For another example, where the user's input contains a high percentage of positive vocabulary and the overall style is biased towards positive sunlight, the user's language style characteristics may be considered to include "melancholy signatures". For another example, if the input content of the user includes many idioms and old words, the language style feature of the user may be considered to include "musics tags".
In practical applications, the input content of the user may be analyzed to obtain preference characteristics and/or language style characteristics of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, the mapping relationship between the input content and the user features can be represented by a first data analyzer. Correspondingly, the method can further comprise the steps of: training the training data to obtain a first data analyzer; the first data analyzer may be configured to characterize a mapping relationship between the input content and the user feature; the training data may include: corpus sample and user characteristics obtained by labeling.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the data model may be trained based on training data to obtain a first data analyzer, which may characterize the mapping between input data (input content) and output data (user features).
The mathematical model is a scientific or engineering model constructed by using a mathematical logic method and a mathematical language, and is a mathematical structure which is expressed in a generalized or approximate way by adopting the mathematical language aiming at referring to the characteristic or the quantity dependency relationship of a certain object system, and the mathematical structure is a relationship structure which is expressed by means of mathematical symbols. The mathematical model may be one or a set of algebraic, differential, integral or statistical equations and combinations thereof by which the interrelationship or causal relationship between the variables of the system is described quantitatively or qualitatively. In addition to mathematical models described by equations, there are models described by other mathematical tools, such as algebra, geometry, topology, mathematical logic, etc. Wherein the mathematical model describes the behavior and characteristics of the system rather than the actual structure of the system. The training of the mathematical model may be performed by a machine learning method, a deep learning method, and the like, and the machine learning method may include: linear regression, decision trees, random forests, etc., the deep learning method may include: convolutional neural network (Convolutional Neural Networks, CNN), long Short-Term Memory network (LSTM), gated loop unit (Gated Recurrent Unit, GRU), etc.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the determining the target recommended content from the recommended content corresponding to the category option selected by the user specifically includes:

Under the condition that the first data analyzer is the same as the second data analyzer, the accuracy and the rationality of matching between the user characteristics and the content characteristics can be improved, and the accuracy of the target recommended content can be further improved.
In step 202, the target recommended content may be presented to the user through the input method interface for selection by the user.
Optionally, the target recommended content may be output to the input box in response to a triggering operation of the user on the target recommended content, or the target recommended content may be directly sent to the opposite communication terminal, so as to implement quick input or quick sending of the target recommended content.
In summary, according to the data processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, aiming at the situation that the category options selected by the user correspond to a plurality of recommended contents, the embodiment of the invention can determine the target recommended contents meeting the requirements of the user according to the user characteristics so as to improve the accuracy of the target recommended contents.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of combinations of motion actions, but those skilled in the art should appreciate that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited by the order of motion actions described, as some steps may be performed in other order or simultaneously in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an apparatus 900 for data processing as a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. For example, apparatus 900 may be a mobile phone, computer, digital broadcast terminal, messaging device, game console, tablet device, medical device, exercise device, personal digital assistant, or the like.
Referring to fig. 5, apparatus 900 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 902, a memory 904, a power component 906, a multimedia component 908, an audio component 910, an input/output (I/O) interface 912, a sensor component 914, and a communication component 916.
The processing component 902 generally controls overall operations of the apparatus 900, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing element 902 may include one or more processors 920 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 902 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 902 and other components. For example, the processing component 902 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 908 and the processing component 902.
The memory 904 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the device 900. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the device 900, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and the like. The memory 904 may be implemented by any type of volatile or nonvolatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
The power supply component 906 provides power to the various components of the device 900. Power supply components 906 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for device 900.
The multimedia component 908 comprises a screen between the device 900 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 908 includes a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 900 is in an operational mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device 900 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, the audio component 910 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 912 provides an interface between the processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 914 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the apparatus 900. For example, the sensor assembly 914 may detect the on/off state of the device 900, the relative positioning of the components, such as the display and keypad of the apparatus 900, the sensor assembly 914 may also detect the change in position of the apparatus 900 or one component of the apparatus 900, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 900, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 900, and the change in temperature of the apparatus 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communication between the apparatus 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 900 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives broadcast signals or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, apparatus 900 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements for executing the methods described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as a memory 904 including instructions executable by the processor 920 of the apparatus 900 to perform the above-described method. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a server in some embodiments of the invention. The server 1900 may vary considerably in configuration or performance and may include one or more central processing units (central processing units, CPU) 1922 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 1932, one or more storage media 1930 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) that store applications 1942 or data 1944. Wherein the memory 1932 and storage medium 1930 may be transitory or persistent. The program stored in the storage medium 1930 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations on a server. Still further, a central processor 1922 may be provided in communication with a storage medium 1930 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1930 on the server 1900.
