats included in the formats of the first file listed herein are only examples, and do not limit the scope of the present application, and other formats may be included in the formats of the first file as needed. In the prior art, an electronic signature mode is adopted, and only authenticity verification capability can be provided for a PDF file, but the method provided by the embodiment of the application does not limit the format of the file, does not need to convert the file into the PDF file, supports files with various formats, and is wider in application range and more convenient.
The file identification comprises at least one of a file name and a file number. The file identification corresponding to each file is unique.
It should be noted that the information or parameters included in the document identifier listed here are only examples, and do not limit the scope of the present application, and other parameters may also be included in the document identifier as needed.
Step 102, a first hash value of a first file is obtained.
In a specific embodiment, a specific process for obtaining the hash value of the file is as follows: the file is converted into a binary file, and the binary file is converted into a hexadecimal character string with the length of 64, namely a hash value of the file, by using an SHA-256 function.
Step 103, obtaining a second hash value corresponding to the file identifier from the blockchain.
The block chain stores file identifiers and hash values corresponding to the file identifiers, namely file identifiers and hash values corresponding to original files sent by the service text control system.
The original file sent by the business context control system and the file received by the archive management system may have changed contents in the transmission process, but the file identifications are kept consistent.
And the second hash value corresponding to the file identifier acquired from the block chain is a second hash value corresponding to the original file sent by the service text control system.
And 104, comparing the first hash value with the second hash value to obtain a first comparison result.
And 105, judging whether to archive the first file or not according to the first comparison result.
In one embodiment, the determining whether to archive the first file according to the first comparison result mainly includes two cases:
situation one
And if the first comparison result is that the first hash value is equal to the second hash value, the first file is archived.
And if the first comparison result is that the first hash value is equal to the second hash value, the first file received by the archive management system is proved to be consistent with the original file sent by the business text control system in content.
In a specific embodiment, after archiving the first file, a specific method flow includes: acquiring a file combination request; combining at least one first file to obtain a first file; acquiring a file identifier corresponding to a first file; acquiring a third hash value of the first file; the file identifier and the third hash value are linked to a blockchain.
The archive identification comprises at least one of archive name and archive number. The corresponding profile identification of each profile is unique.
It should be noted that the information or parameters included in the profile identifier listed herein are only examples, and do not limit the scope of the present application, and other parameters may be included in the profile identifier as needed.
And when the first comparison result shows that the first hash value and the second hash value are equal, archiving the first file to ensure that the file stored in the archive management system is a file with the same content as the original file sent by the business control system. Moreover, after the first file is filed, at least one first file is combined to obtain a first file, and the file identifier and the third hash value corresponding to the first file are linked to the block chain, so that a user can conveniently search and check the authenticity of the borrowed file.
Situation two
And if the first comparison result is that the first hash value and the second hash value are not equal, the first file is not archived.
If the first comparison result is that the first hash value and the second hash value are not equal, it is proved that the content of the first file received by the archive management system is inconsistent with the content of the original file sent by the service file control system, and the file content is changed in the file transmission process.
In a specific embodiment, after the first file is not archived, a specific method flow includes: and sending a re-uploading request to the service context control system, wherein the re-uploading request is a new file sending request again.
And when the first comparison result shows that the first hash value and the second hash value are not equal, the first file is not archived, so that the file which is inconsistent with the original file content sent by the business context control system is not stored in the archive management system. And after the first file is not filed, a re-uploading request is sent to the business context control system, the business context control system sends a file new building request to the file management system again, and the business context control system retransmits the file to the file management system to ensure that the file to be filed can be transmitted to the file management system.
As shown in fig. 2, the method flow of block chain-based archive management applied to the verification center mainly includes:
step 201, a file verification request is obtained, where the file verification request includes at least one second file and a file identifier corresponding to the second file.
Step 202, a fourth hash value of the second file is obtained.
Step 203, a fifth hash value corresponding to the file identifier is obtained from the blockchain.
The block chain stores file identifiers and hash values corresponding to the file identifiers, namely file identifiers and hash values corresponding to original files sent by the service text control system.
And step 204, comparing the fourth hash value with the fifth hash value to obtain a second comparison result.
Step 205, sending the indication information whether the content of the second file is correct or not according to the second comparison result.
In a specific embodiment, sending the indication information of whether the content of the second file is correct according to the second comparison result mainly includes two cases:
situation one
And if the second comparison result is that the fourth hash value is equal to the fifth hash value, sending indication information that the content of the second file is correct.
Situation two
And if the second comparison result is that the fourth hash value and the fifth hash value are not equal, sending indication information that the content of the second file is incorrect.
According to the method, a file verification request is obtained, a fourth hash value of a second file received by a verification center is obtained, a fifth hash value corresponding to the same file identification linked to a block chain by a business context control system is obtained according to a file identification corresponding to the second file, namely, the fifth hash value corresponding to an original file sent by the business context control system is compared with the fourth hash value to obtain a second comparison result, and indication information of whether the content of the second file is correct or not is sent according to the second comparison result, so that a user can verify whether the content of the borrowed file is correct or not by uploading the borrowed file to the verification center.
As shown in fig. 3, the method flow of block chain-based archive management applied to the verification center mainly includes:
step 301, a file verification request is obtained, where the file verification request includes at least one second file and a file identifier corresponding to the second file.
Step 302, obtain a sixth hash value of the second archive.

And step 304, comparing the sixth hash value with the seventh hash value to obtain a third comparison result.
Step 305, sending an indication message indicating whether the content of the second file is correct according to the third comparison result.
In an embodiment, the sending of the indication information indicating whether the content of the second file is correct according to the third comparison result mainly includes two cases:
situation one
And if the third comparison result is that the sixth hash value is equal to the seventh hash value, sending the indication information that the content of the second archive is correct.
Situation two
And if the third comparison result is that the sixth hash value and the seventh hash value are not equal, sending indication information that the content of the second archive is incorrect.
According to the method, a file verification request is obtained, a sixth hash value of a second file received by a verification center is obtained, a seventh hash value corresponding to the same file identification linked to a block chain in a file management system is obtained according to a file identification corresponding to the second file, the sixth hash value and the seventh hash value are compared to obtain a third comparison result, and indication information indicating whether the content of the second file is correct or not is sent according to the third comparison result.
As shown in fig. 4, the method flow of block chain-based file management applied to the business context control system mainly includes:
step 401, at least one third file and a file identifier corresponding to the third file are obtained.
And the third file is an original file sent to the file management system by the business context control system.
Step 402, an eighth hash value of the third file is obtained.
In step 403, the file id and the eighth hash value are linked to a blockchain.
Step 404, sending a file creation request to the file management system.
Step 405, when receiving the re-uploading request sent by the file management system, sending the file new creation request again.
In the method, the business document control system links the file identifier and the eighth hash value corresponding to the third file to the block chain, so that the hash value and the eighth hash value of the file with the same file identifier received by the file management system can be conveniently compared, and whether the file with the same file identifier received by the file management system is archived or not is judged according to the comparison result, thereby solving the problem that the consistency between the file received by the file management system and the original file cannot be ensured when the original file is transmitted from the business document control system to the file management system, and facilitating the user to search and check the authenticity of the borrowed file. And when the business context control system receives the re-uploading request sent by the archive management system, the business context control system sends the new archive request again, and the business context control system retransmits the file to the archive management system, so that the file to be archived is ensured to be transmitted to the archive management system.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the method manages the file based on the block chain. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first hash value of a first file received by an archive management system through obtaining an archive new request sent by a business context control system to the archive management system, obtaining a second hash value corresponding to the same file identification which is linked to a block chain by the business context control system according to a file identification corresponding to the first file, namely a second hash value corresponding to an original file sent by the business context control system, comparing the first hash value with the second hash value to obtain a first comparison result, and judging whether to archive the first file or not according to the first comparison result, so that the problem that when the original file is transmitted from the business context control system to the archive management system, the consistency between the file received by the archive management system and the original file cannot be guaranteed is solved.
