Abstract

The invention discloses a logic configuration element, a use method of configuration software and a readable storage medium. The attribute configuration of the logic configuration element for the configuration software comprises the following steps: the initial element list is used for a user to add configuration elements to be controlled; and the element control attributes correspond to the configuration elements to be controlled one by one, and the element control attributes corresponding to each configuration element to be controlled are used for a user to add operation control information of the configuration elements to be controlled. The invention enables a user to adjust the control time sequence, the times and the like of the configuration elements on the industrial site according to the needs, and simplifies the editing process of the configuration software.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to configuration software, and more particularly, to a logic configuration device that can be adjusted in real time in an industrial field, and a method for using the configuration software using the logic configuration device.
Background
When the existing configuration software is used, configuration elements need to be added firstly, and then the running sequence, the running times, the running interval and the like of each configuration software are controlled by a research and development worker in a programming mode.
However, when research and development personnel complete corresponding programming work and apply specific configuration software to an industrial field, due to high control requirements of each link of the industrial field, the requirements on adjustment of time and sequence of each operation step may be often required, and the programmed configuration software is generally installed on an industrial touch screen end in the industrial field, so that workshop staff are difficult to complete accurate time sequence control due to limited functions, and adjustment of real-time strategies for equipment operation in the industrial field cannot be realized.
Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem in the art to provide a logic configuration device for adjusting the control information of the configuration device in situ.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem that the programmed configuration software is inconvenient to adjust again in the prior art, the invention provides a logic configuration element, a use method of the configuration software and a readable storage medium.
The invention provides a logic configuration element for configuration software, wherein the attribute configuration comprises the following steps:
the initial element list is used for a user to add configuration elements to be controlled;
and the element control attributes correspond to the configuration elements to be controlled one by one, and the element control attributes corresponding to each configuration element to be controlled are used for a user to add operation control information of the configuration elements to be controlled.
Further, the operation control information of the configuration element includes: at least one of the operation times, the operation duration and the operation interval time of the configuration element to be controlled.
Preferably, the attribute configuration of the logical configuration element further includes a target element list automatically generated according to the initial element list and the operation control information, the target element list arranges all the configuration elements to be controlled according to the element arrangement sequence of the initial element list, and when the operation number n of the configuration elements to be controlled is greater than 1, the configuration elements to be controlled are arranged in the target element list n times in sequence.
Preferably, the target element list is configured to adjust an arrangement order of all configuration elements to be controlled listed in the target element list, and the configuration software controls operation of the configuration elements to be controlled in the target element list according to the arrangement order, an operation duration of each configuration element to be controlled, and an operation interval.

Preferably, the display mode includes at least one of a histogram, a trend graph and a character display.
The application method of the configuration software provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
adding configuration elements and configuring;
adding the logic configuration element according to the technical scheme;
adding the configuration element to the attribute configuration of the logic configuration element for setting;
starting the logic configuration element;
the configuration elements are configured to operate according to the attributes of the logical configuration elements.
The readable storage medium provided by the present invention is used for storing the logic configuration element according to the above technical solution.
The invention provides the method for adding the logic configuration elements in the traditional configuration software, so that an operator can accurately control the configuration functions in a time sequence on an industrial site by using the existing elements in the site configuration software without external software, the method is simple, efficient and reliable, and can realize that workshop personnel can edit and control complicated industrial steps through an industrial touch screen, so that the use complexity of the configuration software is reduced.

The initial element list is used for a user to add configuration elements to be controlled, the user adds configuration elements to be controlled, such as configuration elements needing to be controlled in time sequence and repetition times, in configuration software as the configuration elements to be controlled to the initial list, then element control attributes of the configuration elements to be controlled are configured one by one, each configuration element to be controlled has an element control attribute uniquely corresponding to the configuration element, and the element control attribute corresponding to each configuration element to be controlled is used for the user to add operation control information of the configuration element to be controlled. The operation control information of the configuration element comprises at least one of the operation times, the operation duration and the operation interval time of the configuration element to be controlled. In this embodiment, the control information of the configuration element includes the operation times, the operation duration and the operation interval time.
After the user configures the initial element list and the element control attributes through the logical configuration elements, the configuration software can sequentially control the operation of each configuration element according to the default sequence in the initial element list, and control the operation times, the operation duration and the operation interval of each configuration element according to the element control attributes. For example, the initial device list includes a configuration device 1, a configuration device 2, and a configuration device 3, where none of the device control attributes of the configuration devices 1 and 3 are set, the device control attribute of the configuration device 2 is configured to run 3 times, the running time is 1 minute, and the running interval is 0, and when a user starts a logical configuration device, the logical configuration device controls the configuration device 1 to run, and then controls the configuration device 2 to run 3 times, and each running time is 1 minute, and then controls the configuration device 3 to run.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the attribute configuration of the logical configuration element further includes a target element list, the target element list is automatically generated according to the initial element list and the operation control information, the target element list arranges all the configuration elements to be controlled according to the element arrangement sequence of the initial element list, and if the operation times n of the configuration elements to be controlled are greater than 1, the configuration elements to be controlled are arranged in the target element list n times in sequence. Also taking the previous configuration elements 1 to 3 as an example, the contents displayed in the target element list are configuration element 1, configuration element 2, and configuration element 3 in sequence, and when the logical configuration elements are activated, the operation of the configuration elements is controlled according to the sequence displayed in the target element list.
In a preferred embodiment, the target device list is configured to adjust an arrangement order of all configuration devices to be controlled listed therein, and the configuration software controls the operation of the configuration devices to be controlled in the target device list according to the finally adjusted arrangement order, the operation duration of each configuration device to be controlled, and the operation interval. Also taking the previous configuration elements 1 to 3 as an example, when the user moves up the configuration element 3 in the target element list, so that the displayed contents of the target element list are the configuration element 1, the configuration element 2, the configuration element 3, the configuration element 2, and the configuration element 2 in sequence, when the user starts the logical configuration elements, the operation of the configuration elements is controlled according to the sequence displayed by the current target element list. That is, the configured logic configuration elements are made to execute sequentially and accurately according to the set schedule according to the set time sequence, and each configuration element corresponds to one execution action, so that the whole process flow is executed sequentially.
When the sequence of the configuration elements to be controlled in the target element list is adjusted, the setting of the logic configuration elements is completed.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention also protects the use method of the configuration software, so that when a workshop worker adjusts the industrial site, only the industrial site touch screen needs to be started, then starting the corresponding configuration software, if the configuration elements of the original configuration software are adjusted, firstly adjusting the configuration elements, after the adjustment is finished, if there is no logic configuration device, the logic configuration device is added first, if there is already logic configuration device, then directly setting the attribute configuration, selecting the configuration element to be controlled and setting the element control attribute, namely, workshop staff sets the running times, duration, interval and sequence of the existing configuration elements, the real-time customization of the process flow can be completed by workshop staff in the industrial field, and after the setting is completed, each configuration element of the configuration software will operate according to the sequence and control timing set in the logic configuration elements.
As shown in fig. 3, in addition to the setting content of the above technical solution, the attribute configuration of the present invention may further include a display configuration, where the display configuration includes at least one of project information to be displayed, a display manner, and a display position. In one embodiment, the display configuration that the user can set may include the project information to be displayed, the display mode, and the display position. The engineering information refers to at least one of the overall progress state of the engineering corresponding to a set of configuration software, the working state of each configuration element to be controlled and the current progress information of the engineering. In a particular embodiment, the engineering information may include, but is not limited to, the above-listed items currently listed. The display mode of the invention comprises at least one of a histogram, a trend graph and a character display. The display mode includes determining the specific position where the engineering information needs to be displayed, for example, suspending the engineering information at two sides of a page in a small window form, or creating a new page for independent display, etc. The display modes configured by the user each time can be stored for subsequent use, for example, the display modes are numbered for each edited display mode and then stored, and one of the display modes can be set as a default.
When the configuration software is started, each configuration element runs according to the setting of the logic configuration elements, and the configuration software displays according to the display configuration of the setting in the logic configuration elements.
According to the invention, through display configuration, the logic configuration element has a display function of the engineering working state, the logic configuration element intuitively displays the actual engineering working state in real time in the form of a chart and the like according to the working process set by a user, a configuration software programmer is not required to program a display page, an engineering site operator can complete individualized display of the independent engineering state, convenience and operability are further provided for the operator, and flexible selectivity is provided for engineering application.
Based on the above technical solutions, the present invention also protects a corresponding readable storage medium, which is used for storing the logic configuration elements in the above technical solutions.

The logic configuration element according to claim 2, wherein the attribute configuration of the logic configuration element further comprises a target element list automatically generated according to the initial element list and operation control information, the target element list arranges all the configuration elements to be controlled according to an element arrangement sequence of the initial element list, and when an operation number n of the configuration elements to be controlled is greater than 1, the configuration elements to be controlled are sequentially arranged n times in the target element list.

6. The logical configuration element of claim 5, wherein the engineering information comprises at least one of an overall progress status of the engineering, an operation status of each configuration element to be controlled, and a current progress status of the engineering.
7. The logical configuration element of claim 5, wherein the display comprises at least one of a bar graph, a trend graph, and a text display.
8. A method for using configuration software, comprising:
adding configuration elements and configuring;
adding a logical configuration element according to any of claims 1 to 7;
adding the configuration element to the attribute configuration of the logic configuration element for setting;
starting the logic configuration element;
the configuration elements are configured to operate according to the attributes of the logical configuration elements.
9. The method for using configuration software of claim 8, further comprising:
selecting engineering information to be displayed and a display mode;
setting a display position;
when the configuration software is started, the configuration software displays according to the display configuration.
10. A readable storage medium for storing the logic configuration element according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
