By means of the technical scheme, the law and regulation searching method and the law and regulation searching device provided by the invention have the advantages that the intention is recognized for the problem input by the user, the problem intention is obtained, if the problem intention indicates that the law and regulation is searched, the full name of the law and regulation to be searched is obtained based on the problem input by the user, the law and regulation matched with the full name of the law and regulation to be searched is searched from the preset law database based on the full name of the law and regulation to be searched, and the law and regulation matched with the full name of the law and regulation to be searched is output, so that even if the problem input by the user due to limited cognition on the law and regulation exists in a deviation manner, the full name of the law and regulation to be searched obtained based on the input problem is accurate, and the law and regulation can be.

The electronic device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
performing intention identification on a problem input by a user to obtain a problem intention;
if the problem intention indicates that the legal regulations are searched, obtaining the full name of the legal regulations to be searched based on the problems input by the user;
searching a legal regulation matched with the full name of the legal regulation to be searched from a preset legal database based on the full name of the legal regulation to be searched;
and outputting the legal regulation which is matched with the legal regulation to be searched in a full scale.
Preferably, the searching for the legal regulation matched with the full law and regulation to be searched from the preset legal database based on the full law and regulation to be searched comprises:
searching at least one database of a national law database and a local law database for a law and regulation title comprising a full name of the law and regulation to be searched;
and selecting at least one law and regulation with highest credibility from the law and regulation titles including the full name of the law and regulation to be searched.
Preferably, the searching for the legal regulation whose regulation title includes the full name of the legal regulation to be searched from at least one of the national law database and the local law database comprises:
according to the fact that the effectiveness of the national law database is larger than that of the local law database, searching for laws and regulations of which the titles comprise the full name of the laws and regulations to be searched from the national law database;
if the legal regulations are not searched in the national legal database, searching the local legal database for the legal regulations with the title including the full name of the legal regulations to be searched.
Preferably, the selecting at least one law and regulation with the highest credibility from the laws and regulations with the title including the full name of the laws and regulations to be searched comprises: and selecting the legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade from the legal regulations of which the regulation title comprises the full name of the legal regulation to be searched, wherein the efficacy grade is in direct proportion to the credibility.
Preferably, if there are a plurality of legal rules with the highest effectiveness grade, the selecting at least one legal rule with the highest credibility from the legal rules whose rule titles include the full title of the legal rule to be searched further comprises:
selecting the legal regulations with the highest effectiveness grade from the legal regulations with the highest effectiveness grade;
and/or
Acquiring the application date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade, and selecting one legal regulation based on the application date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade;
and/or
Acquiring the publication date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade, and selecting one legal regulation based on the publication date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade;
and/or
Selecting a law and regulation with a regulation title including law information from each law and regulation with the highest effectiveness grade.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)

1. A legal search method, comprising:
performing intention identification on a problem input by a user to obtain a problem intention;
if the problem intention indicates that the legal regulations are searched, obtaining the full name of the legal regulations to be searched based on the problems input by the user;
searching a legal regulation matched with the full name of the legal regulation to be searched from a preset legal database based on the full name of the legal regulation to be searched;
and outputting the legal regulation which is matched with the legal regulation to be searched in a full scale.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the searching for the legal regulation matching the full legal regulation to be searched from a preset legal database based on the full legal regulation to be searched comprises:
searching at least one database of a national law database and a local law database for a law and regulation title comprising a full name of the law and regulation to be searched;
and selecting at least one law and regulation with highest credibility from the law and regulation titles including the full name of the law and regulation to be searched.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the searching for a legal regulation whose regulation title includes the full name of the legal regulation to be searched from at least one of the national and local legal databases comprises:
according to the fact that the effectiveness of the national law database is larger than that of the local law database, searching for laws and regulations of which the titles comprise the full name of the laws and regulations to be searched from the national law database;
if the legal regulations are not searched in the national legal database, searching the local legal database for the legal regulations with the title including the full name of the legal regulations to be searched.

The method of claim 2, wherein said selecting at least one law and regulation with the highest degree of confidence from the law and regulation titles including the full title of the law and regulation to be searched comprises: and selecting the legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade from the legal regulations of which the regulation title comprises the full name of the legal regulation to be searched, wherein the efficacy grade is in direct proportion to the credibility.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if there are more than one legal regulation with the highest effectiveness grade, said selecting at least one legal regulation with the highest credibility from the legal regulations whose regulation title includes the full title of the legal regulation to be searched further comprises:
selecting the legal regulations with the highest effectiveness grade from the legal regulations with the highest effectiveness grade;
and/or
Acquiring the application date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade, and selecting one legal regulation based on the application date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade;
and/or
Acquiring the publication date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade, and selecting one legal regulation based on the publication date of each legal regulation with the highest efficacy grade;
and/or
Selecting a law and regulation with a regulation title including law information from each law and regulation with the highest effectiveness grade.
6. A legal search device, comprising:
the identification unit is used for identifying the intention of the question input by the user to obtain the intention of the question;
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining a full name of the legal regulation to be searched based on the problem input by the user if the problem intention indicates that the legal regulation is searched;
the searching unit is used for searching the legal regulation matched with the full law and regulation to be searched from a preset legal database based on the full law and regulation to be searched;
and the output unit is used for outputting the laws and regulations which are matched with the laws and regulations to be searched in full.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the search unit is specifically configured to search at least one of a national law database and a local law database for a law title including a full name of the law to be searched; and selecting at least one law and regulation with highest credibility from the law and regulation titles including the full name of the law and regulation to be searched.

The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the search unit is specifically configured to search for the legal regulation whose regulation title includes the full name of the legal regulation to be searched from the national law database according to the fact that the effectiveness of the national law database is greater than that of the local law database, and if the legal regulation is not searched from the national law database, search for the legal regulation whose regulation title includes the full name of the legal regulation to be searched from the local law database; and selecting at least one law and regulation with highest credibility from the law and regulation titles including the full name of the law and regulation to be searched.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the legal search method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. An electronic device, comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory connected to the processor, a bus; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is configured to call program instructions in the memory to perform the legal and legal search method recited in any one of claims 1-5.
