Abstract
The invention relates to a patent information management method, a system and computer equipment thereof, comprising: performing text recognition on a first page of the electronic patent document to obtain current patent text information; determining the document type of the current patent electronic document according to the current patent text information and the matching result of a plurality of preset keywords; selecting a preset information acquisition strategy matched with the document type to acquire target patent information from the current patent text information according to the document type of the current patent electronic document; judging whether a task needs to be processed or not according to the target patent information; if yes, generating task information to be processed according to the target patent information, and updating a historical patent information table according to the target patent information and the task information to be processed; and if not, updating the historical patent information table according to the target patent information. The invention can quickly acquire the patent target information and automatically update the table for storing the patent information, thereby reducing the patent management cost and helping to improve the working efficiency of patent management.

1. A patent information management method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring a current patent electronic document, and performing text recognition on a first page of the current patent electronic document to acquire current patent text information;
determining the document type of the current patent electronic document according to the matching result of the current patent text information and a plurality of preset keywords; a plurality of different keywords are preset corresponding to different patent electronic documents;
selecting a preset information acquisition strategy matched with the document type to acquire target patent information from the current patent text information according to the document type of the current patent electronic document; the target patent information at least comprises application number information, applicant information, invention creation name information, case state information and deadline information;
judging whether a task is to be processed or not according to the case state information; if yes, generating task information to be processed according to the case state information and the deadline information, acquiring a historical patent information table from a local database, and updating the historical patent information table according to the target patent information and the task information to be processed to acquire a latest patent information table; if not, acquiring a historical patent information table from a local database, and updating the historical patent information table according to the target patent information to acquire a latest patent information table;
storing the latest patent information table to a local database; wherein the patent information of all patent cases in the latest patent information table is arranged in columns in sequence.
2. The patent information management method according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of different preset information collection policies are preset in correspondence with formats and contents of different patent electronic documents.
3. The patent information management method according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising:
and when the task information to be processed is generated according to the case state information and the deadline information, generating a first mail according to the task information to be processed, and sending the first mail to a preset mailbox of a manager.

when the written information of the first position of any patent case is searched to be a second preset number, acquiring task information to be processed of the patent case, generating a first mail according to the task information to be processed, and sending the first mail to a preset mailbox of a manager.
6. A patent information management system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the system comprises a document acquisition unit, a document processing unit and a document processing unit, wherein the document acquisition unit is used for acquiring a current patent electronic document and performing text recognition on a first page of the current patent electronic document to obtain current patent text information;
the document type determining unit is used for determining the document type of the current patent electronic document according to the matching result of the current patent text information and a plurality of preset keywords; a plurality of different keywords are preset corresponding to different patent electronic documents;
the target patent information acquisition unit is used for selecting a preset information acquisition strategy matched with the document type according to the document type of the current patent electronic document to acquire target patent information from the current patent text information; the target patent information at least comprises application number information, applicant information, invention creation name information, case state information and deadline information; the method comprises the steps that a plurality of different preset information acquisition strategies are preset corresponding to formats and contents of different patent electronic documents;
the table updating unit is used for judging whether the tasks are to be processed or not according to the case state information; if yes, generating task information to be processed according to the case state information and the deadline information, acquiring a historical patent information table from a local database, and updating the historical patent information table according to the target patent information and the task information to be processed to acquire a latest patent information table; if not, acquiring a historical patent information table from a local database, and updating the historical patent information table according to the target patent information to acquire a latest patent information table; and
the storage unit is used for storing the latest patent information table to a local database; wherein the patent information of all patent cases in the latest patent information table is arranged in columns in sequence.
7. The patent information management system according to claim 6, characterized in that the system further comprises:
and the communication unit is used for generating a first mail according to the task information to be processed and sending the first mail to a preset mailbox of a manager when the task information to be processed is generated according to the case state information and the deadline information.
